Honestly, overall the place is great. They have a lot of services offered and genuine employees. I had Holly do my SNS and Kim do my pedicure. Both were wonderful. Holly cared to get to know me and talked to me about different products. Kim did a great job with my pedicure & massage. This may sound dumb, but my favorite part was that there's actually a lap table they put across for doing your hands during your pedicure and not just some dumb pillow that literally doesn't help anything. The layout inside is very nice and I'm OBSESSED with their fall collection of colors. I will say my only negative thing about it is the smell. It is the strongest lemon scent I've ever smelled in my life. Maybe trying to mask the acetone smell? Not sure, but way stronger of a smell than any other nail salon I've been to. So if you have a sensitivity to strong smells, don't try it. Immediately when you open the door it's very overbearing, but I was able to stand it and would say it was worth it. I came in today wanting an acrylic manicure and pedicure. I showed the nail tech what design I wanted and specified multiple times that I wanted the same length as the picture showed. That wasn't given to me. The nail tech seemed like he didn't want to do my nails and was very careless with his application. He broke my pinky nail off and cracked my index nail but didn't fix it. I received a pedicure here that did not meet basic service expectations. The polish appeared old, and the finish was uneven. Within two hours, the polish was still smearing. I contacted the salon and returned the same day. The only solution offered was to reapply polish taken from the same shelf, which appeared to be the same older product. A second application was completed, but the polish remained uneven and incomplete in areas. I'll start by saying this place is beautifully designed and the circular layout provides for a more inclusive experience. I had an hour to grab a last minute pedicure the day before the for 4th of July holiday, so to say they were busy (midday) is an understatement. They were very accommodating, thorough, and didn't rush despite the backlog of folks in the lobby. Lily was absolutely amazing and deliberate and attentive through every phase of the pedicure. Did I mention the pricing was super reasonable, I've paid upwards of $20+ more for a pedicure with a fraction of the attention to detail just 5 miles away. I'll most definitely be back. Went in as a walk in for gel manicure. I showed Holly my ideas and she helped me choose one out and did a great job!! Clean look and when I asked her if she could tweak it to look a bit more like what I showed her, she asked two other staff members if they knew how to achieve the certain look. Turns out, it just needed a jelly translucent brown top coat to get what I wanted. I reallyyyy appreciate that she went above and beyond to do it! Price was fair, I think it was around $60-70. This place is convenient, close to my work and clean. I've been to several different people and each one has been great with service and skill with both my long SNS nails AND my toes. Very quickly seated and had my basic manicure and amazing pedicure (#3) done simultaneously. The massage portion of the service was a delightful surprise with perfect pressure and not rushed. I went in because I had seen they do builder gel nails. My nail tech was Ivy and she was so sweet and helpful. I told her I want to start growing out my natural nail and she was giving me tips and tricks. She was gentle with my nails and gave me more information on builder gel nails. While the response to the review was professional, the situation was not handled that way in the store. Again, poor communication on the nail tech's end and lack of customer service on the front desk's end. He was EXTREMELY RUDE from beginning to end. Even when I asked the price BEFORE my service, he cut me off and told me to talk to the tech, not him. Again, I asked Annie BEFORE my service was being fixed if there would be a refund for the difference in price and she said she will find out. And once again, she waited until my nails were completely finished to tell me that you all could not issue a refund. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful behavior was shown over a $5 service. I've been going to iNails since July of 2023 and had a great experience across multiple GelX sets. Both Trish and Lynn have done awesome work on my nails and all techs put their best foot forward to create the results you want. Everyone I have observed or interacted with there has been professional and kind. It's a medium-large sized place and always has people in it without being too packed or loud. I would give them zero stars if I could. My daughter went to get her nails done with an inspo photo. They didnt look like the photo at all and even though she tried to tell them so they could fix it, they ignored her and sent her with bad nails. She cried the whole way home. I called them and the manager said he didn't care and when I tried to tell him why it's hard for a teenager to come back after such a bad experience, he hung up on me. I've been going here for almost 2 years now. I always get gel X nails, which is a better alternative to acrylic. I love that I can show her any picture and she can re-create it to the tee. The nail salon also has a bar that they make drinks for you at you can get a margarita, rum, and Coke, you can also get tea, soft drinks, water. There are a lot of options ! And somebody who lives on the southside, being willing the fact that I'm willing to drive an hour away, just to get my nails done should really tell you how much I trust the studio. I hate writing bad reviews anymore, I'm not trying to ruin anyone's biz but I gotta say... this was not the first time I was there and had a horrible manicure. I'm not sure what the problem is with the polish not staying on even a day, their polish doesn't look old and I've been to other salons where the color has looked way older but lasts at least a week. Please see the pics.. these were taken the very next day after a manicure and btw I had done absolutely nothing in between.. no cleaning no activity with my hands. This place is a SCAM!!! Wow! I've only had wonderful service when coming here. I recently game for a gel pedicure and as soon as I sat down, I could tell "Ben" wasn't very experienced, but I didn't say anything until he slathered some TWOING (SHEIN brand) gel polish remover all over my toes including the skin that instantly burned so badly, I had to dunk my foot into the water. When I asked to speak with the manager and inquired if Ben had an active license, they asked me to leave. I was shocked as I was NOT making any sort of scene and was intentionally very quiet, but now this has me VERY suspicious and I will now be reporting them to the Georgia state board. The manager said they do not have to show proof of active licenses which is 10000% false. Be warned for those who go here in the future. read more

The selection is vast but the experience is rushed and it feels like even when they are empty they just can't wait to get you out of there. The last two times I went, I had to ask the tech to make sure the nails were not filed so sharply bc they are in such a rush they leave corners very sharp and sometimes uneven. My cuticles have been cut here often and when I tell the techs that it hurts my skin they look at me irritated and I need to remind them multiple times to be careful with the file or buffer. Today, I asked for glitter gel and the lady Emily ( very rude) told me she needed to put a different color under it for the glitter to come through. I told her that was ok but that I did not want pink as the base. She told me it would not look pink even though the bottle said magenta and as soon as I saw it I told her that is pink. She proceeded to start filing my nail hard to take the pink off. The manager ended up finishing my nails and I told him how awful the experience had been and how unhappy I was and he said sorry and finished it rushed. I got a $5 discount after I got opposite of what I asked for plus my cuticles again are destroyed. Not worth it! read more
