Not much has changed (except some pricing and the credit card fee), and they still have some very good nail technicians. I have to also say, I was shocked to watch two customers getting broken nails fixed and not tipping the nail technician. Sandy Springs is not a poor community. If you have $50 to get your nails done, or you can simply afford to have someone else do your nails for you, then you certainly have a few more dollars to tip a nail technician who depends on tips for their livelihood - it's not like they are salaried employees or even paid hourly. Hairdressers and nail technicians are dependent upon tips - EVERYBODY KNOWS THIS. My nail technician told me that it actually happens more frequently than you would expect in this neighborhood. She said she also has customers with money who say they'll Venmo her a tip yet they never do. If you're not gonna tip the nail technician (and, yes, you do tip for the repair of a broken nail), then don't go in there! Do your own nails!

Even with it busy, I was seated immediately. I waited about five minutes until the nail tech came to begin and I wasn't upset because I was still choosing my color. She was sweet and I had to repeat myself a few times for her to understand what I was asking which was rather simple. The service wasn't bad however it wasn't the best. There were some hiccups but I think it was because she was rushing considering they closed at 6pm. The establishment is clean, a bit noisy considering it was full on a Saturday evening off Roswell Rd. The price was about average for a gel pedicure and there was nothing spectacular about the place. I don't know if I would be back yet it wasn't a horrible decision. Impulsive yes, but not a place I would visit again just because. Again, the customer service was great, everyone was friendly, yet not sure if I would go back.

When I attempted to redeem it, I unfortunately did not have the physical coupon with me. However, the coupon was still clearly tied to my online account and showed as never redeemed. Despite that, I was told by the owner that she could not honor the coupon unless I had the physical copy in my hand. I explained the situation of my car being totaled out two weeks prior and even asked her directly if she was really willing to lose a customer who had been supporting her establishment and spending her hard-earned money there since its grand opening. Her response was yes. That response told me everything I needed to know about how much customer loyalty and customer service are actually valued here. At that point, it wasn't even about the coupon anymore, it was about the principle and the way a loyal customer was treated. Kristy also left the establishment shortly afterward, so between the owner's attitude and the changes that have taken place, there is absolutely no reason for me to ever return to this uncouth establishment. Loyal customers deserve to be appreciated, not dismissed. Update I went to go and get a soak off which was $20 a little pricey for a soak off. They did not even removed all of the acrylic that was on my nail. Had to go to a different nail salon to get the reminder removed. ALSO a month later I came to realize I got a fungus INFECTION. Multiple of my toe nails are BLACK and discolored. It's in a bigger shopping center so there's plenty of places to park. I went on a Monday afternoon before 2 PM and it was quite empty in there which I really liked. Bryan was my nail tech and I just have to say he should definitely be getting paid more. I went to Q nails and Spa, because my sister recommended it to me and she was absolutely right. It was the best place to go. Bryan asked me if I wanted a drink, and he gave me a margarita which it wasn't fancy in anyway, but just the thought and extra touch made it a better experience for me. I was able to relax in their comfortable chairs that were more on the new side, very well kept. The whole place is very clean, smells good. Everyone working there seems to respect each other as well which is a huge plus to see as a customer.
