As soon as I was greeted at the door, I knew I was in the right place. The atmosphere and energy were so calming, and the space is very tranquil. My pedicure with LaTanya was the best I've had in years. Many times in the past, I've felt very rushed and roughly handled when I would receive nail services, which creates a very negative experience. I immediately felt at ease with LaTanya. All of the ladies were so nice to talk to and made me feel so comfortable. I never said I wasn't happy as a client and honestly am appalled at how little she made me feel. The owner blocked me from being able to book appointments with no explanation and I am shocked. Below is an image of nails I got done and after 3 days they became "dirty" and turned a yellowish brown when they started at a pink nude. I DO NOT recommend this salon.

Although customer service is good and they get your nails done in a timely manner I noticed a…read morehygiene issue with the nail bowl. When soaking your nails in water, they don't clean the bowl afterwards before giving it to the next person. They grabbed a bowl that was near the sink, filled it up with water and put my nails in it. Once my nails are finished soaking, they emptied it out the bowl and put it back where they found the bowl for the next person to use. I saw another nail tech do the same thing. This should be a major hygiene issue because what if someone has fungus in their nail and that is just being transferred to another person.

Update I went to go and get a soak off which was $20 a little pricey for a soak off. They did not even removed all of the acrylic that was on my nail. Had to go to a different nail salon to get the reminder removed. ALSO a month later I came to realize I got a fungus INFECTION. Multiple of my toe nails are BLACK and discolored. Bryan was my nail tech and I just have to say he should definitely be getting paid more. I went to Q nails and Spa, because my sister recommended it to me and she was absolutely right. It was the best place to go. Bryan asked me if I wanted a drink, and he gave me a margarita which it wasn't fancy in anyway, but just the thought and extra touch made it a better experience for me. I was able to relax in their comfortable chairs that were more on the new side, very well kept. The whole place is very clean, smells good. Everyone working there seems to respect each other as well which is a huge plus to see as a customer.
