Nails done by Surin. Beautiful establishment, located in Sandy Springs shopping plaza. I was previously a customer of Buckhead Nail & Toe, and I was thoroughly surprised at how the price point and quality / design of my nails were so much better. Definitely going back. read more

Pretty salon. Good polish selection. Gel builder fill took way too long. Had an appointment but they made me wait thirty minutes from my appointment time. I asked for almond shape but the nail tech gave a stiletto shape. When I checked out, I found out he charged me extra for it. I told the receptionist it wasn't what I asked for. She wouldn't take off the extra charge. Not going back. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I got a fill in on a recently fresh set by DAVID and when i requested for him to make my nails sharper he gave me attitude. Not to mention I got this set 3 weeks ago and 2 nails have already fallen off. I did not break them myself. The application of the acrylic is so thin that they literally popped off on their own. Sad that I won't be coming back because I was a loyal customer for nearly 2 years. This is unacceptable and I hope they learn to do better in the future. read more

I really want to have give this place 5 stars but sadly I cannot. Exhibit A. I came on a hr lunch break during the week and was serviced immediately since there was no one else in the salon. Exhibit B. The nail techs weren't quick to jump up and help me as they just looked and laughed at inside jokes I suppose. That made me feel a little uncomfortable. Exhibit C. They had a variety of wines and drinks that I noticed in the cooler however no one ever offered me a drink. I think by then I told myself this maybe be first and last visit. The final straw was not more than one week after the service my nails began to slowly chip in the corners. Not to mention the nail tech managed to give me round and square shape nails. Meaning she rounded them but the corners were still square. Moral of the story is the atmosphere was beautiful but the service didn't match the ambience. Thank you but there's some things here that need to be worked on. read more

Worst service. Bad quality. Sketchy area. The service was long and the workers are rude!

Very upscale and posh nail salon. Everything feels very clean and updated. The people are always nice and accommodating. Surin has been doing my acrylics for a very long time and it's always been top-notch. Def recommended. read more

I arrived around 4:30 as a walk in and it took a few minutes for someone to come up front to speak to me. It was after another customer arrived. They then told us they were not taking any more walk-ins. They didn't even bother to ask what service we were interested in. Just a flat out turn around because we aren't going to help you. It was strange. Found them on social media and I'm not from the area so I was interested in trying. Maybe I'll try again with an appt since you obviously do need one although they say you don't read more

Came here for a last-minute reservation before a wedding. They did my full set beautifully as well as my toes. As far as my niece is getting a regular manicure, the work wasn't as clean as it could be. One of my nieces is 10 turning 11 in seven days and my other niece is 11 and they charge one as a child and one as an adult because they're cut off age for children is 10 while I understand their policy. I do think that was a little odd considering the 11-year-old just recently turned 11 I am from California so I know there is a price difference when it comes to paying for nails in Atlanta versus paying for nails in Los Angeles, however, the price was relatively high for a short almond full set. Although the prices can be a little steep, this establishment makes up for it in their ambience. This is a beautiful place that you will feel like you're having a luxury experience. They are accommodating and good with children. read more

Quality below average. They left the gel on because they couldn't get it off and then painted over it. It took another salon an hr to get it off. I went back a second time and they did the same thing.... The convenience isn't worth it. read more

Came here back in May to get a full set with nail design. Made an appointment with Surin and HE was 20 minutes late, but did keep me kind of informed, though he originally had told me he'd be running 10 minutes late - he was picking up lunch or something. I was kind of irritated considering that he requests that his customers come on time. Anyway, he did an excellent job on my nails. I ended up getting gelx instead of regular tips, but note that it is much more expensive. They really do nickel and dime here for every add on. My total was $120, including the $40 deposit to book with Surin. read more

I have been visiting this nail salon for 2 years since moving into the Neighborhood I normally request Nail Technician Summer Today 1/29/23 Summer was off For the first time I had the worst experience from waiting to be serviced and my pedicure The nail technician did not clip my cuticles I had to ask another technician to complete my pedicure My gel manicure was perfect They need to ask if you want an experience technician or a trainee read more

I found Surin on Instagram and this is my second visit at this salon. The first time I got SNS, a bright yellow color for summer. My nails turned out really nice, although my nails were filed unevenly (right and left hands weren't same length) and it was obvious that my nail tech smokes cigarettes because of his scent. I went again today to get both SNS and a classic pedicure. I honestly could've painted my toes better myself but the older lady that did it massaged my legs well. A few of my toes were filed too short and not the square shape I asked for twice but they didn't look bad at all. Surin did my nails again but he seemed annoyed with me for whatever reason, maybe he's just nonchalant... I don't know. My nails turned out better than last time, even though my left pointer nail is still much shorter than my right due to over filing. I just wasn't impressed with the overall vibe and customer service. I waited for 10 mins in a pedi chair while I waited for them to finish setting up and opening. I arrived at noon, I feel they should've been here 15 mins before opening to get everything together. They also hadn't mentioned the punch card they have on my first visit and when I brought it up this time, Surin gave me pushback about punching it twice... he should've been thorough the first time but I guess it is what it is. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I just moved to the area and am looking for a nail spot I can actually trust (so many are shady). THIS IS ONE OF THEM. Have you ever wondered why nail salons don't post their prices on websites? It's because they charge different prices at different times, charging as much as they can when they feel they can get away with it. Why else would they not post prices for everyone to see and be transparent? I got my nails done (SNS) and I called ahead to ask for a price. The guy tells me one price and then when I go get my nails done and it's time to pay he adds $5 to it. Why? He "claims" he told me a higher price on the phone. But there's no proof of that phone call so I have to pay. Then I go to the same place to remove them, and he does it again. He says it's $10 to remove on the phone, then when it's time to pay, magically it's $15. They also ask weird questions like if you have a job so they can figure out if they can upcharge you. I just don't trust this place anymore. I don't even know why I still tipped--I really shouldn't have because this place doesn't deserve it. I also agree with other reviews that the guy working here is very rude. read more

It was nice they were able to see all 5 of us right away, and my pedicure looks great! My SNS nails on the other hand left a bit to be desired. I spent $65 on an SNS "manicure" and pedicure. For $40, I was informed at the end when I inquired why he hadn't cut and pushed them back that manicuring my cuticles would have cost an extra $5. How is it not customary to include manicuring the fingers before adding any type of substance to nails, whether it's just polish or an acrylic nail? Especially when it's already $40?! It's not in my neighborhood so it's not necessary for me to return. Just disappointed and wanted to alert others. Total ripoff and wouldn't return for SNS even if it was close by. My pedicure was lovely though and looks great, though overpriced. read more

Accepts walk-ins even if you have an appt. Does not reward loyal clientele. Sad customer service.

Disappointed. A few weeks ago I asked if they did SNS and the manager said yes and sat me with one of the techs. The tech was asking the manger questions the entire time and once she started had put the powder on my nail 3xs just to keep taking it off. Clearly she didn't know what she was doing and when I asked if she'd done this style before she got upset and left. Someone totally different had to come over and fix my nails and apologized saying the previous woman didn't know what she was doing. Came back to get SNS again two weeks ago. They say me with a new girl and my nails look awful they are lumpy, not the shape I asked for and one is noticeably crooked. I won't be returning. read more

David, the assistant manager was extremely rude when I came in. Not even 24 hours prior, I came in and spent $65 on a pedicure. When I got home, I noticed one of my toes were not how I liked them. The next day I called back and asked if I can come in at 5pm and get the polish off and fixed. He said yes. When I come in, he has the nerve to say he is going to charge me to change the polish on one toe after I spent $65 already with them the day before. He told me, "if I didn't like something I should of told my nail artist yesterday". I have been a customer for 2 years almost, and they just lost me as a customer thanks to David's horrible customer service skills! read more

I used to love this place and they've always done such a good job when it comes to my nails and been very nice and professional. however lately the owner seems to have a very big head about himself and has been overcharging people significantly more than he used to. I want to get my nails taken off (that they applied) and he charged me $25 each. No tips, just gel on short nails. He's very rude and inconsiderate and could care less about how the customer feels and more about just getting paid. Very upsetting coming from a spa I used to love. read more

Overall enjoyed this place. I have been looking for a new nail salon for some time and decided to make the leap while out to brunch with some friends. We made an appointment (about 30 minutes out) and were quickly seated. The environment was clean and professional; None of the employees were on their phones (as I have seen elsewhere) and were very attentive. The selection of colors for both gel and SNS is quite large, too. What I most appreciated was that I did not feel rushed. My one complaint was that I did have to relocate for my manicure. All there of us had a manicure/pedicure combination, however, as I was located in a middle chair I ended up having to relocate to a table away from the other two girls I came with. This was probably due to how close the pedicure chairs are together? Regardless, I would absolutely return to this location. read more

I started coming to this salon a month ago and it's my new home! I drive 30 minutes to get here because The staff is great, the salon is clean, and the products are fresh. Unlike other salons they have a rewards program, that gives you discounts for services. Another thing I like about this salon is that everything is modern and comfortable. Unlike those cheesy nail salons. The prices are reasonable. I recommend them to everyone in the area and visitors looking for a great moment of relaxing. read more
