The owner is absolutely horrible and clearly does not value customer service or customer loyalty…read more I had a coupon that was supposedly provided as a birthday gift for being a long-time, valued customer. When I attempted to redeem it, I unfortunately did not have the physical coupon with me. However, the coupon was still clearly tied to my online account and showed as never redeemed. Despite that, I was told by the owner that she could not honor the coupon unless I had the physical copy in my hand. I explained the situation of my car being totaled out two weeks prior and even asked her directly if she was really willing to lose a customer who had been supporting her establishment and spending her hard-earned money there since its grand opening. Her response was yes. That response told me everything I needed to know about how much customer loyalty and customer service are actually valued here. At that point, it wasn't even about the coupon anymore, it was about the principle and the way a loyal customer was treated. Kristy also left the establishment shortly afterward, so between the owner's attitude and the changes that have taken place, there is absolutely no reason for me to ever return to this uncouth establishment. Loyal customers deserve to be appreciated, not dismissed. A business owner should understand that sometimes it's not the value of the coupon, it's how you choose to treat the person standing in front of you.

Sorry this place is no longer family owned-it was sold about a year ago. I miss seeing all the…read morefamily members, and I miss the vibe of a family owned business. Not much has changed (except some pricing and the credit card fee), and they still have some very good nail technicians. I have to also say, I was shocked to watch two customers getting broken nails fixed and not tipping the nail technician. Sandy Springs is not a poor community. If you have $50 to get your nails done, or you can simply afford to have someone else do your nails for you, then you certainly have a few more dollars to tip a nail technician who depends on tips for their livelihood - it's not like they are salaried employees or even paid hourly. Hairdressers and nail technicians are dependent upon tips - EVERYBODY KNOWS THIS. My nail technician told me that it actually happens more frequently than you would expect in this neighborhood. She said she also has customers with money who say they'll Venmo her a tip yet they never do. If you're not gonna tip the nail technician (and, yes, you do tip for the repair of a broken nail), then don't go in there! Do your own nails!

Even with it busy, I was seated immediately. I waited about five minutes until the nail tech came to begin and I wasn't upset because I was still choosing my color. She was sweet and I had to repeat myself a few times for her to understand what I was asking which was rather simple. The service wasn't bad however it wasn't the best. There were some hiccups but I think it was because she was rushing considering they closed at 6pm. The establishment is clean, a bit noisy considering it was full on a Saturday evening off Roswell Rd. The price was about average for a gel pedicure and there was nothing spectacular about the place. I don't know if I would be back yet it wasn't a horrible decision. Impulsive yes, but not a place I would visit again just because. Again, the customer service was great, everyone was friendly, yet not sure if I would go back.

She said they try different methods to come to a great solution and find what works for the client. In the end, after multiple visits, she said the she feels that we can't find something that I am happy with although I have tipped every time, been nice (extremely, especially when bringing treats for the staff (macaroons) along with a bouquet of flowers)) and continued to book with them. I never said I wasn't happy as a client and honestly am appalled at how little she made me feel. The owner blocked me from being able to book appointments with no explanation and I am shocked. Below is an image of nails I got done and after 3 days they became "dirty" and turned a yellowish brown when they started at a pink nude. I DO NOT recommend this salon.

From the moment I walked in (and it's in the "cut" be on the look out for signs) everything felt serene, zen music flowing, amazing aroma from her sister's candles (she sells those there too) to her warm and inviting energy. FYI: She followed all COVID protocols. The bathroom sink creative touch to put energy stones written happy and loving words on them just gave me automatic vibe that I stepped into the best nail salon experience without her even laying a hand on my nails. Now onto Madame KaSundra. She is one of the most down to earth people I've met. She is grounded and always willing to learn and appease to the clientele to the best of her ability. I didn't stop laughing once because of her warm and true to self energy. I received the apres gel manicure extensions and tbh i didnt even want them anymore because she did such a spectacular job on my natural nails. THAT'S HOW GOOD SHE IS!!!! However I love apres nails last so long and look so natural especially when someone like KASUNDRA, who takes such pride in her craft, you can't go wrong with beautiful long nails that LAST!! I opted to receive a simple design didn't have anything specific in mind. I saw a foil color I liked and allowed her creative mind to flow and.....BAM A MASTERPIECE. I can keep going on and on but you should experience it yourself. Oh she sells amazing shea butter as well! I will be back!
