I used to be a regular at Tiffany Nails but stopped about 6 months ago because the gel manicures and pedicures would peel within just 3 days. I decided to give them a second chance today, hoping for a better experience, but it was even worse. I was told to sit down and wait for someone to assist me in 5 minutes, but after 28 minutes of waiting, no one had even acknowledged me. When a technician finally came over, she told me the color I wanted was discontinued, which was not true. I asked for a comparable shade, and then the service went downhill even further. My nails weren't cut, barely filed, and my cuticles were only pushed back and slightly cut. All of this was done in just 6 minutes. While the technician was getting polish, I noticed how disastrous my nails looked--uneven, messy, and badly cut. I had to start filing and cutting my own nails because there was no way I'd let them paint over this mess. I left without any polish, no lotion, no massage, no oil, and no hot towel--just an $18 charge for 6 minutes of wasted time. It was incredibly disrespectful, and this experience confirmed that I won't be returning. I gave them a second chance, and it was definitely not worth it. I do not recommend this place at all. Tiffany's Nails is located in the Medlock Regal Cinema shopping center in Johns Creek. It's a large, upscale nail salon with friendly service and their pricing is on par with other nail salons in the area. I came in on a Saturday with no appointment and was quickly accommodated and seated. My gel pedicure was good with a decent massage. The ladies seemed to do a good job on my nails at the time. I noticed over a week span, however, my sns manicure was too thin with way too much filing down on my real nails. The sns came off of 4 fingers within a week. I went there with my sister and decided to get a pedicure... I don't always get pedicures so I thought they did a good job. Only thing is, they talk about their customers in Vietnamese. When I was looking for money for tipping; the lady who did my nails said in Vietnamese "he's really handsome! but cheap... doesn't tip". She actually spoke too soon as I was just looking for my wallet for the tip. She had a really surprised look when I walked up to her to give her a tip... maybe she realized I could understand her. In hindsight, I should've thanked her in Vietnamese. =) To the manager, please let your employees know about etiquette and not to talk about customers in Vietnamese... some of your customers might actually speak Vietnamese. read more

I have been coming here for over 5 years and never had an issue. I arrived Saturday at 6:15 when the salon was basically empty.. it said online they closed at 8 pm .. there was some confusion about price as they're usually is at nail salons but all I asked for was French acrylics. I even showed them a picture. I said I wanted them pink but I made sure that getting a pink powder would be the same price as getting clear and they said it was fine not to worry about it. I paid before I finished my nails and it was $50 (without tip) which is a little more than I am used to paying for just regular acrylic polish ( the last time I was here I paid 40 for the same thing) but it was fine. Once she finishes with the pink powder and puts on a clear coat, she said she was done. I asked her aren't we still doing the French and she said it would be extra money. I was completely confused because the entire time I told her I wanted French, she then called her manager who yelled at me over the phone and said that I was unappreciative of the nails and that they stayed open late for me because they close at 7 even though I showed her the hours where it's at 8 PM and she said well that is googles fault... I tried to just ask for my money back and said that they could take off the nails completely and they refused to do any type of refund. So I spent over two hours at the nail salon just to get yelled at and overcharged. When I tried to just leave they offered to do the French last minute but it looked nothing like what I asked for:( I am extremely disappointed in the way I was spoken to and that I received zero refund after this horrible experience. read more

Damaged nails. I've been coming here to get gel pedicures with acrylic added to my big toenails and sns manicures for months. One day, I came in for a pedicure fill-in and asked to take the acrylic added to the big toes off because it was lifting. Another tech came over and argued, refusing to remove them saying that my nails were thin and the acrylic would help. She then jokingly says that she is helping and other salons don't care about the health of my nails, just the money. Must I add, this is the second time they refused to remove the acrylic. They then proceeded to rush the pedicure. During the pedicure, the acrylic nail was still lifting. She noticed but did not fix it until I addressed it. The tech who interjected told me not to be concerned and come back in 2 weeks to get it removed. The week after, I came in to get my sns manicure removed and get a fresh full set. The nail tech doing my nails removed my sns with a nail tip causing extreme damage to my nail beds. As she used a nail tip to dig under the sns and pull it off, she used such extreme force that it caused holes in my real nails. Needless to say I did not return. After letting my nails grow out and heal, I went to a new salon today. Had a wonderful experience. They took the time to explain to me how and why my nails got damaged (tools they've used, techniques, etc). The damage was caused by excessive drilling to my nail beds and improper removal of the sns set and gel toenails set. *(They did not remove my sets properly with acetone and cotton.)* read more

I came in with an appointment at 7 pm. I should have known that it was going to be busy. I did not get seated in the chair until 7:20. They were quite busy despite the heavy rain. I got my usual mani pedi. Once they started they were very attentive. They offered water or coke as a side beverage while you wait, which sweetens the deal. I like this place for its hygienic ways. They are very clean and do a good job on making you feel comfortable. They also have a great nail polish selection! read more

Oooh nice find this is, I was looking for a place to get a pedicure and found it. Services offered nails, two week polish, pedicures, massage for a dollar a minute and waxing. Four different pedicures are offered starting at $21.00 and go up to $46.00 after looking at the menu decided on #2 ($26.) this seemed a really good deal considering that all of the dry dead skin was sloughed off, a sugar scrub was used and a foot massage was included. *The massage chair was one of the better I've come across in awhile and would go in several times a week just to use this if they would allow it. I turned that sucker on four times during service and once after - hey you have to make sure the polish is dry right ?! After inquiring about waxing services decided to try them out facial, arm, leg and bikini are offered. Bikini is $25 - $50.00 the woman working on me did a great job and spent 40 minutes making sure her work was even and that I was in as little pain as possible. Usually I like this place but I will not be returning now. I physically showed her the specific SNS color I wanted with the number, but she wasn't clear on the book labels, so she ended up giving me a color I hated (same number from different book). Didn't want to question her bc I thought maybe it would fade to the actual color I wanted. Eventually I asked, and it was in fact the wrong color. She blamed me for telling her the wrong color (which I didn't) and said all she could do was put a darker color on top. I asked for black - but she failed to mention the fact that the initial color would bleed through. So now my nails are dark purple when I just wanted light pink for the spring. On top of the color issues, the nails themselves look horrible - shape is bad, they're uneven, and now they are very thick with the 2 layers of SNS. Very frustrating that she didn't just offer to re-do them when she realized she messed up. read more

I love this salon. I have tried out several nail salons but decided that this is the best salon in my area. They are very clean, friendly and detail-oriented. This place follows every procedure of providing a clean, professional environment. Tammy has helped me out a few times and I really like her! She never lets me leave disappointed! But then again, I also watch the other ladies' works and they're all very proficient. There are complimentary water and soft drinks. Did I mention free wifi? :-) Usually, I don't have time to get my get nails redone every two weeks. However, this salon provides great quality gel nails. I'm very upset as the service at this nail salon has gradually gone down. I usually get Ann to do my nails- who always does a phenomenal job. However, this time I had a different nail technician. She didn't cut my real nails all the way down enough so you can see my nail underneath my white tip acrylic set. And instead of using a clear gel over coat, she used a regular clear coat. I literally got my nails done on 6/17/16 and that evening I noticed my "white tips" were yellow! I'm very upset about this, and I paid $32 in total, hopefully I'll find a better salon that has quality over quantity. read more

Their prices & customer service can't be beat. They provide water, soda & now wine! It's a well-kept/clean salon and the overhead music is always nice to hear. HGTV is always on their one TV which seems appropriate for all audiences. I've been going to Tiffany's Nails for over 2 years now and have been pleased when I walk out just about every time. Sandy is an expert eye brow archer & the women who've done my hands (gel manicure) and feet (spa pedicure) are usually always on point. Everyone here is so great and friendly! Their work is quality (my pink and white manicure I can keep for almost a month!) and the prices are reasonable. They offer complimentary sodas and water, the facility is up to date and clean, and the chairs are comfy! I love coming here - even when there are places much closer to home for me. Tiffany's Nails is definitely one of the better salons I've visited in a while. Cleanliness: This place is clean. I read on article on what to look for with nail salons and Tiffany's passed the test: 1) They use a plastic bag in the foottub to contain water, 2) Nail technician wore latex gloves, 3) Nail instruments come in pre-sealed bags. Service: I came in a Tuesday afternoon and was the only person in there for a while. This was relaxing even with their only TV on. They also offer complimentary drinks, so I had bottled water. The pedicure itself was good. Anna wasn't too rough and was meticulous with trimming my nails and applying callous remover. The only caveat was the polish. I'm not sure if it was the color I picked out or the formula, but it was a bit uneven. Or maybe the topcoat was applied too quickly before the nail color dried. This wasn't the best polish job, but I was satisfied enough with my smooth feet. Do bring cash to tip! At best, I'd give this place 3.5 stars, but bumped it up to 4 because I'm satisfied with how clean they are. I think that matters more than anything else. read more

I've been to Tiffany's nails multiple times when I lived in the Johns Creek area and had amazing experiences with them! But today I called ahead of time to make a appointment and make sure they were open because it was a snow day. I ask if I can come in a 2 but that lady rudely tells me that 3 would work better even though 3 wasn't very well with my schedule. I loved that place so much that it was worth going in at 3 AND DRIVING AN HOUR TO GO THERE. When I arrive the lady tells me there is a 30-40 minute wait. I arrived 10 minutes before 3 and there is still a wait even though it wasn't even packed. I respond telling her that I called and made a appointment. No response. The lady doesn't even bother to respond like she could care less. So I was waiting for help and picking out my color. Nothing. They just didn't acknowledge me. I went there with a friend on her wedding day. I was not pleased with their services. They did the jobs fast but kept us waiting for so long between manicure and pedicure. My manicurist did a sloppy job on my nails. It was the first time I've gotten a dark blue color but unfortunately, the lines were not straight and it shows on my skins. I will not go back. read more
