I just finished my session with Sara and I must say that she is awesome. She educated me on how to take care of myself after she was done and until I see her again. This is only my second one and it was less painful than the first. She advised that the pain would get better after a few more visits. She showed how everything is cleaned and sterilized and is only one use only and they use natural ingredients. Sugar, lemon juice and water. Olive oil was used to close the pores. She feels amazing!!!! LOL. I have already booked my next appointment in four weeks. I recommend this place to first timers and vets. read more

I'm always a little nervous to let someone new touch my eyebrows, I have very full eyebrows and am scared someone will take too much off according to their taste. So I was a little nervous coming to Sugar Bee the first time, but there was no need. I believe Cindy took care of me, and she did an amazing job, despite my annoying her with nerves. I've been to salons in NYC, LA, and SF, and this is my favorite so far. Nice, relaxing ambiance, and everything was very clean and sanitary. Denise is a pro, she gets everything done quickly and efficiently. Also, TVs! By the time I was done watching a sitcom, my skin was clean and smooth. After getting Brazilian sugar waxings done for years out In San Diego, I was surprised that only Sugar Bee popped up when I googled sugar waxing places in Atlanta! From my experience with sugar waxing, it's a lot less painful, so I wanted to continue with it after moving back to GA. Sugar Bee was quite a drive for me, but I didn't have many other options to go to. Upon my arrival, I was immediately greeted by the receptionist who was very welcoming! She made me feel right at home. Denise did my Sugar Waxing and I felt so comfortable with her. After years of getting Brazilians, this was my first experience being able to watch TV during the service! There was a tv in the room and Denise asked what I'd like to watch (of course I picked Friends! Why not watch something To make you laugh while getting a Brazilian?!) She was gentle, yet fast, and had me in and out! I loved that Denise is Brazilian and was able to share her culture with me! This was my first time there and I already scheduled my next appt. Out of the three sugaring services I've scheduled, only one has ever panned out. The one time I was actually able to have a service, it was fantastic. Unfortunately, it is difficult to return when there is such poor communication. Due to overwhelming positive reviews, I decided to schedule my first appointment with Denise in December online; it was confirmed and then two days before my scheduled visit, I received a call stating that she was out of town and I'd have to cancel or use another aesthetician--ok, your online system should probably be updated to recognize employee schedules especially during a busy holiday season. Since they contacted me so last minute and I only had limited free time, I did reschedule with another aesthetician--and I must say, it was a great service. Most recently, I scheduled another service for today (Wednesday) with Sara at 2pm. I booked this appointment online on Monday and again, received my confirmation. And again, an hour and a half before my appointment time, I receive a phone call stating that Sara is out sick today and to reschedule or use another aesthetician. While I can understand an employee needing a sick day, I do not understand how a business is unable to identify and contact the clients scheduled to that aesthetician yesterday. Especially after the employee who called to inform me 1.5 hours before my appointment stated that she had a "medical emergency" yesterday therefore, the business likely knew she would not be in today. So all in all, as much as I wish I could frequent this place with aestheticians I request, it likely will never happen because there is always some last minute issue on their end. read more

This was the best waxing experience I have ever had. The sugar was the least painful wax I have tried. It was also much faster than normal waxing. I highly recommend trying it. My aesthetician, Jessica, was friendly and professional. The Salon is clean and decorated nicely. I made an appointment and they were able to accommodate me the same afternoon.
