Very rude, the inside needs a remodel, and they rushed. My friend and I went on a Friday. Only one person was getting a pedicure. My friend told the nail tech what she wanted and the nail tech said no and changed the nude to a pink color. The very next day she had to go get her nails fixed. This photo is only 5 days after getting nails done. The top coat is coming off, nails are chipping. This is horrible quality; what a horrible experience!! The people kept telling me the colors I was choosing including this purple was too dark for my skin tone. I was told that I couldn't have clear acrylic with my french tip because "my nails were too dark to make it look good." Daughter and I got our nails done here today, and I also got a pedicure. I never get my nails done so this was a treat ourselves kinda day, and I'm pretty disappointed. Some of the issues are probably my fault, as I did not go with the recommended SNS but chose to go with standard nail polish (I about fell over when I was told $55 each for nails. Maybe that's standard these days). Both of our nails turned out looking far less than stellar. Everyone we dealt with was polite and friendly but their work isn't the greatest. I chose this place because they have great reviews. Won't be going back. Hate that I just wasted $100. read more

I've been to this shop 3 times. I've learned my lesson from past experiences not to give service industry reviews based solely on the first visit. My review is based on all 3 of my visits. I just moved here from Chicago. I found this shop on yelp. It's very close to my house. My first visit was manicure and a pedicure. My second and third visit I did SNS manicure and pedicure. I can't remember the name of the technician that did my pedicure the first 2 times, but it was great. The last time it was Lina. She is very thorough. My pedicure took long but it was one of the best I've ever had. I got my nails done at the same time by Karen. She was great as well! My nails looked very natural. They have a kiddie pedicure chair and offer kids nails and toe special for $24. I like to bring my 5 year old with and she loves. The only negative part about that is my nails and toes take so much longer than hers so she does get restless. I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 because my 18 year old daughter came with me the second time to get her nails and toes done. She loved her pedicure but hated her nails. Her nails chipped the same week. She got a full set. I can't remember the name of the technician. Staff was extremely friendly, which is why I gave them two stars. Unfortunately the salon was dirty. I will not be back due to the cleanliness of the salon. I noticed that they didn't clean the pedicure bowls with disinfectant in between customers. They just replaced the bag and refilled the tub. They offered a couple of different packages for their pedicures. The basic pedicures package does not include a scrub. I also noticed if you choose a higher package they actually wrapped your legs with the hot towels like most places do. This pedicure package was $30. read more

She did my sisters ombré nail set and it turned out beautiful. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. The nail tech that did my SNS was patient and did a wonderful job. No good. Went here and nails started chipping maybe 2 weeks after getting the powder gel nail polish, I forget the actual name, it took forever to do a mani pedi. My nail polish on my toes also started chipping n cracking. We did get there early when they opened and it too 2 hours to do my nails and toes and I didn't get anything really special. Oh and after I left I noticed two of my nails were Crooked, didn't wanna go back because I spent too much time there already. Just go somewhere else it was convenient for me but I know now I'll drive a little farther to get better service for my money. read more

This was my first time coming in to the nail salon and wanted to treat my best friend to some nails. The two nail techs working rushed through my nails and didn't give my friend a chance to get started before asking me to wait an extra 30 minutes for someone else to go before us. I've been to multiple other nail shops and have never been inconvenienced for over 30 minutes for two sets of nails. She took half the time on my nails then she did the person that walked in right behind me. Any time I asked for one or two nails to be fixed it was nothing but harsh attitude and rolling eyes. I just moved to Dacula and have been desperately on the hunt for a new nail salon that can give my nails and feet the love and attention they require. HORRIBLE SERVICES! Cheap nail polish that was still wet and smeared hours later. They only used one coat. Polish looked clear instead of the color of my choice. Their selection of polish is the same you will see at cheap stores under $2.00. They will RUSH you in and out, but quick to give you a list of services for extra fee. Polished my skin along with marks on my nails and feet. When addressing them with the problem, they painted over the marks. I had to tell them to do the whole nail over since it was their mistake. I regret going to this place. Wish I would had waited to go where I'm comfortable. Rude, unprofessional, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! My experience before the most recently wasn't nearly as bad. I felt rushed and the woman who did my nails did not shorten or shape them the way I wanted. They were busy and she was polite regardless, so I let it slide. However, my following experience was on a whole other level of bad. When I first walked in, it was the usual, "How can we help you?" scenario where I told them I just needed a shape up and fill-in on my stiletto nails. I have learned to make note of having stiletto nails when I first walk in to a salon since some places do not offer that specific kind of nail design, or they are of a different price than a regular fill-in. As I was picking out my color, an older female technician practically cornered me and began examining my nails while speaking a language I did not understand, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. She asked if I wanted gel polish, and after I politely declined she proceeded to walk away while muttering under her breath. The male technician (whom I've seen before and has always been professional and friendly) asked me sit in his chair instead. As I sat down, I could see the older woman snickering in the back of the salon with another employee while looking in my direction. Again, not the most comfortable scenario, but I just brushed it off and continued with my service. Once we were getting ready to paint my nails, I asked my technician if we could paint the tips in a specific design, even pulling out a picture for him to examine. He said it was not a problem at all, quoted me a price for the design, and informed me that another employee would have to do it. I completely understood, told him that was fine, and thanked him. Well, moments later, the same woman who had cornered me sat in his chair and began examining my nails once again. I showed her the picture; she nodded and proceeded to paint. She attempted to do the design a couple times, then got frustrated and left the station without warning. She came back with my original technician and began raising her voice and pointing at me. After she walked away, he sat back down, apologized profusely, and painted my nails. I have never wanted to walk out of a salon before, and if it wasn't for him and his hospitality, I probably would have. read more
