I have been to Pavilion Nails a couple more times since my last visit. On my previous visit, a guy nail tech rushed through my SNS and did a horrible, sloppy job. I decided to give them another chance today and what a mess! The negative, toxic energy in this place is horrible. Most of the staff looks mad and miserable. My nail tech was a stiff older woman, extremely unfriendly and acted like she was disgusted by touching feet! No massage. No sugar scrub. Did not even use the pumice stone properly--just lightly grazed it on my foot for half a second. Total disappointment. Moreover, they blast dance music and have the Kardashians playing on every screen. No thank you! I prefer a more relaxing spa-like environment than this foolishness. read more

Upon arrival I was greeted right away and was informed that my desired technician was off today. I would have liked to know that before my arrival. I'm on the search for a really good nail salon. This was not a good first impression. I drove 30 minutes and passed several nail salon to still receive just ok nails. My pedicure was great. The staff was friendly . The parking is plentiful. I like the complimentary snacks and drink service. I'm looking forward to coming back to visit my preferred tech. I would recommend calling ahead to make sure that your person is available. read more

I've enjoyed my experiences here at Pavilion. I am new to the area from NY and thought I found my new salon, but I was wrong. After many Google searches, I came across this establishment only to find out it's right up the street from me. I have been serviced twice so far, from Olivia (?) and most recently, Tammy. I have never left disappointed. I'm not comfortable with nail drills especially on my feet and hands at the same time, and they take care of me making sure I'm okay. The salon is clean, up to date, welcoming, and the prices are reasonable. They have so many colors to pick from which is a plus. I broke one of my nails on accident and Peter fixed me up as soon as I entered the door. I also have to shoutout the woman who waxed my eyebrows last week. I don't have a name but she did amazing. I haven't had a wonderful nail experience in so long. Sam at Pavilion nails took such great care of me. Another woman there who inspired the nails I got was incredibly helpful. Nails are supposed to be a nice experience but I feel like that has gotten lost over the past few years. But my experience here made me feel so girly and taken care of. I will be back! read more

It pains me to write this review because I have been going here for almost a year and my nails look great every time. I've also had my eyebrows waxed here several times before with an okay experience. Today, however, I got my brows waxed. As always, I showed the person a photo of myself with freshly waxed brows to make them aware of exactly what I wanted. I also specifically told Rose (the person doing the service) to keep them thick and just clean it up. I went in with fully grown and thick brows and left looking horrific. My eyebrows have never looked worse in my life and I will now have to wait months to get them back. DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED and although I always like my nails, I am not sure I will go back because of this horrific brow experience. read more

Horrible service for black/ brown Americans. The disrespect was insane. I have been to better establishments that treated me with the utter most respect. I suggest putting up a sign so I know not to waste my time or money! I have been coming here to see Olivia for my gel x sets and she always does amazing work. I live 45 minutes away (and that's with no traffic) and I will make the drive just to come see Olivia. Every time I walk in the door, I'm greeted by name which would make anyone feel special. She is always so sweet and pleasant and always does my nails just as I show her on the picture for inspiration. I also love me some pedicures here. The chairs have been updated so very comfortable to sit in and I can fall asleep while getting my feet done. I usually opt for the hot stone pedicure but my legs are sore and didn't want as much massage and the hot stones today so received a signature pedicure. Great service every time I come from the time I walk in the door until I leave. read more

I needed to find a new spa so, based on the reviews, I gave a shot to Pavilion Nails. Very pleased. The place is beautiful, very clean; the brand new massage chairs are super comfortable and the massage pressure is just perfect. There is a person greeting you at the front desk when you come in. Much better than someone screaming 'can I help you?' from somewhere in the store. Once you state what you need, a technician is immediately called and ready for you. so I came to this establishment bc I had it saved in my favorites. I was looking for a nail salon near my job and I found this. Everyone was very friendly and when I looked at reviews prior to coming, I just knew I would get the best service. While getting my nails done both nail techs were amazing, the one who did my hands was a little slow, but I thought she was doing quality work. When I left out, within the same week, two nails were loose and I didnt have time to go back and fix bc I was headed out of town. By the 2nd week most of my nails had fallen off, very unusual for me bc my regular salon near my home, my nails stay on for about a month. So by the 3rd week, I popped all my nails off and I started to see 2 nails had a brown spit under them. I went to my dermatologist and they did some cultures. This salon did not properly sanitize their utensils and I developed a fungus under two nails and it made my skin start peeling. I have to wear a glove on it bc it's sensitive to everything. read more

I went to Pavilion Nails today to get a pedicure done. The gentleman who did my feet did a good job and was thorough. What upset me about this visit was that as soon as I was done and sitting for 10 minutes for my polish to dry, the guy at the front started hovering. I was sitting all the way at the back, and every time I looked up he was looking at me. When I glared back at him, he decided to go back to the front. He did not come to the back of the salon to hang out and watch me until my feet were finished. Vibes like this ruin good service. I don't know if he thought I was going to run out of the store past him after my nails were done. This was my third time doing my nails here and this was the first time I was treated so poorly. read more

I've been going to this nail salon for YEARS. The staff is so friendly and I've never been disappointed with my nails. They are so precise with what you ask for and make sure to deliver. The owners are some of the sweetest people I've ever met. The prices are reasonable for the quality. There's always amazing movies on as well!! Pros- lovely space, comfortable chairs, clean, and the staff was so so kind! Cons- the nails I got gel X ($80) with a simple design. The nails are all too small for my nail beds, but I've been doing gel x for a year so I know this was just user error. This was my first time at this salon and I won't be back. The nails look terrible 4 days later. I actually went to catch my Dasani water bottle and one flipped off so- longevity is not there and they grow out horribly. They are all lipping up as well. Over all really disappointed. $95 dollar service for a 4 day turn Around is really hard to swallow. read more

Everyone is friendly, my SNS nails last for weeks, and the tv is always on with subtitles. Maybe a bit pricey but worth it for the 'self-care' pedicure while my mind drifts away with the vibrations of the massage chair. read more

Been here 3 times. Every time I had to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes because they said they are short on staff (I had appointments). Their staff is friendly but unfortunately the quality of the product they use or the techniques they use is bad. 1st time had gel manicure and in 5 days they peeled off! 2nd has pedicure. Nail polish started to peel off after 1 week. 3rd time (for sure last time I go there) my SNS one nail cracked by the end of the day! And all other nails cracked by the end of the week! It is ridiculous to go there 3 times for different services and all of them were bad experience. read more

Great salon tucked away in the hills of Alpharetta! I got SNS/ gel pedi (my typical services) and Jessica and Amy were phenomenal. They were quick and my nails/ toes look wonderful. I would've loved a hand massage with my SNS service, so hopefully they add that into their offerings. read more

my nail tech was horrible. She rushed through the entire thing. My nails started lifting 2 days later and didn't even last a week. It ruined my natural nails. It's nice looking inside but they do like to speak poorly about you while doing your nails. Don't go here, save your money read more

I always go here, the manager and every nail tech i've been to are very accommodating and do a great job. they offer free drinks and the manager himself has fixed a broken nail for me in between clients. they always have availability for walk-in's and are quick. read more

Adam (the owner of the salon) has been doing my nails for over a year now. He never disappoints, he commits to the mission of "quality work is priority". I appreciate his patience and work ethic to get out of his comfort zone even if he feels like he lacks in certain areas of nail designs. He does a fantastic job and his work should be shared. My experience at Pavilion was ah-mazing! I rarely leave reviews, but I read them often. So, I figured this would be helpful for someone. From the initial call to request an appointment to my arrival, Pavilion did not disappoint. After reading exceptional reviews about Adam, I booked with him and I do not regret it. He is so nice, fun and has great personality. My nails lasted nearly 4 weeks with no breakage or lifting. And the design was a conversation starter. The salon atmosphere is clean & relaxing.
