I went in for a simple manicure with tips added and wanted a French tip. First, the guy doing my nails was so aggressive. He was yanking my arms , pinching my fingers so hard. I just left and my hands and nails are SORE. Not to mention, they gave me a "deep" french tip when I just asked for a regular French tip. They didn't tell me it would be an additional $15. I paid $104 total including tip. I normally wouldn't complain, I understand things have prices. But the tips aren't even, I'm sore and I feel like I was absolutely ripped off. Very upset. read more

I just got done with my nails and I hate them the nail color is fine same with the shape not the color I asked for it looks more ombré than the color I asked for, he was doing one coat for the final until I had to ask for him to do another because I can see where my nail end.. I recommend getting a nail tech instead of going to a nail salon he made the inside of the nail more curvy and no one asked for that so he's going what he feels like. Lisa did a lovely job on my manicure. She took extra time with my design and made sure it looked natural and exactly the way I wanted. My pedicure was also lovely. The staff is friendly and professional. I could not recommend them enough! read more

I got my nails done about a week and a half or two weeks ago and three of my nails have broken off at where the Apex is supposed to be you can see on the pictures there was no Apex on the nail I am extremely upset with my service I've never gone through this before going to a nail salon never would not recommend they need to work on their nail skills Horrible!!!! I pride myself in doing only positive reviews. I decided to post this review although it will it be positive. I have never had such a bad experience at a nail Salon in my life. The woman who did my nails was so rude to me that I contemplated leaving in the middle of my appointment. I picked out a gel polish color from the basket and she told me twice they did not have the color I was looking for. I then picked four a third and asked her to match my pedicure. I had been doing extensive yard work for the last three weeks so my nails were in bad shape. She was scolding me loudly in front of other guests and complaining about my calluses. I explained that I had been working outside. She then hurt me twice and said it was my fault for not removing my calluses before I came. My nails didn't match and she told me it was good enough. I will never step foot in this nail salon again. Customer service is everything in this industry, this establishment is lacking. read more

I just visited Tulip Nails for the first time yesterday and was so impressed! I desperately needed my old SNS nails taken off. I only had 45 minutes and no appointment. They were all so sweet, took me immediately and even with several other clients, managed to take off my old set, clean up my nails and apply a beautiful new SNS set for me. There were even 2 ladies working on me at one time just to make sure I got out in time. And the set is beautifully done! Price was great too. I will definitely be back! read more

I've been all over the place trying to find a home to get my nails done, and I've found one. I've been here a couple of times now and they are so sweet and always make sure my nails look exquisite. Even if it means restarting a gel nail all over to perfect it. They also recognize you the second time you come in, which feels very friendly. One time I came in and only had 30 minutes between me and my friend and she got both of us done in no time with excellent service and sent us on our way. The spa pedicures are also really amazing. They use a lot of essential oils, massages, exfoliators and lotions before working on your toes. And they're only $35 which is incredible for a pedicure with all those added things. Prices are great - service even better. I've found my nail salon home. read more

Amazing service and a huge selection of SNS colors. She did a great job on my tips and dips, and all for $40! She was also very fast, and the edges are very smooth. I've had my dips done at many nail salons all over Atlanta, but this one was by far the best combination of price, quality, and selection. And the salon was very clean and comfortable, with a TV to watch while your nails are getting done. Highly recommended for SNS. read more

I've been coming to Tulip nails for a very long time. Lisa, Michael, Tina and Jasmine are all amazing! Tina is amazing when it comes to my aches and pains pedicure as well as doing my SNS nails. The salon is very relaxing and I always leave feeling calm and rejuvenated. Calling ahead for an appointment is the best route to go due to their high volume. The salon has improved tremendously since Lisa and Michael took over this location. I'm giving Tulip nails 5 stars because of their hospitality, quality of work and always able to get me in and out when I'm in a time crunch. Prices are comparable to other locations but their friendliness is what keeps me coming back time and time. They always welcome me by name when I walk in. Highly recommend to friends and family! This place messed up my nails lemme tell you. They are so short and I look like I have 5 year old nails.

So I went there today to get SNS nails and a pedicure. The woman doing my feet was very cold. She did not take do a good job at all. The whole clean up process was quick and she didn't even get rid of the dead skin. For my nails, the lady was sweet but when she was doing my nails, she cut the cuticles too much and I ended up bleeding from six of my fingers! When I told her 'you're cutting too deep and I'm bleeding and it hurts' she managed to blame me for bleeding. The color tuned out nice but because she cut so much of my actual skin, she couldn't clean up much of the color stuck around my nail with alcohol. They didn't do much of a good job with my mom either. Pedicure wise, they didn't do a good job with the regular pedicure process nor the actual pedi. The color is already chipped too. I think if they would've actually taken care of us thoroughly like they were doing with the rest, it would've been great. read more
