I will never ever ever return to this nail salon. This first time I came to their location, they…read moresat me in a chair immediately but never started on my toes. I waited for about 10mins before I finally left. THEN as I'm TRYING to leave, this woman grabbed my arm trying to force me to stay, telling me someone would come start with me. It didn't matter how many times I told her it was okay, they're busy, I can come back another day, she still kept her hands on my arms squeezing them. I managed to leave. I deceived to give them another try. Everything was great until it was time to pay. I chose a basic pedicure which is $35 on the price menu, I got French tip. Tell me why, as she's checking me out, my total is suddenly $50!!!!!! I told her I think she made a mistake and she said no. Do you know these people charged me to take off my nail polish and told me it was because I had gel nail polish when i told them atleast 5 different occasions it was regular polish. The lady who originally started on my toes told her the same thing, it was regular polish YET she still tried to insist I had gel polish. I had to get back to work so I told them I'd pay now and come back later since I work across the street. She did not care at all that I said that bc she started painting my toes. She asked if I wanted a hot towel, I told her no. She said it won't add time bc she will wrap the towel around my legs and do my toes at the same time, I said it's okay but she said it won't affect the time so I gave in and said yes. Do you know they charged me for all those services and not ONCE told me anything would be an additional fee. It took the customers in the nail salon to stand up for me instead of her staff. I told her not once did they say it would cost extra for French tip. Not once did they said it would cost extra to wrap a .3 second warm towel around my leg NOR did I come in with gel polish. She really tried to argue me down and I hate that. I was ready to call the police because excuse me? The only reason I didn't is because a customer said she would pay the difference and even then, the staff started trying to yell at her and tell her she couldn't pay for my nails. Very sweet of the customer but understand that wasn't the issue. They try to get over on people so bad. Why in the world would I need or want all those extra services done in my freaking lunch break. The very nice tip I was going to give completely went away. I will never come back to this place. I should've sewed them for the first encounter. Respectfully, fuck these people. And after all of that, look at my toes, NOT EVEN CUTE

Maybe but I don't know for sure) and they have NO prices listed. I walked in a few weeks ago with my 10 and 12 year daughters who are literally allowed to get their nails done once a year. I asked for the price of a mani/pedi for them and after a LOT of back and forth In another language, I was told $25. One of my daughters wanted gel so I knew they would add some for her. They asked the younger daughter about gel and she said no multiple times. Guess what, they painted her nails with gel. I went to pay and I was absolutely shocked by the prices, definitely not $25 as I was told, plus a surcharge now to use a credit card. Not only did I way overpay (no price transparency at all) but now I "get" to pay to have my daughter's gel nails removed after 2 weeks because she cannot keep them for cheer. Don't know what is going on here but get it fixed!

The man at the front helped me for the first part, he tried to talk me into multiple service none of which I needed (my nails are strong and never break with gel on them). He then proceeded to electronically grind every single one of my nails down to almost nothing, chipping a few the lady then came over and finished the mess he made and tried to glue them. Simple tasks like washing my hair or buttoning my pants became impossible with paper thin nails and within 3 days ALL 10 of my nails were broken, the amount of pain I had to endure was extremely unnecessary and upsetting..it's been 5 weeks and my nails are finally starting to thicken up. For reference, I got SNS nails with plastic tips (the green almond shaped pictures). I absolutely adore the outcome. They look super natural and thin, yet they are super strong and definitely staying on for a while. My mom also got SNS nails, but in coffin shape and a bit longer. (The darker maroon set).
