I like this! Especially since I haven't found many nail salons to provide both good pedicure and manicure services. My mother-in-law swears by this place and I see why. It's kid-friendly yet it's also relaxing despite being busy on the days I've attended. Lynn, Lisa, and Vivian are amazing and pay very close attention to details, and are magnificent when it comes to doing your mani-pedi services. Kathy the owner is fun and spunky. The place is clean even the bathrooms so no worries there. Make an appointment to get seen quickly, it's recommended. If not, come on a weekday if you can because there will be a wait, especially on busy days with multiple people in your party i.e. you and a friend getting services simultaneously. Make sure y'all book together or you're going to wait a bit. Highly recommend this spot and it's in a great location in Roswell. read more

I have been going to this salon for years but it isn't the best experience for me anymore. Unexpected up charges, my finger tips started having an allergic reaction to the acrylic fill in that I've had done for years suggesting to me their products changed and when a new tech cut me on my toe, the owner insinuated I was lying until confirmed from the manicurist. That was embarrassing given she did it in front of the whole salon! I found a salon that seems more professional, kinder and uses hypoallergenic products, hence my itchy fingers are gone. Another time I was 5 min late and she gave my appt with Lisa away AND they weren't busy. So I'll start by saying I came here because I've been to another salon with the same name. I got to this location and found out there was no affiliation between them. Ok no big deal because they offered the same service as the one I usually go to or at least it seemed that way on the menu. It costed more for less than I usually get. For the 4-step box selection I normally get paraffin wax, hot stones, actual honey and Lemon with the sugar scrub and a 5 min foot massage, and 5 min back massage. It didnt come with any of that at this location just snappy attitude from a nail tech who doesn't take any accountability for her poor job. Blamed me for being sensitive but if you are using a power tool and hitting my skin with it I'm going to speak up. The service says it takes 55 minutes on the menu but she took an hour and a half, so she was slow and entitled on top of it. She always had something smart to say back to me as I expressed my dissatisfaction instead of being even somewhat apologetic so needless to say I won't be returning. I was a loyal customer for over 4yrs yesterday me and my 10yr old son went for him to get a general pedicure Kathy charged me 30$ for him and all i got was a gel toe polish change she charged me 30$ also i was never over charged before and there was no explanation as of why. I also have recently started doing my own nails and while she was servicing us her and her coworker were speaking in another language, looking dead at me talking about me. I asked them what they were talking about, and she smiled and said my nails this is not the first time she has spoken to her coworkers about my nails because they weren't done by them, but to stare in my and speak another language and talk about me. It's just plain disrespectful, I have never been disrespected like that before and I said I have been going there for over four years consistently. read more

This is a popular nail salon, so they are very quick. That translates to short massage times, light scrubbing but, luckily during my visit, enough staff. I got here as soon as they opened and asked for the prices of my full acrylic set and regular pedicure. After signing in I was sat immediately. My manicurist told me that it would be an additional charge if I wanted my nails to be a centimeter longer. I've never heard of that before. Her up selling style was pushy. My nails look good, but she only applied one coat of the polish I chose so my nails appear less opaque than I like. Ultimately it felt rushed. I did like that she finished the manicure as I sat during my pedicure. My pedicurist was cheerier and not pushy. The atmosphere is clean and well decorated. I like that the flat screen TVs are muted with captions so that you can choose to watch or tune them out at your leisure. I tend to read or sit silently during a mani-pedi because Frankie Says Relax. So I don't mind that they were not chatty. Tldr- this was on the better side of an average nail salon experience. My nails look fine, the shop was clean and the service was okay. read more

I've been to this nail shop quite a few times for both Gel & SNS. They are amazing. Very professional, and they always make sure I'm happy with the work. Today I went in after having a very bad experience at another nail salon I frequent ( won't be anymore) and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Went in to Elegant Nails for a fill. Nails were done really thick. Did not want to make a fuss because my tech was very cordial. Disliked my nails so much I returned two days later and asked if they could just reshape and re-polish with not as many coats of polish. Took them 30mins to agree to do my nails over, told me that maybe I told the tech that's what I wanted and told me they would charge me to fix them.
