Denise is a professional, so she shared, before my treatment began, that she would be praying and discussing Jesus with me during the appointment. Denise has much experience with bleaching and waxing so she also told me which products she was using and how they worked on my skin, but we mostly discussed God. While the products were working, Denise shared information about her ministry, her past, and offered me trauma-healing services. She shared incredible stories of helping non-christian clients find Jesus Christ and accept him into their hearts during their waxing or bleaching services. She even offered to help me heal from abuse trauma with scripture, if I had any. I believe Denise to be the only intimate area bleaching service provider to also engage you in the word of Jesus Christ and share testimonials from other non-christian clients that she saved during their appointments! With regard to my bleaching results, I am aware that they take time and persistence to develop. I am still in the process of reaching the results I want.

The one thing I wish would have been more obvious is the sanitization of hands, especially since gloves are not worn. She painfully tried to get the hair by threading for over twenty unsuccessful attempts, my experience was painful and left welts. When I checked out, she wanted to charge me more than my normal wax business, and when I gave her my $10 off, she extended my visit for more than 15 minutes trying to call the owners to verify she could take $10 off. I gave up trying to get a discount. TLDR is it took 2X longer, produced a sub-par experience, and cost more than my Brazilian regular spot. Super disappointed they baited and switched twice and cost more and didn't honor their initial offer BOGO and then didn't honor the second written commitment of $10 off.
