If I could give a zero I would. This place has changed ownership again. Went in yesterday for a gel mani & regular pedicure. I was there for 2 hours b/c I believe this was the first gel mani that this person had ever done (she was only employee there). It's been 24 hrs and my gel is already peeling. Won't be back! read more

G Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Johns Creek, Georgia

Order: gel manicure $30 + deluxe pedicure $35 Ambience: very clean. Relatively small salon with 6 pedicure chair and 5 manicure chair. Quiet and relaxing. Review: looks like they are under new management. Few staff (2 owners plus 2 techs). They offer facial and waxing services too. - manicure: thorough in taking care of the nails. Well I'd say moderately thorough. The massage for manicure is 5 secs then they use hot towel wrap. The massage session could be extended to at least 3 mins. - pedicure: total service took 45 mins. But because they have low staff, I had to wait for some time. Pedicure was with the effort. I'd be back here. Not a bad spot. Cane back to update one quick thing. My gel nails came off within 4 days of initial apply. I had to go back and get refilled, which they did with not charge. And then it started peeling off again within next 7 days. read more

Wife and I both desperately needed some treatment done on our nails and we decided to check out G Nails. We called them and booked an appointment and we're seated right away. The facility is nice, clean, and inviting! I decided to get a deluxe pedicure whereas wife decided to get deluxe pedicure and gel manicure. The massage was nice but a little more scrubbing would have been better. And we asked them specifically to do some nail art but they couldn't do it properly yet we paid the full price. We may be back or may not but we both stepped out happy. read more

I've used G Nails a few times now and I am happy with the experience. If you lean towards bedazzled and designer nails I would stop by and ask if they can do what you like. It's a 5 manicure if you're looking for simple one color nails. They have a great selection of colors and chrome. The owners are very good at what they do and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. read more

This is my 4th time here. They are super nice and do a great job. I've tried several places in the area and this is my favorite

Went on a Sunday. The shop was hard to find - signage had a different name. It was very quiet and service was great.

I came in with the nastiest, most beat up Covid nails ever (I hadn't been to get my nails done in over 3 months) hangnails, jagged edges, horrible cuticles and look what an incredible job they did! My toes too. They were very cautious about covid and practice all the social distancing rules in place as well. I feel like a million dollars! Thank you so much! read more

G Nails - Nails hand - Nail Salons Near Me - Johns Creek, Georgia

Wow! There are no words to describe how amazing this place is. The attention to detail and the care and professionalism are amazing. I was leaving the country and had to get my nails done, and true to my nature I waited until the last minute. My usual salon couldn't take me cause of my poor planning. I walked in here at 6pm on a Thursday night and told them the intricate way I wanted my nails done (because I gotta make life difficult, right?). Well, my friend and I sat down and immediately I knew this was the best place. We were offered cold beverages which is lovely. My friend and I both were doing mani/pedis. I was doing gel, and she was just doing an American manicure (just buffing and cleaning up, no paint or anything). We had a great pedicure with an awesome leg exfoliation, massage, and moisturizer. Best pedicure I've ever had honestly. My friend said she was stoked with the American manicure because they actually used a real buffer and her nails looked healthier than they ever had. My gel manicure was beyond amazing. Min put the beautiful diamonds on my nails and went above and beyond what I actually had in mind. She free hand drew the design I wanted and I was over the moon. We ended our manicures with a wonderful neck massage and honestly could not have been happier walking out that day. I will never go to another nail salon as long as i am in this area. read more

I am traveling from out of town, and I needed a quick place to get my nails done. They took me right away. What I ordered: Manicure + French Pedicure (upgraded to the second tier package) Things I love: 1. Ambience/decoration: TVs playing Top Chef, cute holiday decorations for the fall with pillows on the pedicure chairs, and all the furniture looked in great shape 2. Customer service: incredible. They greeted me with a smile, weren't nosy but communicated just the right amount (I personally like to get my nails done in complete silence so I can unwind), provided a leg/arm/neck/back massage, took me immediately and had someone working on my hands and legs simultaneously, and overall seemed to really care about me and the other customers around them. 3. Product: Love the way my nails looks Things to improve: 1. The look could be more modern 2. Offer water or tea (although I did notice a candy bar as I was leaving) read more

I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. Both were fantastic, Holy and Ben did a good job, will be back definitely

Minh took over this nail salon about a year ago and she has totally transformed it. The salon is clean and there is an offer of wine, sodas, green tea or water for all customers. She has a huge selection of nail polishes and gels, and is always happy to offer her expert advice on the best color for your skin tone or the occasion or even the season. The prices are reasonable, the technicians are very professional, and the experience is just delightful. On this visit, I had the deluxe spa pedicure, which involved a massage, scrub, leg masque, and of course, the cheese grater to remove callouses. My daughter had a gel manicure and loved the massage and over all experience. This is a woman owned, woman run small business and it is my pleasure to support it! 5 stars all the way! read more

Three of us went to have manicures; scheduled appointment. We were rushed through with polish being uneven and not covering the entire nail. Some nails were given two coats; others were not. We waited 30-45 minutes after having our nails polished before leaving salon. 1 hour later, polish smudged off and or was damaged on several nails. I have never had this experience. Had to repaint nails myself read more

This salon has recently been bought and changed staff, making this the nail destination of choice. I drive 45 minutes one way to come here. Worth the gas for the peace of mind I get knowing that my nails will be done correctly; shape, texture and color. Pink and white is my choice of color and Minh knows how to perfectly craft her art. I never leave disappointed. read more

Under new management this place is not a place to spend your money. I went there to do mani and pedi. Sloppy job. Worst I have ever had done. Won't be going back again.!!!! Nasty attitude. Previous owners were excellent. read more

Great staff, friendly neighborhood environment, clean, good nail work! I recommend this nail salon to my neighbors and Johns Creek friends.

First time here, I ventured out and tried a new nail salon for my pedicures. I've been going to the same salon for pedis for over a year now. This place was nice and clean and they were following all COVID-19 procedures. The manager was sweet and made sure I was comfortable and enjoying my pedicure being it was my first time there. My pedicure was nice, but not the way my old pedi lady does it (unfortunately she moved). I most likely will return but will still be on the search for a new pedicurist! But overall nice and friendly staff. read more

It was okay, but for $60, id expect my gel polish to stay adhered to my nails and get a proper coffin shape, instead of square. What was the point in charging me extra for a "special shape" if you're not going to deliver exactly what i want? read more

Above all, customer service. You don't feel uncomfortable at this salon, and they take their time with their services. I got a sugar pedicure, and it was good. When I left, I messed up one of my toes and had to go back inside. They fixed it with no problem at all. I'd be happy to go back. read more

This place is amazing!! First time here and Bin & Holly did such a great job. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Not to mention how clean and aesthetically pleasing It is! I will definitely be returning back here. Give them your business, you won't regret It! read more

I desperately needed a pedicure and decided to give G Nails a try solely based on their close vicinity to my house and a Pokestop. I got the sugar pedicure and was pleasantly surprised by how meticulously my feet were groomed. The decor is low key and they don't have a wall of nail colors like a lot of other places in the area. Even so, the staff is super friendly, the massage chairs are powerful, and my cuticles are perfectly trimmed. I'll definitely be back and not just for the Pokémon. read more

I was in bad need of a fill and my usual nail salon was packed so luckily I was able to book a fill here! It was my first time here, but they treated me wonderfully. One of the ladies got me water and even opened it for me since I was getting my nails done. The gel polish looks even and good as well. They were nice enough to give me a student discount even though I forgot my ID and the price was reasonable. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I need my fills!! read more

G Nails - Acrylic nails with gel polish - Nail Salons Near Me - Johns Creek, Georgia

Im reporting these people to the better business burea they threatened my kids because i asked for my money back because not only did she overcharge me without my permission but they didn't even take my acrylic off properly i went in for a nail removal and she charged me 15$ instead of 10$ without my permission and said it was a tip but didn't allow me to make that decision then when I complained that i still had acrylic on my nails because the lady didn't take it off my nails and messed up my nail she refused to help me then said I shouldn't give ppl a hard time when i have 3 kids and she continued to say harmful and cruel things now i have to spend time reporting them to the bbb because there unprofessional and mean and I would hate for someone else to experience this read more

We came from out of town for Memorial Day weekend to spend time with family and decided to get a nice pedicure before having to wear sandals. We were greeted with smiling faces and impeccable service. Even under strict rules for these unprecedented times we were given the best service that the owners could provide. The entire pedicure was extremely relaxing and refreshing! My husband and I enjoyed the service and were very impressed with the results, so we're happy to now have a place to come to when we're over on this side of town! read more

On Wednesday I got a pedicure and fill in all was well. Thursday my nail broke no big deal. Friday I went to have my nail replaced. There was only one person there and she had no idea how to fix my acrylic nail but she never said she didn't know but told me to wait 15 mins for her sister...she never came then she did a poor job of pretending she could fix the nail I was frustrated so i left and survived the weekend without a thumb. So today (Monday) I got back at 5:30 here she goes with the same deal. I was initially pleased but the treatment I received since is unacceptable!!! Why have one person in a nail shop if they can't simply replace an acrylic nail that shouldn't have broken in the first plus she was very unconcerned!! read more

This was one of the best nail salon experiences I have ever had! The service, ambiance, and staff was amazing so I knew I was going to leave happy from the minute I walked in. Minh, the owner, was so sweet and gave me a much needed back massage while Anna was doing my nails. I showed them a picture before starting and they matched it exactly which is rare to find at nail salons. Overall, I wish I could give them 10 stars because this place is a gem. I will be coming back soon and I highly recommend you try them out too! read more

I wish I could give this salon 10 stars!! I got a manicure and pedicure and both Lisa and Ana did such a wonderful job. They were so focused and meticulous and I felt so well taken care of! Tina is absolutely amazing!! I am very picky and new to Georgia from California. I was nervous about finding a new nail artist. She is the reason I keep coming back to G Nails. And she's very happy! Thank you Tina read more

The salon is nice in the inside they said it would be 10 minutes until someone would service me. I waited for 30 minutes while they continued to service new people that walked in.
