Pretty basic nail shop with good service. I wasn't overly impressed with the pedicure options and it's hard to enjoy sometimes when you have someone working on hands and feet at the same time. My nails turned out okay and the atmosphere was comfortable. My pedicure was done too softly but the massage of my legs was okay. Wanted to get my eyebrows done but completely forgot and wasn't reminded. It was kind of hard to understand and speak to the employees. I sure wish I had hopped on Yelp before going to this NAIL SALON. It is the closest to me, so I thought I would try it. Over the past several years, I have been doing my own. However, this year, I wanted to treat myself for being kind. I am going to try and be kind as I write this. First, questions: 1. When a customer is having both a manicure and pedicure, why would you start with the pedicure? For example, when I have this and the manicure is first, it is great. My fingernails are dry by the time the pedicure is done! 2. Whether or not there are existing Covid concerns, why would you seat a customer next to a customer, IF there are 10 stations, and there are only two customers? 3. Why is it that the basic English questions are not legible? Or understandable? 4. Not sure why this happened at this salon, but, I left with many smudges. Several smudges due to both my bracelet and watch were removed AFTER my manicure. Why was the hand massage done after instead of before polishing? 5. I wish I had taken a photo of the tiny fan used to dry nails. It was hilarious! Why not set up a drying station or use less polish? Two additional smudges were because even after 10 minutes in front of the tiny fan, nails still not dry. And, yes, I was careful. They treat black people like crap. Save your money and time. I've been sitting in the waiting area for almost 20mins waiting to soak my nails off. This is a very nicely decorated and clean salon, and clearly is a popular choice as it was pretty packed when I came with my sisters for some mani-pedis. Even though we made appointments, we all began with our techs at different times (though we were at least seated together), and our manicures were done at our pedicure chairs. Even though you'd think that this would be a time-saver, the entire process still ended up taking a very long time, even though we didn't get anything too fancy (all regular polish, etc.). We weren't offered water or anything but they did have it available when I asked. I think my sister had the best tech, as she was very upbeat and honest about whether it would be worth it to get the upcharged "finishing gel" or whatever that's supposed to make your manicure last longer (her take: it doesn't really help.) Mine was very nice though, and overall it was a totally fine, A-OK experience -- just nothing that particularly set it apart from any of the other nail salons, and nothing that would entice back here next time I'm in the area. read more

This time when I went in, it was dirty...trash laying in the floor and debris on the floor around the pedicure stations. A lady came in at 5 and asked what the wait time was. The man said "No, we're already closed." She said she thought they were open till 6, and he didn't even acknowledge that she was still talking to him. Andy did my nails and I got acrylic with gel polish and I had a reference photo and my nails look nothing like the photo other than the color and the rhinestones. My nails are bubbly, uneven, see through, and streaky. They look horrible. Thanh did my pedicure and while they look better than my nails they are still streaky and she only did one coat of a really sheer polish. read more

I called ahead to get a qoute and asked for someone who's an experienced nail tech. He said one number over the phone and when I had to pay he charged me more. They all kind of stared at me when I walked in and it wasn't a warm welcome. The man doing my nails was cold, when I spoke he didn't want to speak, that was obvious. The nails turned out terrible. They were crooked, uneven, he never asked me for the color he just painted them the same as they were before... I had broken mails and he applied these convex, claw shaped tips on my nails that didn't match my previous set which had a flatter apex. I asked him to flatten them and accentuate the square shape and he ignored me... I don't recommend anyone to go here. I certainly will never come back. read more

This place is very beautiful inside and the people are very friendly. They are just too overpriced. I don't know how they stay in business considering I paid $80 to have my nails done and it looked like maybe $50 worth of work had been done. So get their and sit down for a pedicure. At the end of it I accidentally hit the side of my toe and it smeared the polish on half of the nail. The lady gave me the meanest look then spoke in her language I'm assuming is vietnamese to the lady next to her. I'm sure it wasnt saying something nice and she did speak english. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because a pedi or manicure when they are busy is less quality than when they are not busy... and your spending the same amount... you can catch a exceptional job on a non busy day for the value. The worst pedicure experience ever. 1hr and 45 minutes for a terrible pedicure! The girl had no idea what she was doing. I stopped by on my birthday today to do something for myself and relax. Nothing about it was relaxing. After she was done I asked the manager to check and see what time I got there to show him how long it took her. The massage was the shortest part of all of it and it was terrible! The chairs are uncomfortable. The manager did not apologize and the girl that did my nails went in the back immediately and never came back out. No apology no nothing! I do not recommend! Very nice and clean salon but this has to have been the absolute worse experience I've had getting my nails done. First the girl after I specifically stated "don't change the shape or length of my nails" with my AirPods in and eyes shut she proceeded to file my nails into a different shape. I opened my eyes and saw the drastic change to my Natural nails and instantly I knew I should have driven the 45 mins to my original place but considering I've relocated I thought I'd find a new salon. It is very over priced. The service was too fast for what I paid for and the girl who painted my nails didn't even do my cuticles. I think she asked me but I didn't understand what she said so she just started painting my nails. My pedicure was too fast and my feet were still rough afterwards. I took my daughter here for a set of nails for her birthday. I got my toes done. My toes were done alright. However, the point of the pedicure is to remove dead skin....that was not completed. Many other local nail salons do a much better job of removing dead skin and cutting nails. This is not the main reason for my complaint. My daughter got tips, acrylic, polish and nail art on two nails. For almost $60 just for her nails (before I tipped 20%), her nails never dried. I don't know what they used, but 4 hours later, one nail's polish was literally sliding off. Bubbles started to appear. The next morning, she awoke to large bubbles in every nail. I took her back to get it fixed, on Mother's Day. Since they did such a terrible job on the nail art (it looked like a toddler did the paint), I asked if they could take off the damaged polish and replace with a different color since her polish was botched. They said that was a different service and they would only REPAINT OVER THE DAMAGED POLISH. I checked, and the botched artwork was still there with bubbles all over. I asked them to remove that and paint plain. They did....and the bubbles still show up through it. They should have removed all damage and redone totally. They were rude, assuming she messed them up....in her sleep....hours after they should have been dry. We will never return and will make sure our community knows of their poor customer service. read more

I've been coming here for a little over a year and half now. I usually get a full set or gel polish mani, pedi, and they also do my eyebrows here. I never have to wait very long for service which is nice. All the employees are very friendly and welcoming. My mother normally is with me when I go and most of the women that work there know us and ask us about my children or my mother's other grandchildren. I have tried many many salons over the years because I find something that I dislike: bad polish job, cuts from bad cuticle shaping, unsanitary utensils, high staff turnover, etc. I am thrilled to find Blossom's service and quality meet my expectations. There is nothing extraordinary about the decor. Quiet instrumental music plays in the background. Prices are similar to other salons in the area. I never have to wait long as a walk in and the staff is friendly and professional. They use sanitized utensils and foot basin liners. My nails are well shaped and the polish is carefully applied (thanks Caitlyn!) so my gel manicure lasts 2 weeks. Overall, I am glad I found this place! read more
