Some of the nail polish looked really old and dried out. It was nice and quiet in there so very relaxing. I came to get my nails done for my upcoming bridal shower. I got a mani ($38) and pedi and got the second option for the pedicure with the added sugar scrub and hot towel ($40). I went with gel polish (+$5 for both hands and feet) because it lasts so much longer and got a French manicure (+$10). The total was $98 plus tip, which I felt was a little high, however, the service was outstanding! The two amazing women that worked on me were extremely professional, polite and took their job very seriously. They made sure that every detail was perfect and even went back and redid a few of my nails when I accidentally touched something before they set. The sugar scrub massage was so amazing and she took a long time on each leg. I could tell it was really improving my circulation and now my legs feel brand new! I got my lashes done here by Anna and I am super duper happy with the look. It feels so light and natural. I feel absolutely beautiful and happy when looking at the mirror. My little sister said I looked like a doll when I just woke up lol. I didn't realize how big of a difference when you have a full beautiful lashes and how little time you need to get ready in the morning. I have had my lashes done many times before but nothing compares to this place done by Anna. She was meticulous with my lashes and made sure I was comfortable when laying on the bed. I was immediately greeted upon entering, asked to sign in and pick a polish color. Although each technician was assisting other customers, water was ran for my pedicure and I was seated very swiftly. The pricing is not listed in the salon but once seated, I was handed a booklet with pricing. ***In my opinion the pricing for pedicure is more expensive compared to nicer salons I frequent in surrounding areas. I am assuming prices are gouged due to no close competition. Overall the experience was nice. Went in for the first visit at the grand opening had pedicure it was great got manicure it was horrible done thought it was just the beginning for them went in for a second time to get a fill in they would not listen to what I wanted they went to fill in my nails bot fully filled in and they were just popping off immediately they were all different sizes thick and he kept burning me when I told him over and over he was he giggled I stopped him in the middle of doing my nails and told them it was a horrible job he got up walked out the door the woman came over said she could fix it amd then told me this is how we do our work I said I'll pay for my daughter's nails but would find another salon she said your going to pay for the full set I said for this what yall have done I'm bleeding she proceeded to say your paying for the work we did I said you guys are ridiculous the two women beside me was having the same problem I'm not sure how that turned out but I paid 55 dollars walked out the door will never use them again poor service doesn't let the customers get their nails done the way they want them which was a simple fill in and paint now I'm having to go out of my way to have them removed and redone my natural nails underneath were ruined by them read more

I haven't been getting my nails done because it still doesn't feel quiteeee right to me. However, I had an extra 90 minutes before my dance class started, so I figured I'd take a chance ad hope for the best. And that's exactly what I got! Queen Nails was sooooo clean. They made me wash my hands before I could even sit down. The staff wore gloves and everyone (customers and staff) wore masks. There were dividers between the nail tech and clients. I didn't realize they closed at 6:30, and I walked in right about 6 pm. They happily took me and had some space for me. Someone even came in about 15 minutes after me and they STILL took her! They worked on my nails until about 7 pm, and I soooo appreciated it. I didn't have much time to dry, so I got gel on my natural nails. They were so meticulous and my nails still look amazing days later. They super cleaned up my cuticles, and I love the shape of my nails. It felt totally safe to be inside of this spa. it was my first time and I will definitely come back, I got a classic pedicure and If that was amazing I can only image what the deluxe must be like, the service was great, I had a couple nails bothering me that no other nail salon had ever bothered to get unstuck, they even gave me tips on how should I cut my nails to try to prevent them getting stuck. Word of advice- CALL AHEAD to make an appointment because they seem to be busy regardless of the time or day. Also, some of the hours/days online aren't accurate. They are CLOSED on Sunday's so keep that in mind. It can be a little frustrating not to be able to walk in whenever you feel like it but with a small staff it's worth it to be flexible for good work.
