This place is good for a full set of acrylics, but do not get a mani/pedi here. I paid $50 for the worst and CRUSTIEST nails ever. Uneven, sloppy and overall disgusting. My cuticles are genuinely worse than when I came in. Would leave $0 tip if the owner wasn't hovering over me and waiting. I got full sets of acrylics here before and they were amazing. Loved my Avanti experience from start to finish! It's so clean and well kept, incredibly organized and relaxing. I had a deluxe gel pedicure and manicure and enjoyed both very much. The massage I had on my legs and feet was wonderful!! Great pressure and was so relaxing. I went with a group of 4 ladies who all received multiple services, they were so adequately staffed that our group was in and out in an hour and all loved our nails! We will absolutely be back, even joked that we had found our new nail place. read more

The overall experience was not pleasant. The two nail techs working on us rarely spoke to us at all but spent the entire time talking in another language and cackling. It completely felt like we were being made fun of or talked about. The guy doing my nails decided to take a personal FaceTime call at the end of my service without doing the lotion/massage and never returned. The person with me was charged for a "manicure" that she didn't receive after having a gel manicure removed (a separate fee was paid for that). Overall super disappointed in the experience and unwelcoming atmosphere of this place. Would not recommend. read more

This was my second time coming here and it will be my last. I informed the nail tech that one of my fingernails had been lifting so that she can cut down the lifted part. Apparently she did not do so, now I have a bacterial infection in my fingernail. This is going to take months to grow out and this is just after a week. I do nails myself, so thank God I was able to catch it before it got really bad. The fact that I paid $130 just to have to get these removed is disappointing. read more

I stopped in during lunch and they took care of me asap! I only had time for a pedi but it was the best money spent. I've been looking for a nail spot for a while now and I think I've found the one! Not only is it a clean and welcoming atmosphere but they use disposable tools on you. Yes! You heard me right! They used new tools on clients daily. When they first opened the service and prices were great and reasonable. Today, I will not return due to a few things. Making an appointment with a technician and then having another employee interrupt to have them go to the next customer. How am I at fault for speaking up regarding this situation? Secondly, is the change in price that is listed. It is now nickel and dime for everything. Take off acrylic, and shape the nails. Shouldn't this be apart of the service? Then when checking out you have to debate about what happened when the person doesn't have a clue what happened. People may speak in whatever language they please but it's very uncomfortable not understanding what is being shared around you. This establishment has really changed over the last year and sadly I will not be returning. Be aware of the prices before they begin your service. Disappointed but not surprised! read more

So I went to another nail salon nearby March 1st. I let them know that my birthday was Monday so I wanted this simple design. Safe to say the tech BUTCHERED my nails. Instead of going back the next morning like the tech requested I found Avanti Nail Spa. KITT saved my birthday literally. I don't know how she was able to correct the previous techs work but she did and I'm so happy! I'll definitely be back. I've gotten so many compliments on my nails and I myself love them. I decided to try this place out when I needed my nails and toes done for a trip. I am always weary about trying new places and techs as I am pretty picky about my nails since I used to be a nail tech myself. My regular guy went and opened his own shop over an hour way. Cindy did my pedicure & Julie did my dip powder set. Cindy gave the perfect leg & foot massage & both my toes and nails lasted almost 4 weeks! The place is bright and clean. They have a very large selection of colors and offer water, soda and coffee, too! 10/10 I will be back. read more

Certain nail techs have there own pricing despite what the shops prices are. then they tried to pedally compensate you when you've been overcharged by $15 I was insulted and issued a five dollar credit when I was overcharged by $15 no thank you I will not come back to nail shop that's willing to be unethical and scam their customers just to be able to make a extra book so no thank you and I will leave a review on Google as well as any place else. Yelp where I see your nail shop listed because this is unethical it's criminal and it's wrong to overcharge customers because certain nail tech think they're so good at their job when if she was so good at her job why did one of my nails break within seven days yeah I'll leave a review. Such a great spot for nails and pampering went on a whim to treat my daughter and her friends to a mani/pedi and luckily was able to get promptly seated for theirs and myself and friend for our own spa pedi as well. The owner was very friendly and polite, and the nail tech was overly patient and gentle with our girls. The cherry on top was the massage chairs once the services were over! How can we go anywhere else now?! Service prices were comparable to the others around us and my nail tech did a nice, clean job with my pedi. read more

The design was really pretty though- she did a great Job with that part of it. I had to argue and argue with the owner before he reluctantly gave me a credit towards a new set. This place is hands down one of the best! I had the volcano pedicure and gel manicure, and it was perfect! Service is excellent (water and cappuccino offered), courteous, detailed, and they ensured great care when painting. They have an abundance of colors for different styles (e.g., powders for SNS, gel, regular etc) and one of the ladies was nice to share some details about a new technique they're trying to pioneer as they're learning more about it (who does this in this industry?? That's awesome if you love learning like me!)
