I went to Sugar Bee Waxing today for the first time and I was very pleased with the services I received. I had many questions as I usually do regular wax and on both my phone call as well as in my appointment all my questions were thoroughly answered. I found the sugar wax to be superior to the regular waxes I usually get, less painful and apparently more likely to leave ingrowns. Natalia did an excellent job paying attention to every detail and made me have a comfortable experience with fantastic results. It was very relaxing in the room, great British baking is a fantastic choice to help lower the stress for those of us that get anxious. Fantastic experience, will be back! read more

I have seen 3 different estheticians here and can't complain about any of them. All did a good job. This place is very clean and professional. Love that it is conveniently located by the Super Target! read more

I came to Sugar Bee Waxing in Suwanee for a Brazilian before vacation, and Jasmine was amazing! She made the whole process quick, comfortable, and as painless as possible. The space itself is super cute, very clean, and has a welcoming vibe that immediately puts you at ease. Jasmine's technique was fantastic, and she paid attention to every detail. Definitely one of the best waxing experiences I've had -- I'll be back for sure! read more

This is a great place! I've been coming here for years, and I am so happy with the services.

I was going somewhere else until my technician left, and then I found Sugar Bee. I'm so happy I did, not only is booking easy my new technician, Melissa, is fantastic! read more

Denise is AMAZING! She rocked it. I love the after effects of waxing but hate the process itself. However she was as gentle as possible and tried to be quick so I had as little discomfort as possible! Will definitely be back to see her! This isn't against Denise in anyway but I would have a blanket or towel for guests. Those rooms are chilly and the paper napkin doesn't do a thing for warmth! read more

After Ana left, I've been seeing Chelsea at this location and my experience is even better. Chelsea does my brazilian super quick and very painless. She also does my eyebrows better than anyone! I highly recommend seeing Chelsea!! read more

I've been hearing about sugaring for some time now & was curious. Last year my band got me to get a Brazilian wax for carnival. I enjoyed the experience so much that I decided to continue going. After a business meeting, I decided to stop by the only sugaring spa in the area. Sugar Bee Waxing! The Yelp reviews were nice and I was in need of a service. Upon entering I was greeted by their welcoming receptionist. She asked if I had an appointment. I said no and she immediately slipped me into the schedule. Wow! Service with a smile. The decor of the waiting area was beautiful. From the honeycomb mirror patten on the wall to the hollywood chandelier hanging from the ceiling and the self serve coffee they were making a statement. They want people to come, make themselves at home and get ready for the best service of their lives! Denise Santos, one of the owners, did my service. She was polite and very friendly. We even watched FRIENDS during my service! I've never done that at a spa. TV takes your mind off of the current situation and relaxes you. The sugaring process is quite unique. When waxing you have to use strips and a lot of product. In sugaring there are no strips and they are able to utilize the same handful of product the entire time. Sugaring is an actual paste composed of natural sugar, lemon and water. That's it! No harmful chemicals. I enjoyed my service and will most definitely be back next month for my next service. If you wax, you'll LOVE SUGARING! If you've never waxed, do yourself a favor and try something new. You never know what may be your next BIG OBSESSION! read more

I was referred to Sugar Bee by my wife, a regular customer, and I'm SO glad I went. The booking process was easy and seamless, and there was plenty of availability to fit my schedule. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly team member. The facility was clean, well lit, as well as warm and welcoming. My esthetician, Amber, was absolutely delightful; not to mention highly expedient, and VERY professional. I've been to other waxing places before, but will bring all of my future business to Sugar Bee. Well done indeed! read more

The service was exceptional as usual. Nicki is great, she really makes the whole process as comfortable as possible. Everyone is so friendly and helpful from the moment I walk in and booking my appointments is so easy. read more

I have gotten waxes before but this one was horrible. The experience wasn't bad, I believe her name was Nicole but I developed a TON of ingrown hairs. I followed the requirements but it was white bumps and painful ingrown hairs like 4 days later. She waxed first then sugared. I went somewhere else and they were highly against sugaring. Unfortunately I won't be back read more

Ive heard forever that sugaring is better for your skin than waxing, but somehow always validated that slightly less price to stick with waxing, even though Id get tons of ingrowns. After that situation got BAD, i finally thought sure, I'll give it a try! I'll never go back. Ladies, that extra $10 is WORTH IT. No ingrowns, no irritation/redness (Im stupidly sensitive), and Ive never had such a thorough Brazilian in my life. I love Naomi. Super nice, super efficient and determined to get every last hair. Definitely a loyal client now. read more

Denise is the best!! Setting is as relaxing as possible, never a wait, and employees are following safety guidelines. Employees are friendly and professional. read more

Love it here!! I've been coming for a couple of months now and I always leave happy. I get their Brazilian sugaring and it takes around 25 min. Super quick and it's really clean. Their prices just increased from $40 to $50 but it's worth it so I keep coming haha read more

This was my second time ever getting a Brazilian wax, but first time with sugaring. I will never go back it was way less painful and Iva was amazing letting me know what was going on. Already rebooked ! read more

Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the lady who did my Brazilian wax. She was very thorough and made feel welcome and relaxed. It was a very pleasant experience and highly recommend this place. read more

I went here for the first time and my esthetician was Thay. I had my eyebrows sugared and my upper lip. I have never in my life been so relaxed while getting a wax. She made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was okay during the process. We just moved here from Texas and my last wax was absolutely horrible. Please give this place a try and ask for Thay she was absolutely amazing. My eyebrows look phenomenal and she didn't miss a hair on my lip. I am on the books for her each month and I am thinking about other services as well. This place has me as a lifetime customer. read more

I can't believe my favorite esthetician Bianca is no longer w/ Sugar Bee Waxing in Suwanee. I would have found another salon a long time ago if it wasn't for her! She was simply the sweetest and absolute best at what she does! Her clients will miss her for sure. Wishing her the best. read more

Really liked finding this place! Read the reviews online and felt like it would be a good option to try. If you're looking for a new waxing salon, this place is worth a serious look. My esthetician was Lauren and she did a fantastic job and introduced me to the "sugaring" technique. Definitely less painful than waxing, and worth a shot if you like less pain and zero hot wax. read more

OMG IN LOVE! My friend recommended this place to me since another one closer to me has new management and not that great. (Not referring to another sugar bee location). This one is fairly reasonably priced. I absolutely LOVE the fact that each time they use a wax bottle on you they always throw it away after your session is over and never re use the same bottle. I tried sugar wax for the first time and that was fantastic. Love the fact that it does not leave any residue nor do I feel sticky once it's done. Denise is amazing and so sweet and fun to work with! The facility is extremely, extremely clean and very well organized. The staff at the front is so sweet too! Can't wait to be back for my next session. read more

I was impressed! I have been getting waxed for over 12 years but recently moved to the area. Its been an anxious search but I believe I found my fit here. Every thing from check in to check out was very professional. Several little extras for comfort helped. For example the TV in the room for a little relaxing distraction, the little towel for added coverage, the sweet, well skilled anesthetician and the final touch of a cleansing towel at the end. Thank you Sugar Bee Staff for going above & beyond. read more

First Brazilian ever and I was soooooo nervous! (I got the sugaring). Tai made it super comfortable and easy. She was quick, friendly, conversational, knowledgeable and made it look super easy. I will definitely be back! read more

Sara is just amazing and I highly recommend the sugar wax. I went to a Brazilian by Andrea wax place in Buckhead 5 years ago and I am pretty sure that they double dipped. My skin was a mess for weeks and I never tried this service again. Sugar Bee is super hygenic and friendly. The sugar is far less painful and my skin feels fine, but I also credit this to Sara. Sara educated me on using neosporin and exfoliating after 3 days. So far, so good. read more

Friendly, professional service and I'm always able to schedule a wax/tint in a couple of days notice. I highly recommend them!

Melissa is the best! She's always quick, painless and super friendly. Makes the awkward experience feel like a comfortable one! Highly recommend her & this location! read more

This is probably going to be my go-to waxing place! It was my first time here and the ladies were very welcoming. I've only tried the Brazilian wax and will try other services next time. My esthetician was Thay and she did a wonderful job in taking care of me. She made sure I was comfortable and talked to me throughout the process. I barely felt any pain. I highly recommend !!! read more

My first visit and sugaring and I would definitely recommend it. I didn't have an appointment but was serviced immediately. Elizabeth provided the wax/sugaring and did a great job. Not only that, but she was personable and and detailed. I will be back and definitely recommend Sugar Bee. read more

The service was terrible and awful. The receptionist and esthetician did not greet us when we walked in for our scheduled appointment. They just looked at us. The esthetician did not really talk or engage my teenage daughter during her service. My daughter got the eyebrow sugar wax and her eyebrows looked just okay afterward. She has thick eyebrows that turned out uneven after the service. The receptionist was able to speak just fine to the lady that was in front us when she checked her out. When I went up to pay, the receptionist again was minimal and unfriendly and didn't even ask me if I wanted to make another appointment like she did for the lady in front of me. First and last time going there and I will be sure to tell my friends through social media and word of mouth of this bad experience. read more

SugarBee has been my local waxing boutique for 5 years. I have seen many of their estheticians and I would recommend them all as skilled professionals. The business is always clean, comfortable, private, and efficient. Setting appointments is easy. They offer a variety of services, and their sugar wax service is perfect for people with sensitive skin. I have had bad reactions from traditional wax in the past, but I have never had an issue with the sugar wax. Every experience has been great! read more

The most thorough, wonderful experience I've had in waxing. Went in today for a full body wax (legs and Brazilian for me) but decided to upgrade the $10 for the sugaring Brazilian portion. What a difference! Virtually painless in spite of it having been two months since my last wax. Sara is lovely and explained the process from top to bottom. I absolutely recommend this place and will be coming back once a month as recommended for my legs and sugar wax Brazilian. Feeling (and looking) fabulous! read more

Sugar bee is great! Their website is easy to use and not too expensive. I always get my wax with Fay and she is super nice and easy to talk to! Great experience overall! read more

It took me a while to convince myself to do it and it turns out I'm hooked! I come here monthly for waxing and they're doing such a great job! Everything looks clean and friendly (they put Friends on the TV so I'm entertained too). It does hurt the first time, but after that, it get 100 times better, and I'm a real baby at pain! read more

Anytime I'm visiting in the area I make sure to make an appointment here! Denise was awesome, she is friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Sugaring is 10X better than waxing, I have extremely sensitive skin and have never had any kinds of problems. Unlike with waxing that end with not so great ingrown hairs. This office has some of the friendliest staff and they are very good at what they do. Wish I lived closer and could be a regular here! read more

Anari was super friendly at the front desk, made me feel very welcome! I got an eye brow wax and sugar bikini wax. Noami did an awesome job, made me feel comfortable and talked me through the process. They definitely will have me as a repeat customer!!! read more

The first place I've ever gotten a Brazilian sugar wax from and it's so quick and the pain is tolerable. I would say my wax takes about 10 minutes each session and I've been doing it for 2 years now. So I've been coming here since they first opened and Denise is amazing. I drive 45 mins to and hour to support her business! My wax last about a month to a month an a half and I've never regret it since. The hair does come back slower and lighter so that's a plus! read more

Sarah is a talented and kind aesthetician. She is very conscientious and wants to make sure her services meet your expectations. She explains the procedures and asks for your input on any questions you might have. The office is very clean and the receptionist is very accommodating in scheduling appointments. Great experience! If you haven't tried sugaring it's better than waxing. Jus go. You won't be disappointed. read more

I take my daughter here for her sugar waxing of her lip and eyebrow. I feel like turn over is high and every time we seem to have to go to a new person. This last girl we had I was not impressed with, I would guess she was new b/c I have never seen her before or her name when booking. Will request someone different next time. Location is convenient and it's clean so we will come back and give it another shot. Not sure why turn over is so high. read more

Came here about a little over a month ago and got a brow sugar and tint by Sara. She was very knowledgeable and very honest with my about what the service would entail. It was a bit on the pricey side, but my brow shaping has lasted me until now! The tint did fade after a week and a half, I credit this mostly to my face wash and my skin type. I'm not sure if it would last longer on anyone else. I love this place. While the tint was not for me, I would definitely try some of their other services. read more
