I came here and got a basic manicure (with gel polish on my real nails) and pedicure. Cost : $85 I have very thick long natural nails. The type of thick nails that don't bend or fold easily. The nail tech filed my natural nails down so much that it's been over a week and my nails are fragile. They easily bend and it's because she filed my nails down so much the nails are now thin. In addition my nail polish chipped within 2 days. I'm disgusted with the lack of craftsmanship. Why would you file my mail extensively at the top of the surface? I've put a lot of effort into my natural nails. My nails are now breaking at the base, this has never happens to me in all my years of life. The ambience was beautiful, clean, and it looked like all the equipment was all fairly new. The service here was great! As soon as I sat down I was offered a pillow and towel for my lap (because I was wearing a dress). I've been doing SNS on my hands and gel on my toes so I opted to switch to regular polish to give my nails a break. With that being said, the polish didn't last as long. My only qualm was how the polish on my toes looked. It was applied unevenly which gave it a worn look even after just leaving the salon. This visit was my "Treat Yo Self" birthday celebration. Every year for my birthday I choseThoroughly different place that's have never been to celebrate. And since I didn't want to fly, I drove four hours from Charlotte North Carolina to Atlanta. I looked at my Yelp app for the best nail salons in Atlanta this location had 4 1/2 stars.When I arrived at the location it's in the shopping center, it looks small and not as appealing on the outside. But was totally different on the inside. Thoroughly enjoyed the service. It was very quick and accurate. My dip nails and pedi looks fantastic. The ladies made great suggestions for my colors. And I asked for art on my toes and it is the best Lotus flower decoration I have ever received. I did not have an appointment and it was not crowded. Everyone was wearing a mask and it was required. The seats was comfortable and the salon was beautifully decorated. The ladies made me feel comfortable and relaxed. When I visit Atlanta again, this will be my pamper spot. read more

Yesterday was my first time at Nails Fantastic! After reviewing so many different places around my house I picked them because they had a lot of good reviews, both here and on Google. I actually called to make an appointment for the same day and they were able to fit me in the schedule, which was awesome! Once I got there, they sat me right away and my nail technician was Mylinh. Since it was my first time there I told her how I liked my nails done and she was super nice about it. She not only did my nails the way I like it, she went above and beyond!!! Ann is very detail oriented, gentle, patient, and relaxing! Normally I find myself not able to relax when getting my nails and/or toes done because people now a days rush and skip corners when providing this service. That wasn't Ms. Ann. I was actually able to sit back and relax. This is my second review, having been a regular customer since 2019. I love this place just as much as I did when I first came. I recently had spinal surgery, and now find myself unable to use my right leg, and alternating between a walker and a wheelchair. Ordinarily, I get regular SNS manicures and pedicures, but in my current circumstances, I am unable to get into the spa chairs. I called Tiffany in advance, and she was very kind and accommodating. I had my usual manicure with Tokyo, then one of the other techs did a quick polish change with my feet in her lap. I am in healthcare, and it's been my observation that this place is very clean, well managed, and people seem happy working here. Vibe was very relaxed and the place was cool and clean. They were able to get my husband in at the same time as me at the very last minute. this doesn't indicate however that they were shotty Salon. This was probably my 10th visit and I always have the best experience. I went Thursday morning for my 9:30 appointment, Tiffany let me know that most techs were running late because of an accident. She made sure to check in with me periodically to give me updates about how much longer I'd have to wait. Sidenote: I think they only have 2-3 techs that do full set acrylic/gel nails so expect to wait a bit even with an appointment. Jaden started on my nails at around 10:15. He was verrryyyy careful doing my nails which took a while lol, but I'd rather have my set last for 2-3 weeks then break off in 2-3 days because someone rushed through them. For my second visit I was able to easily make an appointment on Saturday morning and was seated on arrival. Ann did my nails this time and I am so very impressed with the time and attention she took to make my nails looks so good. It was hard for me to decide on a color and she was so patient with me, showing my different colors and how it would look on my nails. This time, I wanted an almond shape and my natural nails were finally long enough to do that. She did a great job shaping my nails. I had been through a rough time finding someone who cared, and could provide me with the service I was looking for. Tiffiany the owner was very nice on the phone, I talked to her about my past issues and she insured me that she would put me with someone great. I have to say great was an understatement. Mina was the nail slayer(yes because she is the best) she put me with. It was the perfect match. Mina listened to my concerns, she was very gentle, gave me some options to see which shape I liked best and she is funny! I have never had a nail tech like her before, she's absolutely amazing at her nail craft. There is no one else I want on my nails but Mina unless an emergency occurred then there are other great nail techs in the salon as well but Mina is my forever go to. If you are looking for a great nail tech schedule your appointment with Mina, she will not let you down. I can keep my nails for 3-4 weeks if I can't get to her in time. The owner Tiffiany will always put you with someone great, she has an exceptional staff who will get the job done and they are all very professional. If your looking for a good pedi my girl Emily is the one. Her hands are sent by the Gods when she is working on your feet. My other go to lady for my pedi will always be Emily. Hate to do this, but had a bad experience here today. The young guy who did my pedicure cut my cuticles so I was bleeding on three toes. No acknowledgement of mistake or apology. Disappointed because I splurged on the second most expensive pedicure- a mistake. For $60 + tip, I expect a great experience. Not what happened. Attention to detail is what makes a pedi/full set great and they pay extreme attention to detail which is awesome! The atmosphere is clean and peaceful. I did not feel super welcomed by the young lady at the door, but I did not take it personally. The rest of my experience was pleasant. All the nail techs are polite but they do not go above and beyond in the customer service area. For example, I was not offered water or wine and I had to carry my own shoes. I know these are small things, but it's the difference between average and superb customer service. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and results. The front desk guy immediately sat me down to be helped. S E R V I C E Paulie was my nail tech. I had SNS nails w tip extensions done a week ago. I wanted them removed since it didn't look too hot. I asked her to drill off only and didn't want my nails soaked in acetone since my nails are very brittle and easily broke (Im blessed with anemia). She said it wouldn't look too good since she can't drill it all off. I said that's fine and that I've done it before and this is the only way my nails won't break into a thousand pieces. She did exactly what I wanted. She cut my nails and rounded it out beautifully. Of course most people wouldn't be too keen on this look but I'd rather have some white left on my nail than to have no nails (lol. The nail salon recently changed locations and is just a few door downs from where they were located. The upgrades are beautiful. They have all new pedicure chairs and nail stations. I've only gotten pedicures here and this has been my new go-to spot. I say "new" but I've come here for the last 9 pedicures. The staff are friendly and the salon is clean. They do offer complimentary beverages like mini sodas & water. They sometimes forget so if you are thirsty- you can just ask. Overall I'm please with just the basic pedicure for $25. If you sign up they'll text you specials they are running like $5 off a special pedicure or a percentage off a pedicure. read more
