I was told to sit down and wait for someone to assist me in 5 minutes, but after 28 minutes of waiting, no one had even acknowledged me. When a technician finally came over, she told me the color I wanted was discontinued, which was not true. I asked for a comparable shade, and then the service went downhill even further. My nails weren't cut, barely filed, and my cuticles were only pushed back and slightly cut. All of this was done in just 6 minutes. While the technician was getting polish, I noticed how disastrous my nails looked--uneven, messy, and badly cut. I had to start filing and cutting my own nails because there was no way I'd let them paint over this mess. I left without any polish, no lotion, no massage, no oil, and no hot towel--just an $18 charge for 6 minutes of wasted time. It was incredibly disrespectful, and this experience confirmed that I won't be returning. I gave them a second chance, and it was definitely not worth it. I do not recommend this place at all. Instead of helping the young g lady, the older lady simply dismissed the request, telling me the cat eye "can't be applied on toes like that" and even suggested the color I picked is ugly. This place only has one UV light, so I had to wait for another client to finish. The young lady offered me a complimentary manicure to make up for it -- which I appreciated, and I offered to pay and asked to have gel nails done on my hands at the same time. Once again, the same older lady came and worked on my finger nails, and criticized the color I chose, saying it was too light and transparent and hard to apply. Later, I realized I left something behind and called the shop immediately. The older lady answered and confirmed they were open on Sunday, June 8. According to their Google Maps hours, they open at 11am. I arrived at 11:15am only to find them CLOSED. When I called again, she claimed they actually open at 12pm. When I asked why she didn't mention that the day before, she blamed me for not asking. I had to come back a second time to retrieve my item, and I did get a full refund of $115. During the refund process, the older lady still refused to take responsibility and blamed everything on the "wrong product" I chose and the young lady's inexperience. She even tried to claim that I hadn't paid for my hand service, which was untrue and beside the point -- even if it was complimentary, it doesn't excuse her rudeness, impatience, and complete lack of professionalism.
