You literally couldn't beat the service and quality, and the cherry on top was that they offered 10% off every visit if you made an appointment. Within the last month or so, new owners took over. I went yesterday for a fill-in and although the SNS job was okay, prices went up, service went down and the discount got taken away. The worst part was the girl who did my nails filed around my cuticles so harshly to where they're now bleeding and I have bandaids on my fingers. Definitely do your research and go elsewhere IMO.

Tim (Tin? Jim? Idk THE OWNER) has always been kind to me whenever I come in because I would always go straight to him to get a full set. His customer service would always be out of this world!! I would be offered drinks, snacks, pillows, etc. Today is the first time I went to Miss Eden who has SEVEN years under her belt of being a PROFESSIONAL nail tech and when I say the difference in results was PHENOMENAL. Her attentiveness , her kindness, and efforts to fix the mistakes he made were so appreciated. I haven't seen my nails look this healthy in a minute!!! Thank you Eden!!! I assured the owner LiLi to not worry because I'm not the type of person to get a service and not pay and to give me a second to call my bank and fix the problem before I left. I ended up solving the issue then paid for my services but there was an obvious shift in her behavior towards me and she stared at me for the entirety of my phone call. So the next and last time I went to the shop and got my regular services, the women who did my nails was hella passive towards me, and then Lili (the owner) had the nerve to become short tempered with me whenever I tried to make small talk with her. My nails were crooked and the gel polish on my toes were chunky. Once my services was over, I couldn't even get up from my seat before she asks me if my credit card is working or not. I couldn't believe the lack of decorum, respect, and distrust she revealed at that moment as long as I have visited her individually and bringing some of my family of the years. I felt so uncomfortable and nodded my head in response to her. Even though NONE of them deserved it I still left a tip after I paid for my services. With that, please find a more respectable nail shop that isn't overpriced, that won't hold grudges over one incident, and let's their owners/staff (WHO YOU HELP PAY) become passive aggressive with negative vibes towards you, before considering this nail shop. Our daughter and I got full nails while my husband got a pedicure. Wow, did they ever take care of him! His pedicure lasted about an hour and included a hot stone massage. He's in heaven! Or nails look great and the service/friendliness was incredible! I highly recommend Perfect Ten for nails, manicure, pedicure, anything relating to nails.
