I was in dire need of polish change while in Duluth, so I slipped into this nail salon for their version of basic Mani-Pedi. Well, their version of basic was "Express Mani-Pedi", and it was equivalent to most "Deluxe" in Charlotte. I mean, the Mani even included a semi Paraffin wrap and full hand and leg massage! The Express Mani-Pedi also came with a friendly price point of $35. I didn't get the name of my Nail Technician, but he was quite the expert. Did an excellent job with the massage, the polish, and the cuticles especially...so Thank You! The place itself was nice. Not the swankiest I've seen, but moderately nice...all white/ivory motif with a beautifully colored Turquoise/Teal flooring. One thing that DID bother me was the weak AC. Most nail salons I've been to have been well air conditioned, but this one was not...so for that, I must dock a star. read more

So I debated giving this place 3 or 4 stars because my pedicure wasn't anything special or especially relaxing, leaving me with that relieved, massaged, "new feet" feeling BUT the salon was lovely, modern, clean and the staff was friendly AND we each got complimentary mimosas which were truly delicious. I think Cielo deserves a 3.5 star and rounded up since I can't do a 3.5 rating on Yelp. We came here for a long overdue girls pedicure day. The chairs were not the typical massage chairs, but they were surprisingly very comfortable. The salon was very clean and bright. They played relaxing Enya-ish music lightly in the background so it was a wonderful atmosphere. We were so excited they offered wine and mimosas. We opted for the mimosas and were surprised at how strong and delicious they were for being free drinks. The ladies and one gentleman we had doing our pedicures were polite and friendly. They seemed to want to make sure we had a good experience and asked if we were celebrating something since there were four of us. The pedicure itself was average. It did last about 40-45 minutes, but I didn't feel like they did as thorough of a job with the callous remover and massaging. I really look forward to the foot and calf massage during a pedicure and I felt like my lady wasn't using much pressure and was sort of just going through the motions. I would come back for the amenities and alcohol but will go to my local, less fancy nail salon for a better pedicure. read more

I came in with my mom who has a bad hip- when they saw me working to get her walker out of car backseat in the rain, they came outside to help.... So kind! During my mom's pedicure, the tech was so gentle and considerate of her position, hip and overall comfort...So kind! When the final gel layer was done on my manicure, I decided I didn't like the color and my tech buffed all my nails and applied a slightly darker color over - with no complaints, no side eye, no problem- so kind. I was offered a drink before I even sat down. I was shown a menu and not pushed or up sold on anything which is rare for a nail salon. The prices are affordable and offer a wide range to fit anyone's budget. I have been searching for a place in the Suwanee, Buford, Sugar Hill area to become a regular customer and have tried many salons just to be disappointed. I can in to Cielo Sky after a work training, because I was in desperate need of an eyebrow and nail appointment. So yelp helped me find a relatively close location for a nail salon with pretty decent prices. When I walked into Cielo Sky I was immediately greeted by the most polite employees I've every encountered. They were personal and calming throughout the entire experience. I was told to choose a color then take a seat in front of Lala. Lala is a nail tech that took personal interest in me and helped make the entire experience enjoyable. I truly can in only wanting a SNS clear overlay, but she talked me into getting a little sparkle. Throughout the experience I was relaxed and it made me truly want to come back. I also appreciated that another young woman came in, who was a frequent customer, she was welcomed and it felt like a family experience in a high class atmosphere. The customer service was great, I was treated with kindness, never rushed, my nails and eyebrows look amazing. I don't think I should've paid $81 for these nails. I asked for an acrylic gel French, white tip. I told her I wasn't happy because I didn't like that I can see the MY NAIL. Lol she was very sweet and I like the shape, that's just not what I wanted and for $81 dollars, I was astonished. I've been to many nail salons, and I ask for the same thing and they give me I think powder, I'm not very familiar with all the powder and color powder stuff, they just know don't give me these nails, that are see through. They usually ask if I want powder and I say yes, but I was confused, and they turned out nice. But now I went to this nail salon first time here for manicure, and she didn't ask if I wanted powder, and I thought she was gonna give me better nails, I asked for French acrylic gel, I thought it was common sense to not make MY nail visible. I didn't know I have to ask for color powder but now I know. Either way. I still payed $81 for nails I didn't like and in other salons this would've been $60. It was very disappointing and will not be coming back. Sadly the place is very cute inside. This place is not one dollar sign!! It should be 3 dollar signs. Thank you. I just relocated to Suwanee from Alpharetta and was looking for a local salon, so this was my first time here .. very lovely salon, beautiful interior, and great customer service, just overly priced. I came in needing an acrylic gel fill, and walked out paying $70 (not including tip) .. At max I expected maybe $50, but $70?! I did have one nail that she took off and replaced, but still!!.. I've been getting my nails done for over 15 years and have never paid $70 for a fill and gel polish. I even showed the tech a pic of a potential idea (I initially was gonna get all black nails) and asked her how much extra if I got them like the pic, but she said she wouldn't charge me extra, so I had her do my nails like the Pinterest picture. Although they came out great, it was definitely a bit shocking when I got the bill, especially if that price didn't include the "design", and I'm certainly not one to make a scene or question their pricing in front of other customers, so I just paid and left. Ceilo Sky has got to be the most clean, professional, and friendly salon I have ever visited. Every 3-4 weeks, I see Tin for an acrylic fill-in with gel polish, and a pedicure. Not once have I been dissatisfied with the treatment that I have received. Everyone greets you with such respect, the salon is kept in mint condition, and I have never had any issues with quality. I believe my review for the previous listing of this business was written after the new management took over, but since the old listing was removed I wanted to update bc they deserve the props! Cielo is beautiful and clean inside, and I love the way their pedicure stations are set up. I'm not a fan of mani/pedi at the same time, but if you are, their arrangement is definitely more comfortable than most. They do take appointments on weekends, which is great, since many don't. They definitely get busy on Saturdays, so I prefer to come during the week anyway. I've seen several different nail techs here, but have settled on Diane for my usual SNS appointments. Everyone I've seen has been great, but she is amazing! Sam and Ken are also fantastic. read more

I was bringing my father's newly married wife with me who speaks little to no English. Annie who waited on her was so caring! Even though they didn't speak the same language, she was so sweet and nice! I can't express how far that goes to someone who feels like a stranger in a new country. I got a gel manicure and express pedicure. As of today, my manicure is two weeks out and looks like I just got it. They have the option to get your manicure done during your pedicure which is great if you're in a rush. Their pedicure area is gorgeous with curtain dividers. They also offer a variety of drinks and snacks. Definitely many steps up from your basic nail salon with similar pricing! read more
