Upon arrival, I inquired about a new full set and a particular nail design minus one tweak, making it a bit easier. The technician who was the owner I believe, confirmed she was able to do it and gave me the price to which I agreed and began the service. The salon itself is decent for its appearance but altogether they need to work on professionalism. The technician/owner doing my nails had a poor attitude when I would politely make references on how I wanted my nails shaped which I was very communicative about. She continued to do things how she wanted to even after I spoke up several times. She was getting visibly irate and even began to be rough at times. I also noticed tools were being reused in other words the were dirty and unsanitary. You're supposed to use new tools for each guest to prevent infections based on board rules. Overall towards the end the owner was becoming more rude, raising her voice, and overall unprofessional. When it was time to do the design, she of course tried to up charge from the initial agreed upon price saying because of my length and shape she was increasing the price. This was a concern to me to which I calmly asked why and she explained it was because of the time of the take down, length and shape (which I had to ask her to perfect multiple times and she still was incapable). I understood that the price she told me in the beginning was the set price which is why I continued to beginning the service in the first place. But she continued to become angry because I wanted clarity as to why she was changing the pricing. I asked that if she couldn't do the service that I inquired about why lie just to get me to stay instead of being transparent and she continued to become frustrated because I was questioning her honesty. Another guest came in and she wanted to rush me, cutting me off in conversation to which I didn't understand but all in all I'd advise to take your business elsewhere if you don't want to be treated rudely, finessed over price gouging, and the use of dirty tools. Honestly a zero star establishment, save yourself a trip from this "nail salon" read more

Pretty basic nail shop with good service. I wasn't overly impressed with the pedicure options and it's hard to enjoy sometimes when you have someone working on hands and feet at the same time. My nails turned out okay and the atmosphere was comfortable. My pedicure was done too softly but the massage of my legs was okay. Wanted to get my eyebrows done but completely forgot and wasn't reminded. It was kind of hard to understand and speak to the employees. Prices were average but don't know if I would return again. read more

My niece asked to go here for an S&S manicure. So I figured I'd get a pedicure as well. The dude at the front desk said no! LoL I have never been a place of business where I was outright refused service. Update: I am still sitting here waiting for my niece to finish her manicure and another ready just came in and asked for a pedicure. They told her they would be with her in a few moments. I'm the only man in here. Either they don't want the business or men....or perhaps a gay man. I am going to exercise my voice and tell everyone I know about this horrible experience. read more

They treat black people like crap. Save your money and time. I've been sitting in the waiting area for almost 20mins waiting to soak my nails off. I was told everyone is too busy to grab a bowl and acetone. A white lady walked in behind me was told 5 mins and waited less than 2. Will not be back THE NERVE FOR HER TO REPLY BACK TO MY REVIEW WHEN BOTH OF THE OTHER TWO LADIES SAID "NO WE DONT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT" RACIST ... WONT BE BACK read more

This is a very nicely decorated and clean salon, and clearly is a popular choice as it was pretty packed when I came with my sisters for some mani-pedis. Even though we made appointments, we all began with our techs at different times (though we were at least seated together), and our manicures were done at our pedicure chairs. Even though you'd think that this would be a time-saver, the entire process still ended up taking a very long time, even though we didn't get anything too fancy (all regular polish, etc.). We weren't offered water or anything but they did have it available when I asked. I think my sister had the best tech, as she was very upbeat and honest about whether it would be worth it to get the upcharged "finishing gel" or whatever that's supposed to make your manicure last longer (her take: it doesn't really help.) Mine was very nice though, and overall it was a totally fine, A-OK experience -- just nothing that particularly set it apart from any of the other nail salons, and nothing that would entice back here next time I'm in the area. read more

Will never go back here again. I was cut during my pedicure!! The lady didn't even do my nail polish correctly either.

I sure wish I had hopped on Yelp before going to this NAIL SALON. It is the closest to me, so I thought I would try it. Over the past several years, I have been doing my own. However, this year, I wanted to treat myself for being kind. I am going to try and be kind as I write this. First, questions: 1. When a customer is having both a manicure and pedicure, why would you start with the pedicure? For example, when I have this and the manicure is first, it is great. My fingernails are dry by the time the pedicure is done! 2. Whether or not there are existing Covid concerns, why would you seat a customer next to a customer, IF there are 10 stations, and there are only two customers? 3. Why is it that the basic English questions are not legible? Or understandable? 4. Not sure why this happened at this salon, but, I left with many smudges. Several smudges due to both my bracelet and watch were removed AFTER my manicure. Why was the hand massage done after instead of before polishing? 5. I wish I had taken a photo of the tiny fan used to dry nails. It was hilarious! Why not set up a drying station or use less polish? Two additional smudges were because even after 10 minutes in front of the tiny fan, nails still not dry. And, yes, I was careful. With out a doubt, I will venture out to find a really good salon from the 30+ salons in my general area read more

I tried to give this place another chance, but I won't go back again. Every time I get SNS, I leave with multiple fingers bleeding. This time when I went in, it was dirty...trash laying in the floor and debris on the floor around the pedicure stations. A lady came in at 5 and asked what the wait time was. The man said "No, we're already closed." She said she thought they were open till 6, and he didn't even acknowledge that she was still talking to him. He didn't look at her, didn't respond....SO rude. It's been 2 days since I went, and I still have open cuts at the edges of 2 nails. Never again. read more

Andy did my nails and I got acrylic with gel polish and I had a reference photo and my nails look nothing like the photo other than the color and the rhinestones. My nails are bubbly, uneven, see through, and streaky. They look horrible. Thanh did my pedicure and while they look better than my nails they are still streaky and she only did one coat of a really sheer polish. read more

I called ahead to get a qoute and asked for someone who's an experienced nail tech. He said one number over the phone and when I had to pay he charged me more. They all kind of stared at me when I walked in and it wasn't a warm welcome. The man doing my nails was cold, when I spoke he didn't want to speak, that was obvious. The nails turned out terrible. They were crooked, uneven, he never asked me for the color he just painted them the same as they were before... I had broken mails and he applied these convex, claw shaped tips on my nails that didn't match my previous set which had a flatter apex. I asked him to flatten them and accentuate the square shape and he ignored me... I don't recommend anyone to go here. I certainly will never come back. read more

This place is very beautiful inside and the people are very friendly. They are just too overpriced. They do a really good job. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because a pedi or manicure when they are busy is less quality than when they are not busy... and your spending the same amount... you can catch a exceptional job on a non busy day for the value. So get their and sit down for a pedicure. At the end of it I accidentally hit the side of my toe and it smeared the polish on half of the nail. The lady gave me the meanest look then spoke in her language I'm assuming is vietnamese to the lady next to her. I'm sure it wasnt saying something nice and she did speak english. Not a thank you for coming or nothing...that's ok she got a zero for a tip and I'll never go back. My 10yr old daughter got a mani & pedi and with gel polish and when they rung me up they charged fees totaling to $59.00.When questioned why the price on the price list said $23 he began talking in circles even saying the lady who rung me up is not good with English???The offer ended with him saying he would give me 4.00 off!!I am now disputing this charge with my bank. read more

I came to this nail salon expecting excellent service and got something less than. I wanted almond shaped nails and was told that with the length of my nails which are pretty long "that it would not right" as I was told by the nail tech. I as a customer should not be told what I want and what I like, if I want my nails long and square I should be able to get them, if I want my nails short and almond I should be able to get that. I do not like to be told what I can and can't get especially if I am paying for a service. I would not highly recommend this place at all read more

The worst pedicure experience ever. 1hr and 45 minutes for a terrible pedicure! The girl had no idea what she was doing. I stopped by on my birthday today to do something for myself and relax. Nothing about it was relaxing. After she was done I asked the manager to check and see what time I got there to show him how long it took her. The massage was the shortest part of all of it and it was terrible! The chairs are uncomfortable. The manager did not apologize and the girl that did my nails went in the back immediately and never came back out. No apology no nothing! I do not recommend! I forgot to mention that after I had been there 1hr a lady sat beside me and received a manicure and pedicure and she was done before me. read more

First thing you will notice when coming to Blossom is how friendly and personable every employee is that works here. A horrible place & horrible horrible customer service. They are liars and they do not care if you come back or not. The gentleman at the front desk told me so when he did not accept the coupon that THEY emailed me. I'm talking about $1.25 coupon! Very nice and clean salon but this has to have been the absolute worse experience I've had getting my nails done. First the girl after I specifically stated "don't change the shape or length of my nails" with my AirPods in and eyes shut she proceeded to file my nails into a different shape. I opened my eyes and saw the drastic change to my Natural nails and instantly I knew I should have driven the 45 mins to my original place but considering I've relocated I thought I'd find a new salon. Now my nubs I mean nails are extremely short due to trying to change back to original shape. Just overall totally dissatisfied read more

Awesome salon, The staff was very detailed and took there time. I received the best pedicure I have ever had and there pretty reasonably priced. read more

It is very over priced. The service was too fast for what I paid for and the girl who painted my nails didn't even do my cuticles. I think she asked me but I didn't understand what she said so she just started painting my nails. My pedicure was too fast and my feet were still rough afterwards. I paid nearly 60$ just for gel nail polish on my own nails . I won't do this again. read more

Our first visit to this salon was a great experience a couple of weeks ago. Today on second one of the managers did nails. He was rude, kept getting up, answered phone a bunch of times and not tending to what he was doing. Very sloppy and careless and the rudeness counties at checkout when I was charged a different price and he abruptly said it was due to prices being changed the last couple of days. Not returning here. read more

Don't worry about making an appointment at his place it means nothing to them. Slow as ever and I will never be back. Staff only works in slow motion too! I took my daughter here for a set of nails for her birthday. I got my toes done. My toes were done alright. However, the point of the pedicure is to remove dead skin....that was not completed. Many other local nail salons do a much better job of removing dead skin and cutting nails. This is not the main reason for my complaint. My daughter got tips, acrylic, polish and nail art on two nails. For almost $60 just for her nails (before I tipped 20%), her nails never dried. I don't know what they used, but 4 hours later, one nail's polish was literally sliding off. Bubbles started to appear. The next morning, she awoke to large bubbles in every nail. I took her back to get it fixed, on Mother's Day. Since they did such a terrible job on the nail art (it looked like a toddler did the paint), I asked if they could take off the damaged polish and replace with a different color since her polish was botched. They said that was a different service and they would only REPAINT OVER THE DAMAGED POLISH. I checked, and the botched artwork was still there with bubbles all over. I asked them to remove that and paint plain. They did....and the bubbles still show up through it. They should have removed all damage and redone totally. They were rude, assuming she messed them up....in her sleep....hours after they should have been dry. We will never return and will make sure our community knows of their poor customer service. read more

I've been coming here for a little over a year and half now. I usually get a full set or gel polish mani, pedi, and they also do my eyebrows here. I never have to wait very long for service which is nice. All the employees are very friendly and welcoming. I have finally found my nail salon! I have tried many many salons over the years because I find something that I dislike: bad polish job, cuts from bad cuticle shaping, unsanitary utensils, high staff turnover, etc. I am thrilled to find Blossom's service and quality meet my expectations. There is nothing extraordinary about the decor. Quiet instrumental music plays in the background. Prices are similar to other salons in the area. I never have to wait long as a walk in and the staff is friendly and professional. They use sanitized utensils and foot basin liners. My nails are well shaped and the polish is carefully applied (thanks Caitlyn!) so my gel manicure lasts 2 weeks. Overall, I am glad I found this place! read more

Worst pedicure ever! I'm so disappointed. This was supposed to be a relaxing pedicure. I paid FULL price for a service I didn't get.
