I waited over 40 minutes to be serviced, despite having a scheduled appointment. When I was finally seated, I noticed that all of the pedicure chairs were visibly dirty. While my service was in progress, staff decided to change the chair's filter with her bare hands directly after servicing someone and my feet still in the water (I took my feet out the water, and I could see debris being released into the basin. This was extremely concerning from a sanitation standpoint. When I requested a modest $10 adjustment due to the wait time and cleanliness issues, my request was denied. Looking for new places to get my regular mani/pedi's, I walked into Infinity Nail on a whim. I was able to get serviced fairly quickly which was great! Quality of service is good. The nail technicians know what they are doing and that is a plus. Pedicures are ok. I prefer using the "cheese grater" for exfoliation and I only got the pumice. Overall it's not a bad place to go for standard service if you can get over the creepy owner who smiles at you and is overly attentive...oh and the kids running around. read more

Terrible service and follow up! Manicure and pedicure where they over cut my cuticles until my fingers all peeled and bled as a result. The pedicure was too thick, and didn't make it a day. I went back to the shop to give the owner a chance to right the situation he said he would redo the service himself. The new owner reached out, in re my previous review, and asked if they could do show how much they've improved service. I received a 'do over' pedicure and I am 100% happy with Tina's work. It's been two weeks and my pedicure is still in tact. No chips. No smudges. No peeling. The salon is clean and peaceful. I also noticed they were social distancing and seated customers with adequate space between us. An appointment is recommended to ensure you're given the deserved attention and let's just be courteous of the aestheticians schedule people. I always pass by this new shopping center that has recently been opened with Kale Me Krazy and Orangetheory fitness. In between, I noticed that a nail shop, Infinity Nails, has opened and gave it a visit as my nails were looking pretty pitiful and is close enough to visit during lunch from work. When I walked in, there was that awkward moment of silence that you usually get when you go into a nail salon, as it's 50/50 chance that someone will greet you right away. Everything was good after that moment passed. There was a lot of color selections both regular and gel. I chose to go with a mauve color that I've been fascinated with this fall. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and would need to come back for pedicure to check out the massage chair because let's face it, that's one of the key items that people look for or maybe just me. One bump that I saw was the payment system. It's only been opened couple days so I'm assuming they have not fully set it up and was currently using a phone app. Just make sure to ask for receipt during the payment process. Highlights: Infinity nails is so new that it doesn't have the nail salon smell just yet, which is awesome! There's 10 pedicure chairs and 6 nail stations available and currently has 20% discount for grand opening, though not sure how long it will last. Lastly, just noticed on their business card they're closed on Saturdays?! Not very common, but I guess whatever works for them. read more

My nail tech had no clue what she was doing down to the filing of the nail. all I asked for was a simple SNS manicure and it took an hour and a half. no soaking my nails to cut cuticles, no lotion, had no idea how to do an ombré SNS ater two failed attempts. there is a huge glob of top coat on one of my nails post leaving and examining them. I'm all about someone having to learn their trade and being patient but this was that bad... don't waste your $. I veered from my normal place and that'll be the last time I do that. read more

I tried this salon for SNS based on reviews. Halfway through my service, I was informed by the woman doing my nails that they have both SNS colors and a knockoff brand. The color I chose was the knockoff brand, which she informed me requires 3 layers (opposed to the normal 2 of SNS and other dip powder brands like OPI) and that it would be thick. I typically do a color change every 2 weeks, and get a full manicure every other time, so I told her to let me know if she felt I needed one. She said I did and it would be an extra $5 on top of the $40 they charge for just an SNS change (more expensive than all other salons in the area I've been to which charge $35 for a change, $40 with a manicure). However, she didn't actually do a full manicure -- only clipped (but did not soak or push back) my cuticles, which doesn't really seem fair since I paid the additional fee for a an actual manicure. It took an unnecessarily long amount of time because she kept making errors when it came to the clear coat (touching it before it was dry). Overall, I was there for nearly two hours for SNS and a toe polish change which, as someone who has been doing these two services at a few different salons over the past 3+ years, I know is an exorbitant amount of time. I ended up going back 2 days later. Not only were my nails thick and uneven in length, but they were not smooth on top. They ended up taking it off and starting over with the actual SNS brand which they assured me was the same shade. It wasn't, so I ended up with a significantly darker shade than what I originally had and wanted. She kept telling me over and over again that it's because of the brand. Why do they carry a brand they know isn't quality? Although I was frustrated, they were kind and accommodating so I mentioned I'd like to come get a pedicure with a friend on Saturday. I called on Thursday and made an appointment for 2 pedicures at 11am Saturday. We arrived exactly at 11 and were sat after choosing our colors. I heard the woman I made my appointment with apologize to a walk in she was about to start that she'd need to help me instead because I had an appointment. Why would she start a walk in if I was on the books with her for 11:00? Then, another tech went and did the pedicure of the girl who was a walk in, while my friend, who had an 11:00 appointment, sat with her feet soaking until 11:35 (!!!) before a tech finally sat down to do hers. I looked at my watch a few times and she asked me if we had somewhere to be. I told her "no, I'm just unhappy that it's taking so long when we had appointments." She acknowledged my concern and apologized, but that didn't change the wait time or make it any better. Why bother scheduling an appointment for 11:00 if they're going to take walk ins at the same time, rendering ALL of their techs too busy to help the people who call two days ahead to schedule? Based on this, I won't be back. Despite the pedicure being good (though they don't even include callous removal with a deluxe pedicure which I've never heard of), I will find another salon that offers ONLY products they know are quality AND respects their clients' time by honoring appointments. read more

Tracy was who did my nails and she was one of the sweetest, most welcoming people I have ever met. I loved that as soon as I walked in I felt at "home". I chatted with a couple people in there that have been regulars for about 2 years and they LOVE going there. To me it says a lot that they have customers that are that loyal to them. As for the gel mani, the lady cut the cuticle so much that left my cuticles raw, and toped it with gel polish. The color is far from the cuticles but the top coat is all over the cuticles.
