3.5 stars I probably shouldn't be as honest as I'm about to be in this review since I come here all the time but..I feel the honesty is needed. The service and quality of the work here is hit or miss. And people of color face constant micro aggressions. I'm not going to expound on that, but it's noticeable and frequent. Tran (the owner) is the only tech whose work is consistently outstanding. He takes his time, is genuine, and gives a beautiful manicure. I know people love Kelly (his wife) but I find her too familiar in an off putting and disingenuous way. Additionally, she constantly entertains interruptions while doing your nails and has a tendency to nic your skin and cause bleeding (this happens every time she's my tech without fail). I come here because it's close to home and I sort of know what I'm getting. Not because it's the best salon ever. I'll also say that I've seen them do some shady things with pricing (never Tran, let me be very clear), but add ons you didn't ask for or just flat out making up prices. I get the same type of manicure every time and with Tran the cost is always $50. With others...it's between $65-$70. So yeah...to say I have mixed feelings is an understatement. read more

Great service! Kelly was my tech and she gave me a wonderful massage with my pedicure. For my manicure, she did a great job matching the picture of what I wanted. Missing one star because the price was not disclosed upfront. I thought I would be charged for a deluxe manicure (since I got one gel color, no designs). When I asked how much it would cost upfront before any polish was put on, I was not given an answer and I was not provided with a list of services. At the end of the appointment, I was charged for a Russian manicure which was priced higher than all the other manicure services available on the website. I would have given 5 stars if this was communicated prior to the service. Besides that, amazing service! My daughter did not get the design she wanted on her nails and my foot was bleeding from the callus scrubber. The lady not even doing my nails then proceeds to tell me I need to use gel builder and accused me of taking my gel off at home. Excellent service and abilities at this location. The personnel have a great attitude, and care about the services they offer. Lots of personal attention to detail and a good sense of humor. Unlike many nail spas, they were smart enough to have several nationalities (Vietnamese/Spanish/ English) which will drive business. Best pedicure with chair massage I think I have ever had. It is worth the $52 to go all out for this pedi. My technician was V and she has gentle hands where needed and then is able to apply good pressure for an incredible massage. As a headspa Queen I am so excited to have found this place! Kelly was AMAZING! I got the Pamper package and it was DIVINE! When I walked in the first thing I noticed was how calm and beautiful the waiting area was. I was excited to see that there were Davines hair products and Dermalogica face products displayed. I wondered if these were going to be used in the service. I was greeted by Kelly and asked if I wanted water or tea, whisked back to the room and was so happy to see how clean and nice the rooms were. Then I changed and we were on to my service. She did an amazing job getting me comfortable, wonderful massage, double cleanse of my face, use of aromatic oils and lots of steam, face tools, masks and more. I was blown away!!! I was recommended to Cache Nails & Spa by family for a gel manicure and pedicure. The salon was wonderful. As soon as I walked in they put me into a pedicure chair. The chairs are large, comfy, and have various massage settings. They have a large selection of both normal polish and gel polish. Any color you want, they have! They had one lady doing my pedicure and one doing my manicure at the same time. Very efficient! I was in and out within an hour, and with a wonderful mani pedi. They were very thorough in cutting my cuticles, filing my nails, and polishing. They did a hand, shoulder, leg, and foot massage. All were great! So now less than 1.5 weeks later I was sitting at a nail salon in another state (on vacation) because four of my nails either cracked or broke. Couldn't go back in there to have them fixed but as you can imagine this is a huge inconvenience. I think I'll still recommend trying them but would ask the business to figure out why this happens assuming it's not a one time occurrence. If it is not a regular occurrence then bummer for me. I had gone to this salon three or four times before, and I had gotten the student discount (because I am a student). The other day I went to the salon after I stopped by my *internship* (so I was in a nice blouse, work pants, and heels - all from TJ Maxx, I may add), and I told the woman who did my nails that I would like to get the student discount again, but this time she told me no because they "only give student discounts to young people who don't work." She continued on to say that since it looked like I had a job, I needed to pay full price. Hm, didn't realize that a part-time student internship made me ineligible to receive a student discount. Doesn't seem right considering that I am a student. I don't think I'll be returning. There are plenty of other nail salons that honor student discounts regardless of employment. read more

Worst experience ever!! Spent 1/2 hour in pedicure tub as I was told someone is coming. - yes they were busy- but be upfront so I can leave. Girl that did my toes was fine. Girl doing my "regular" nails was terrible. My nails we short she asked if I wanted them even. I said yes. She got the cuticle cutter n cut straight across n left me with nails shorter than skin. She did 10 fingers in 5 mins and it looks it! The second coat of polish doesn't even go to the ends. What a waste of time and money!!! read more

Extremely disappointed in the treatment they provided for my daughter. Her SNS polish completely came off one nail and was peeling off at the bottom of most of the other nails. This was within a few days of the original service. The service was horrible from rude staff to hurting her nail beds causing pain and bleeding. I waited 45 min as a walk-in. In fairness it was a Saturday afternoon, but they only had 4 people doing pedicures at 2pm on a Sat afternoon. Seemed understaffed. The massage chairs have a solid plastic footrest so it's not comfortable for your heels to rest on--very uncomfortable without padding. The woman who worked on me kept nicking my skin with the cuticle cutters. I said "ouch" at least 6 times. They don't shave cuticles, just sand them down with the cheese grater, which isn't fun. The massage was short and all for $31. When she sprayed Sea Breeze on my feet at the end it felt like alcohol on tiny cuts around my cuticles. Never again. The upside: the spot didn't smell like a nail salon. Skip this spot and try another one in any strip mall locally. The pain here isn't fun and $31 was too much to pay plus a long wait. read more
