First time in - and last time in. Nails done on Saturday for a family wedding - the tech had little/no eye for details - very distracted. She put oil on legs & feet - which is fine. What isn't fine is it wasn't removed from the nails before she polished. Then in a rush to go to another client put my sandals on nicking the wet nails; pressed them down with her finger and slapped clear on them. The woman who did my daughter's SNS nails did a good job. I decided to come in here because it's pretty close to home and they had great reviews. You should make an appointment because I walked in on a Sunday afternoon at 1pm and the man upfront asked if I could come back at 3pm they're busy. It was empty besides two other people getting their nails done but I said sure. Two women walked in at 5pm and they told both of them they couldn't do them because they're closed. They closed in an hour and one lady just needed one nail fix. I thought that was a bit disappointing to say you're closed when you weren't. Lily did a great job on my feet and took her time. They're still holding up. However, the girl that did my manicure did a mediocre job at French gel tips. I told her I wanted short, square nails but longer than my nails. She didn't put any fake nail on me at all she just painted on my own nails. I don't know if she didn't paint over the entire nail or seal it properly but there were what appeared to be bubbles under the polish. It's been a week and the gel had chipped and broke off my nail. If I'm gonna lay $100 for my nails this polish needs to stay on a maximum of 2 weeks and they chipped three days later. It's clean inside and really nice. There's so many spaces to sit and get your nails done and so many spots for pedicure. They offer different tiers for the pedicure. read more

--- Draft Review/Complaint: On 8/22/25, I received a basic manicure with clear polish from Kay at Castle Nails. After leaving, I noticed that old product had been left on my nails. I immediately returned to the salon and explained the issue to the front desk assistant. He spoke with Kay (who was with another client) in their language instead of addressing me directly. Eventually, another employee told me that Kay said my nail beds were "too thin" to remove the product and that she would file it off "next time." Kay never explained this to me while performing the service, which would have been the professional thing to do. Instead, I paid $50 for a basic mani/pedi and was left with nails that were not properly done. I also want to note that while the pedicure I received from another employee was excellent, this is not the first time I've experienced rudeness or unprofessional behavior from Kay. I've noticed she treats other clients warmly, but not me. For that reason, I will not be returning to Castle Nails, nor will the people I referred. Castle Nail Spa has been open for about 6 months & I've seen it while going to Publix but started doing my nails so figured I'd get around to trying them one day. WELL, I'M GLAD I DID! I got the Classic Pedicure with Gel & LUX Manicure (no Gel). Lily did my pedicure & it was lovely. An older gentleman did my nails & he really paid attention to detail in making sure everything looked nice. Both massages felt soooo good. I didn't feel rushed & they asked me if I didn't mind staying longer to let my nails dry. They have these fans at the tables that help with that which was pretty cool. Phil was super friendly & chatted with me while I was waiting. Great smile & very pleasant. I asked Kay about tenting my eyebrows. I never had it done but was curious. She said it can last weeks but recommended I didn't get that which was $25. She said I had enough color & should consider just shaping them. After she took off my makeup on my eyebrows she said, "Oh, yes no extra color just clean up." That saved me $15! Never have I ever been to a nail salon where they wanted to help me save money. She said they cared about clients & know people work hard for their money so shouldn't be charged unnecessarily. So do I recommend them? Of course, I do! I mean I really enjoyed the whole experience. Nice obeisance, soothing music, warm, friendly & they want you to like what they've done. COLOR DIFFERENCE: You may have noticed my colors are different between my toes & hands. I picked out the color from their book. After they started they noticed the difference. First Lily asked me if I wanted to change I said no. Then Kay asked me after they were done. I said no I'm ok. Came in a non busy day to get a gel pedicure . I picked the lux service which includes lotion , paraffin and massage all of which i did NOT recieve. This is probably one of the worse pedicures I've received. Did not cut down my nails , did not ask how i wanted them shaped. Barely spent any time on scrubbing and shaping the nails so they would be uniform. He used a small file that was rubbing the toe skin raw and i kept flinching in pain, he then applied alcohol to clean them up and it burned from the cuts made from the file. He finished the pedicure and i was surprised as there was no lotion ( i could see it in the tray still) and not even a drop of cuticle oil applied to the toes. Came here on a Sunday evening prior to the salon closing and the customer service was top notch! Didn't feel rushed like most salons near closing time. They truly want you to be satisfied with your nails and Kay was the sweetest! First time here trying this salon and I think I found my new nail spot! I'm obsessed with the color (the shape of the nails is not her fault--someone else messed up the length and she fixed what she could) it was so peaceful and quiet. My recent manicure/pedicure at Castle Nail Spa was wonderful. David was so attentive and gave me a great foot massage! I left relaxed and feeling pampered. On Sunday I chipped the polish on one fingernail so went back in to see if they would touch up the chip. Kay insisted on redoing my entire manicure saying the only way she could be happy is if I was happy. She refused payment or a tip even though she upgraded the type of polish she used. so I came in to get a set and had a picture of what I wanted . The lady didn't even try to get the bows I wanted and showed me some that were not even close. I told her I really wanted those . she told me to wait on the other lady, the other lady got up and got the bows I wanted in less than a minute. how are you gonna work there and not even try. then she cut me , after she glued my bows and I waited maybe about 3-4 minutes before leaving. as I walked to the car I noticed my nail had glue all over the design . it was turning white in different spots so I went back in. they fixed it but tried to blame me for not waiting enough. I've done nails like this and I know how long to wait. oh and the lady didnt even clean my edges or give me oil for my cuti after she cut me . it's the willingness to help and the service . this is the second time they cut my finger . will not be coming again. read more

My third visit to Castle Nail Spa, 3870 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, in the Tree Summit Village -- All of the staff are very professional and courteous. Kay and David, as well as their other staff, work tirelessly to make sure you are comfortable, exactly how a spa should be! I was pleasantly surprised during my first visit at how calm and peaceful the atmosphere, a pleasure to be there in their little cocoon rooms set up for the spa chairs.
