My sister and I had appointments for 2:00 pm on a Wednesday. When we got there though, they had no record of us having appointments at all. It was busy, but they were able to fit us in after we waited for 15 minutes. Jonny and Rosie did my classic pedicure for $25 (includes lotion, scrub for calluses Christian did my classic manicure for $15. They all did a great job! I appreciated that they let me try out a few colors. I went with DND DC Peacock Pink. They spray down the chairs after each use. They sanitize their tools. It felt clean! Hands down the best nail salon in the area -- and I've tried pretty much all of them! I've been coming here for roughly a year for my SNS and regular pedicures. I've probably come around 2x a month, every month, for the last year. I've never had a single issue with the quality of service, nor the experience. Lee does a phenomenal job with my SNS. I'm very particular (borderline difficult, honestly) above color and shape and he never gets impatient with me no matter how many times I ask him to change or fix something -- though after several visits, he knows exactly what I like and does a near-flawless job! On the occasion I call to get them done in a pinch and he's not there, Brenda and others have done them and do an equally great job. I've never asked for someone specific for a pedicure, but they've all always been wonderful. I always call to make an appointment, and Lee is always honest with me about when he can and can't see me. I've never waited more than maybe 5 minutes past my arrival / appointment time to get started. In addition to the quality of services, I appreciate and respect that they have occasionally had to turn away a walk-in when they can't take someone, and are always upfront and honest about the wait time. With a nail salon on every corner, most nail salons I've been to just allow people to keep walking in as not wanting to turn down business, and sometimes set unrealistic for wait times and I've watched customers leave frustrated as a result. Not here! They do a great job accommodating as many customers as possible without rushing anyone or jeopardizing the quality of the service or experience. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is for the girl who did my pedicure. She was amazing. However I got gel nails done on my hands. One hand was fine but the other was peeling like crazy. It had been just under two weeks but I've gotten gels done before and they'd never looked this bad this early. Called the salon and they said to drive over and they'd redo it. Instead, I drove all the way over and they told me that they can't do anything because it's been too long. Then why waste my time in the first place? I wouldn't come back but definitely don't get gel nails here. Totally not worth the up charge of $35 because it doesn't last as long as other salons in the area. read more

The manager, Lee is my newest best friend!!! He took such great care of me during my first appointment trying SNS. I was referred to him by a coworker and let me tell you- he did not disappoint. He booked me same day even though it meant my appointment ran past 7 when the shop is closed. I am thrilled with the results, the customer service, and the experience all around! I am in the dunwoody area of Atlanta. Stopped in here for a gel mani, completely on a whim. The shop itself is kind of unimpressive but Lee gave me one of the fastest and best manicures I've had in years. Usually, it's a very long hour which is why I put it off so frequently. I visited Le Nail with a friend of mine because several of my coworkers had raved about this place. I walked in without an appointment on a Tuesday night, and I was able to be seated shortly after I arrived. Over the next hour, there was a steady stream of people looking to get their nails done, which is a good sign especially for a Tuesday night. I really appreciated how quickly they got my nails done. I got a mani and pedi in under an hour. I did gel for my mani, and a week later, I still don't have any chips. I did a regular pedi, although you can upgrade to gel or do the callus remover, etc. Altogether, it was ~$50. I was impressed with their speed, price, and quality. I'd definitely go back, but next time, I'd make an appointment ahead of time. read more

This is a MUST visit salon!!! One of my top favorite places to get nails done when I'm in Atlanta. Salon is clean and their pedicure chairs are extremely comfortable and luxurious. They change plastic liners after each pedicure service. Most of the nail technicians I encountered so far are friendly and attentive. They actually take their time on the massages even on a busy day. I felt relaxed and well taking care of. What I also love is the salon has no odor which is rare for most nail shops to maintain that. They have a huge selection of gel polish colors to choose from. My manicure lasted over three weeks without a chip. Overall I'm really impressed with their service and the price is reasonable for this area. I also got my brows done and I like the fact that they change the paper after each service. I feel completely safe here because everything they use is sanitized and disposable. Although I'm a big fan of gel polish but I'll definitely give gelous dipping powder a try next time. I would highly recommend this place to everyone! Did I mention free drinks?? This play is...okay. When I first walked in, I was greeted quickly and assigned technicians but they didn't offer refreshments or anything like that. They were pushy to get me in the chair fast, so I didn't really have time to make sure polish I picked for my pedicure would match the polish I'd chosen for my SNS manicure. As a result, the pedicure ended up being a much darker color and that was a disappointment. I had two different women working on my nails. The woman who did my pedicure was very nice and did a good job. She didn't hurt my toes at all, and noticing I'm kind of ticklish, avoided brushing very sensitive areas too much. I was pretty impressed with her work but did wish she would put a little more oomph in the foot and leg massage. The manicurist was also nice, buts she ripped my cuticles up! Every time she pulled out the sanding wand she let it rub over my skin so much that I ended up leaving with little abrasions ALLLLL over my cuticles. My fingers hurt for two days afterwards! The manicure itself actually looks great, but I'm not sure it was worth the pain. A week later I still have some scabs from where she really let that sander dig in... Overall, I'm giving this place a three because it's priced very fairly and the end product was fairly decent. Only knocking down stars because the manicurist was so rough on my skin and because I felt they didn't try to create much of a relaxing atmosphere like other places do. read more

First time visit with a friend. Heard about this place from someone at work, who's nails I always admired. Customer service was slightly below average. They could improve their communication to customers of what's going on and who will be doing the services. Both my friend and I wanted a mani/pedi. She ended up getting done way before me because one person started on my toes and then went to help someone new who walked in. A new person finished my pedicure after she was done with her other customer. Overall they did a pretty good job on the actual nails. I'm new to the area and will probably try another nail salon next time. Update. Less than 12 hours after my service and my regular polish is cracking and starting to chip off my nails. I stopped by this salon today because it was close to where I get my hair done (Shearious - not Great Clips). The manicure wasn't the best I've had. I have two cuts on two different fingers and the lady doing my nails made one hurt so bad, the area around my nail was RED from her messing with it. She apologized and put something on it that made it burn. UGH. Also, it is a huge pet peeve of mine to leave space on the nail where there is no polish. This place has got to be THE WORST place to get your nails done. When I walked in there, there were a bunch of workers sitting around that looked up and stared at me. There was no greeting, no hello, not even a smile. I picked out my nail color and was wondering where I was supposed to sit. The guy told me chair number 2 So as I walk over there, the lady that is to do my nails appears to hate her job and doesn't want to even talk. During my pedicure, she kept going over the same spot on one of my toes with her tool. It started to hurt and I said ow, she continued and would not stop. I felt my skin tear. I even pulled my foot back; I don't understand what part she didn't understand! And when she gestures you to put the other foot up or wants you to do something she does it so rudely~ I should have gotten the name of the girl. After she charged my card she told me tip can't be included. I guess she didn't want her tip because it took all her breath just to tell me where the closest ATM was. I have dropped in this place twice and been very pleased both times. The first time was very crowded but I got lucky and got the owner right away. He did a gel manicure on my nails and it lasted 28 days without a chip! Yes, my nails had grown out and I had half moons of unpainted nails but there was nary a chip on any nail. I can't say enough good things about this salon. After a nightmarish nail debacle at another establishment, I called Le Nail Salon on a friend's recommendation. I tearfully asked if they could help me, and if they were only appointment based. A warm, seemingly concerned voice advised me to just come in and they would help me. I was paired up with Kelly. She was very courteous, extremely professional and expressed some genuine shock when I showed her the now current state of my nails. She listened to my frustrated tale of woe and said she would be glad to help me. She advised me that a full set was best and proceeded to field every single stupid question I asked her. There were a lot too. Soon we decided to go with a full acrylic set & a gel polish. (really all that needed to be said to me was that I could leave with completely dry nails...that sold the gel!) When she finished I had new set of beautiful, shiny nails. I was ready for the wedding I was in the following day and finally had my wonderful manicure/nail experience. I have received nothing but compliments on my nails and can't wait to return for my fill in, and color change. The salon is clean and very pretty and it tends to have less of a nail polish smell than most places. They use liners in all of their foot baths, which I love.
