I have been coming here for YEARS for my own nails and have always thought this to be a lovely place. Recently they have remodeled (New owner? Maybe but I don't know for sure) and they have NO prices listed. I walked in a few weeks ago with my 10 and 12 year daughters who are literally allowed to get their nails done once a year. I asked for the price of a mani/pedi for them and after a LOT of back and forth In another language, I was told $25. One of my daughters wanted gel so I knew they would add some for her. They asked the younger daughter about gel and she said no multiple times. Guess what, they painted her nails with gel. I went to pay and I was absolutely shocked by the prices, definitely not $25 as I was told, plus a surcharge now to use a credit card. Not only did I way overpay (no price transparency at all) but now I "get" to pay to have my daughter's gel nails removed after 2 weeks because she cannot keep them for cheer. Don't know what is going on here but get it fixed! read more

The nail salon has had a fabulous facelift within the past month. This salon is well maintained. The nail technicians are very experienced and the pedicures are excellent. They take appointments and walk-ins. Go today and get pampered! read more

I had a great experience here! My nail tech was one of the sweetest women. I was in for a nail fill, and changed my color so nothing too extra. I'm giving it five stars for the extra cool vibe, and the face massage with my eyebrows (I'm talking goosebumps galore). read more

They are very nice here and they take their time and they make your nails look good but once when I came here they were cutting my cutaciles and then where they cut it it started to bleed and it really hurt read more

Thuy and Kim are fabulous!! Their attention to detail is much appreciated. Highly recommend coming here!

Service was amazing, got a clear coat manicure and pedicure. The massage was a great plus! 10/10 would recommend!

First world rant: I didn't have an appointment so I didn't expect quick service. she said it would be a few minutes before getting started that turned into almost 35 minutes to get a technician (no biggie I can't complain) after waiting almost 40 min to get started unfortunately I no longer had have time for a pedicure only a polish change on my feet and the manicure nail polish application was horrible and the manager was rude. she charged me $3 for soaking my feet in water! (No flowers no special powder etc) and said she wouldn't take $$it off since it's not her fault I no longer had time to get the pedicure the nail polish job was sooooo bad!! Look for yourself staff is friendly I didn't want to cause trouble but I can't believe she charged me for crappy work on my nails. she was not budging. it's a hit or miss here. I didnt have the energy and time to refuse to pay for terrible work. She should consider a do over or money back! read more

Nail of Capri - Horrible work, please make it right. Staff was nice but didn't do a good job and manager was rude - Nail Salons Near Me - Suwanee, Georgia

I tried this place out from a friend's recommending it. I wanted to do the chrome nails. I was a little nervous as she started the sns, but when she finished it was exactly what I showed her. The biggest plus was that the sns was filed thin making it look natural. Definitely would drive out here again. read more

I have been going to Nail if Capri for 20 years. Helen and her staff are always sweet and accommodating. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been going to nail of capri for years, and love it there! The owner is so kind and is always friendly with me. The nail techs truly know what they are doing, and I just LOVE getting SNS manicures with Tiffany! She is great with designs and knows how to advise me based on my preferences. If you don't know what nail salon in Suwanee to go to, I would definitely recommend trying this one! read more

I've needed a pedicure for the longest time and was hesitant because the price is double what it is in LA for one, but well worth it! It's a very relaxing setting, like a spa, there's no annoying stink of nail polish, they practice covid protocol, and everyone is very pleasant. I enjoyed the basic and it felt every bit luxurious. I was scrubbed, lotioned, massaged, clipped, and all felt gentle and pleasant. I'm definitely coming back and asking for Linda again! read more

This is the second time I came here and I will never come back. I tried to give a second chance and I'm disappointed I did so. $43 for a regular mani and pedi is too much of you ask me and on top of it you wait FOREVER and the quality is laughable. My 10 year old niece could do a way better job. I am posting a picture of the SLOPPIEST manicure you have ever seen and the paint from the pedicure is all bubbly. Just gross. They never cleaned or wiped any of the seats down from person to person. Such a waste of time and money never again. read more

Waited 45 minutes despite making an appointment to get my nails done. The technician who eventually did come to do my nails did not listen to a single thing I wanted, I had to clarify 4 different times what I wanted, my nails are total different shapes and lengths and they just look bad, incredibly streaky and my fingers are stained with the black powder she used on my nails, even though she didn't even fill in my whole nail. My younger sister wanted a crescent moon art on her nail and it looked like a sperm. read more

UPDATE:realizing that I could not walk around with my nails looking like that, I went back and the manicurist immediately came to assist as she knew why I was there. She what she could and my nails look much more like I requested. The shape is still funky, but there wasn't much they could do about that at this point except completely redo them and I didn't want to be THAT person so she filed them down and cleaned up the sides as well as a more natural looking polish. This salon is definitely more for older designs, they are not up to date, in my eyes, to do more current trends. The shape of my nails is hardly almond. UPDATE: after getting my nails done yesterday, my nailbeds are hurting soooooooooo intensely! Having to do anything with water is extremely painful! I don't know what I did too this woman, but never have I been in pain hours after leaving a salon! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!! Not only do my nails not look how I wanted as well as being overpriced, but now I have bruises and blood to remind me of the experience for at least a week or two... Would not recommend. Just not a good fit for me, even with a picture, she still wasn't able to give me what I wanted. Maybe for older styles this salon would be great, but not for newer options and looks. Will not return, not worth the $50. read more

I went here today to get a full set with gel polish. I feel the price was too high, $40. On top of that the lady doing my nails was rude, as soon i sat down got on her phone starting making calls and texting while i was waiting my nails to be done. I ask for 2 bedazzled nail she told me $5 then started doing It and switched price to an additional $20. I told her don't worry about It then. Not very good customer service. read more

While the technician did a good job, the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. I went for a pedicure. I understand that they want to get people in and out and that's why they do manis and pedis at the same time. I had people on both side of me getting both done. I felt like i was being smothered between people and also had to breathe in the dust from the filing of their nails. I had to move my coat and purse two times because they were in the way to the techs. Then a woman came and put a box with waxing items on the table where I had moved my coat and purse and proceeded to shove my stuff back. I turned around and took my coat and bag and had to hold it on my lap for the remainder of my pedicure. read more

This place so nice. Girls that work in there so nice soon as walk-in they greeted you . Also I walk in there with picture on phone told them I wanted nail like in pic they did them . I was so happy. Vivian is best on doing nails. She is best read more

I received the worst manicure I've ever received and spent more then 2 hours in the salon. The quality was so bad it was almost funny. I don't know where they find their nail techs but they need more training or they just don't care. Unless you personally know them you will spend time waiting for someone to finally get to you. They pick and choose who they want to work with. They also don't listen to you well and are very short with their responses. Very unsanitary place, I will never be going back and I hope you don't either. read more

When you go to a nail salon it is typically to relax while someone does your nails. It is impossible to relax here due to the noise of the workers NON STOP CHATTER. They don't have a receptionist so every time a customer walks in it is total chaos between the workers. The workers are constantly talking to each other and it is just extremely loud in there. When you mention it to the owner he just laughs about it. I am definitely going somewhere else. Some place that cares about their customers as much as they do each other. read more

It's July of 2020 and the covid infection and death statistics are through the roof. I've been 99% quarantined since March 3rd because I am as risk as it gets. I have a new heart valve, asthma, and complications from radiation from breast cancer. Finally to pull up my spirits, I called David at Nails of Capri to inquire about their covid protocol. I've been going there for several years, and they are super hygienic. I've never come down with a nail fungus or so much as caught a cold. Well, I went today, and they are doing an OUTSTANDING job with covid prevention and safety. I wore a mask. All customers are required to wear a mask. Every staff member wears a mask. I personally witnessed them wiping down chairs, etc with disinfectant. They have installed plexiglass partitions between each cudtomer chair. The lady that does my nails wore her mask while she worked on my feet-pedicure. When she worked on my fingernails, she also wore a total clear face cover like they use in a hospital, in addition to her mask. So, I was very secure. The rest rooms are clean and the trash can even has an automatic opener. I FEEL VERY SECURE. Publix grocery store should make mask mandatory. I am MUCH safer at Nails of Capri and I'm to re-establish my twice monthly visits. read more

Horrible service. The guy who did my nails had them several different lengths, did not smooth them properly and used a faulty uv light for my gel color that burned my finger. I came here to get a gel manicure and pedicure. They were pretty busy and halfway through my mani the girl doing my nails had a regular come in and a different girl took over. The 2nd girl was super pleasant but much more rushed. My gels didn't even last a week when at other salons have lasted 2+ weeks. My pedi also didn't last as long as usual. I won't return.
