Builder gel lasts WAY longer than acrylics. For the past decade I've done acrylics & SNS, but acrylics lift faster yet this builder gel really stays on with 0 lifting!! Love it. read more

This is my spot! I found them on TikTok and I can say this is a 10/10 recommendation. I've been coming here for over a year and it's so worth the hype. Each experience is better than the last. They know what I want, who I prefer to do my Gel X (Vinny or Marcus) and that I bring my own polish. Now although is a local favorite it's still just as relaxing when they are busy versus slow hours during the week. They definitely curate an experience of relaxation and peace away from all the crazy during the work week. And let me not rave on the drinks, baby they pack the perfect punch! read more

I paid $47 for an essential pedicure with gel. The staff was very nice and the service was fast, but the quality control just wasn't there. Unfortunately, the nail prep and application missed the mark: the nails are filed crooked rather than straight, they weren't properly cleaned underneath or on the sides, and the gel polish is flooded onto the skin and cuticles. read more

I am getting my nails done for over 20 years. This was one of the worse experiences and the most expensive one. The place looked crowded, and I thought they probably know the business. I couldn't be more wrong, I paid around $100 for gel manicure for myself and my daughter and we both agreed that was the worse quality and work ever done for us. Try to avoid them. read more

This is just an updated post to brag on Marcus! He's really amazing & I'm so thankful for him! I usually show him an inspiration pic of how I want my nails & he does such a phenomenal job at recreating whatever I've shown him! I have been to Pavilion Nails a couple more times since my last visit. On my previous visit, a guy nail tech rushed through my SNS and did a horrible, sloppy job. I decided to give them another chance today and what a mess! The negative, toxic energy in this place is horrible. Most of the staff looks mad and miserable. My nail tech was a stiff older woman, extremely unfriendly and acted like she was disgusted by touching feet! No massage. No sugar scrub. Did not even use the pumice stone properly--just lightly grazed it on my foot for half a second. Total disappointment. Moreover, they blast dance music and have the Kardashians playing on every screen. No thank you! I prefer a more relaxing spa-like environment than this foolishness. read more

I've enjoyed my experiences here at Pavilion. I am new to the area from NY and thought I found my new salon, but I was wrong. After many Google searches, I came across this establishment only to find out it's right up the street from me. I have been serviced twice so far, from Olivia (?) and most recently, Tammy. I have never left disappointed. I'm not comfortable with nail drills especially on my feet and hands at the same time, and they take care of me making sure I'm okay. The salon is clean, up to date, welcoming, and the prices are reasonable. They have so many colors to pick from which is a plus. I broke one of my nails on accident and Peter fixed me up as soon as I entered the door. I also have to shoutout the woman who waxed my eyebrows last week. I don't have a name but she did amazing. Upon arrival I was greeted right away and was informed that my desired technician was off today. I would have liked to know that before my arrival. I'm on the search for a really good nail salon. This was not a good first impression. I drove 30 minutes and passed several nail salon to still receive just ok nails. My pedicure was great. The staff was friendly . The parking is plentiful. I like the complimentary snacks and drink service. I'm looking forward to coming back to visit my preferred tech. I would recommend calling ahead to make sure that your person is available. read more

I haven't had a wonderful nail experience in so long. Sam at Pavilion nails took such great care of me. Another woman there who inspired the nails I got was incredibly helpful. Nails are supposed to be a nice experience but I feel like that has gotten lost over the past few years. But my experience here made me feel so girly and taken care of. I will be back! read more

I have been coming here to see Olivia for my gel x sets and she always does amazing work. I live 45 minutes away (and that's with no traffic) and I will make the drive just to come see Olivia. Every time I walk in the door, I'm greeted by name which would make anyone feel special. She is always so sweet and pleasant and always does my nails just as I show her on the picture for inspiration. I also love me some pedicures here. The chairs have been updated so very comfortable to sit in and I can fall asleep while getting my feet done. I usually opt for the hot stone pedicure but my legs are sore and didn't want as much massage and the hot stones today so received a signature pedicure. I needed to find a new spa so, based on the reviews, I gave a shot to Pavilion Nails. Very pleased. The place is beautiful, very clean; the brand new massage chairs are super comfortable and the massage pressure is just perfect. There is a person greeting you at the front desk when you come in. Much better than someone screaming 'can I help you?' from somewhere in the store. Once you state what you need, a technician is immediately called and ready for you. I chose the signature pedicure ($40) , it was great. Your legs are massaged 3 times with different lotions. It was relaxing and my feet look beautiful. Regular pedicure is $28 read more

It pains me to write this review because I have been going here for almost a year and my nails look great every time. I've also had my eyebrows waxed here several times before with an okay experience. Today, however, I got my brows waxed. As always, I showed the person a photo of myself with freshly waxed brows to make them aware of exactly what I wanted. I also specifically told Rose (the person doing the service) to keep them thick and just clean it up. I went in with fully grown and thick brows and left looking horrific. My eyebrows have never looked worse in my life and I will now have to wait months to get them back. DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED and although I always like my nails, I am not sure I will go back because of this horrific brow experience. read more

Pros- lovely space, comfortable chairs, clean, and the staff was so so kind! Cons- the nails I got gel X ($80) with a simple design. The nails are all too small for my nail beds, but I've been doing gel x for a year so I know this was just user error. This was my first time at this salon and I won't be back. The nails look terrible 4 days later. I actually went to catch my Dasani water bottle and one flipped off so- longevity is not there and they grow out horribly. They are all lipping up as well. Over all really disappointed. $95 dollar service for a 4 day turn Around is really hard to swallow. read more

Been here 3 times. Every time I had to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes because they said they are short on staff (I had appointments). Their staff is friendly but unfortunately the quality of the product they use or the techniques they use is bad. 1st time had gel manicure and in 5 days they peeled off! 2nd has pedicure. Nail polish started to peel off after 1 week. 3rd time (for sure last time I go there) my SNS one nail cracked by the end of the day! And all other nails cracked by the end of the week! It is ridiculous to go there 3 times for different services and all of them were bad experience. read more

so I came to this establishment bc I had it saved in my favorites. I was looking for a nail salon near my job and I found this. Everyone was very friendly and when I looked at reviews prior to coming, I just knew I would get the best service. While getting my nails done both nail techs were amazing, the one who did my hands was a little slow, but I thought she was doing quality work. When I left out, within the same week, two nails were loose and I didnt have time to go back and fix bc I was headed out of town. By the 2nd week most of my nails had fallen off, very unusual for me bc my regular salon near my home, my nails stay on for about a month. So by the 3rd week, I popped all my nails off and I started to see 2 nails had a brown spit under them. I went to my dermatologist and they did some cultures. This salon did not properly sanitize their utensils and I developed a fungus under two nails and it made my skin start peeling. I have to wear a glove on it bc it's sensitive to everything. read more

Adam (the owner of the salon) has been doing my nails for over a year now. He never disappoints, he commits to the mission of "quality work is priority". I was referred to this nail salon by my mom because she always rants and raves about how amazing her nails look and I must say they do always look fabulous, so naturally I had to give this spot a try. at my previous nail salon I always found that my nails were looking thick and they always lifted a lot and I was looking for some thing that looked more natural and durable. I came in before my birthday with my boyfriend and we both got Mani Pedi's and I got gel X for the first tome with a fun design. when we walked in we noticed the staff is extremely friendly and they make you feel welcomed and the salon is so fresh, clean and absolutely beautiful. we overall loved our experience and I was obsessed with how beautiful my nails turned out! I had one of my nails pop off, and the salon fixed it free of charge with no hassle when I came in with the issue. overall, I 10/10 recommend trying the spot if you're looking for somewhere new to go! read more

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. First off, the owner was incredibly rude. As soon as I walked in, he acted like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. He made snarky comments, and seemed genuinely annoyed by basic questions about services and prices. The atmosphere was weird, and I felt uncomfortable the entire time. It was clear he didn't care about customer service at all. On top of that, the quality of the manicure was subpar--uneven polish, missed spots, and they chipped the next day. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant or professional experience. With so many other nail salons in the area, don't waste your time or money here. read more

Ashley did an amazing job on my nails. She took her time, asked me throughout the appointment on how I was liking my nails and if I would like to make any adjustments. I showed her an inspiration photo for my nails and she was able to replicate it to a T with a pink color scheme. I overall enjoyed my experience and the service provided. I was in the area for vacation and needed to prepare a nail which became a brand new set of beautifully curated nails. Will definitely be returning the next time I visit GA. read more

Not the best vibe getting your nails done here.... plus the price they tell you beforehand is always at least $20 less than it'll actually be. the guy at the front, peter, will insist it's because of the "shape" or "the color you picked." he's rude about it too. it'd just be nice if they could tell you the right price and not surprise you with a way higher ticket once you're done. there's another nail salon across the street that's been there forever and for good reason.. they are good people read more

I came in here on a whim when I was in Alpharetta (I live in Buckhead) and was so pleasantly surprised with the staff, services, and entire salon in general. I usually hate getting my nails done. It's time consuming and I just don't really enjoy the process. This being said, I can honestly state that this was a truly heavenly experience and I enjoyed every minute of it...so much so that I got on Yelp to write a review and I also NEVER do that. Full Story: I went in for a pedicure on Saturday, June 7, and asked for a cat eye design on my big toe. The young lady initially said she could do it, but she couldn't actually apply it correctly and had to call in an older lady for help. Instead of helping the young g lady, the older lady simply dismissed the request, telling me the cat eye "can't be applied on toes like that" and even suggested the color I picked is ugly. This place only has one UV light, so I had to wait for another client to finish. The young lady offered me a complimentary manicure to make up for it -- which I appreciated, and I offered to pay and asked to have gel nails done on my hands at the same time. Once again, the same older lady came and worked on my finger nails, and criticized the color I chose, saying it was too light and transparent and hard to apply. Later, I realized I left something behind and called the shop immediately. The older lady answered and confirmed they were open on Sunday, June 8. According to their Google Maps hours, they open at 11am. I arrived at 11:15am only to find them CLOSED. When I called again, she claimed they actually open at 12pm. When I asked why she didn't mention that the day before, she blamed me for not asking. I had to come back a second time to retrieve my item, and I did get a full refund of $115. During the refund process, the older lady still refused to take responsibility and blamed everything on the "wrong product" I chose and the young lady's inexperience. She even tried to claim that I hadn't paid for my hand service, which was untrue and beside the point -- even if it was complimentary, it doesn't excuse her rudeness, impatience, and complete lack of professionalism. I've been getting my feet done here for the last three years -- had cat eye done before -- so it's not about the product, but the complete incompetence and disrespect I encountered this time. The older lady's attitude was absolutely unacceptable: she was rude, impatient, and full of lies. I will never come back.
