I came in for SNS with a tip and chrome design, expecting it to last at least two weeks. Unfortunately, within a week, multiple nails fell/broke off, indicating a poor application. I promptly contacted the spa, and they agreed to redo my nails at no extra cost (photos of our messages attached). However, during my return visit, my nail technician seemed visibly upset, leading to a sloppy and unclean job. Despite the poor service, I still decided to leave a tip. To my surprise, as I left, the employees chased me down, insisting I pay an additional $15 for "cat eyes," a term I have NEVER heard (despite getting my nails done MULTIPLE times at this and other locations), and $5 for the "design" (which was essentially the same as the chrome design I had initially asked for). From my perspective, I received the same nails with only a different color powder. Though promised no extra charges, I ended up paying $20 in addition to the tip. I could have accepted a $5 additional payment just for the "design," but being charged over $65 for a bad visit and another $20 for ANOTHER bad visit is just so bizarre to me. The commitment to not charge me was not upheld, and I paid for such poor services. Overall, I'm upset by the decline in service and quality at this establishment and I do not recommend anyone visit. There are other nail salons nearby that value quality and respect. I will not be returning.

Review: looks like they are under new management. Few staff (2 owners plus 2 techs). They offer facial and waxing services too. - manicure: thorough in taking care of the nails. Well I'd say moderately thorough. The massage for manicure is 5 secs then they use hot towel wrap. The massage session could be extended to at least 3 mins. - pedicure: total service took 45 mins. But because they have low staff, I had to wait for some time. Pedicure was with the effort. I'd be back here. Not a bad spot. Cane back to update one quick thing. My gel nails came off within 4 days of initial apply. I had to go back and get refilled, which they did with not charge. And then it started peeling off again within next 7 days.

I was told to sit down and wait for someone to assist me in 5 minutes, but after 28 minutes of waiting, no one had even acknowledged me. When a technician finally came over, she told me the color I wanted was discontinued, which was not true. I asked for a comparable shade, and then the service went downhill even further. My nails weren't cut, barely filed, and my cuticles were only pushed back and slightly cut. All of this was done in just 6 minutes. While the technician was getting polish, I noticed how disastrous my nails looked--uneven, messy, and badly cut. I had to start filing and cutting my own nails because there was no way I'd let them paint over this mess. I left without any polish, no lotion, no massage, no oil, and no hot towel--just an $18 charge for 6 minutes of wasted time. It was incredibly disrespectful, and this experience confirmed that I won't be returning. I gave them a second chance, and it was definitely not worth it. I do not recommend this place at all.
