This place is wonderful! It really went above and beyond all my expectations. The customer service was impeccable and the attention to detail and individual need was unsurpassed. The two nail techs that worked on my hands and feet were not only quick and efficient, but paid attention to hygiene and never once made me feel rushed or unimportant. The wonderful tech that did my feet too out my ingrown big toenails like a true professional, always making sure I was comfortable. The tech that did my nails even asked if I wanted an additional coat of polish to make my purple more solid, as it can appear translucent in the sunlight in some cases, to which I said yes. Such a wonderful team they've got there at infinity. Any time I am in Atlanta and need my nails done, this will definitely be my first choice! read more

This is my second time at this nail salon and I absolutely love it! First, their prices (especially compared to their location) are very affordable and reasonable. All the instruments are clean/sterilized and I know this b/c I watch them open a new sterilized package every time I get a pedicure. And they use those clear plastic sheets that go over the tub to further ensure sterility during the foot soaking process. I'm also very happy with my nail color. Sonieta did my pedicure and she was diligent, nice, while also focused on my comfort. A plus is that I never have to wait when I get here...I get immediate service. Great to find a nail salon where the workers are nice and that is clean and affordable! And the parking is easy to find, free, and plentiful. read more

Kevin gives the best foot/calf massages ;) I have a hard time walking and I have chronic pain... they took extra good care of me, helping me in and out of the chair, bringing a pillow for my lower back, and even bringing a rinse bowl so I didn't have to get up and go wash my hands. Took me as a walk in for a gel color change which I was thankful for. Aside from masks, COVID protocols were really not set in place, none of the tools used were packages or sterilized and overall cleanliness was average. $25 for just a color change is also very steep in pricing. Finding a good nail salon has been a struggle for me. I decided to give Infinity Nails a try based on the reviews and because the location is convenient. Tracy was so friendly and did a great job fixing my nails. I also had a pedicure and it was relaxing. I would recommend making an appointment because they were busy. My friend Jessica C.'s nails were looking fantastic so I asked her where she got them done and referred me to Tracy at Infinity Nails. Tracy is the owner and did a fantastic job on my SNS nails. The nail salon is located off of Peachtree Rd in the same shopping center as Kale Me Crazy. Parking is available in the back of the building and you can enter from the back or front, facing Peachtree Rd. Everything is clean here. It's not a huge nail salon but they offer a variety of nail and pedicure services + microblading eyebrows. When I called to make an appointment, Hieu answered the phone and was professional and spoke English clearly. Sometimes, at other nail salons, the communication is a bit of a challenge, but I appreciated that, that was not an issue here. My nails are over 2 weeks old and still look fresh. I'm glad to have been introduced to this salon and look forward to future visits when I'm in the Brookhaven area. read more

I have literally tried so many nail salons since moving to Atlanta that it would make your head spin. I finally found Infinity Nails and am now in love! Tracy Le just always gets it right! I'm super particular about my shape and she always knows what I want even if I am terrible at explaining it. Their pedicures are also extremely relaxing with many different options with both colors and services. The salon overall is always clean and I never have too much of a wait which is great since who wants to spend their entire day in a salon. Parking is a little tight but they make great accommodations going as far as to move their own cars for me one time so that I may park. Just amazing customer service overall and I will continue keep coming back and recommending. read more

How disappointing was this place. I got a gel mani and regular pedi for my honeymoon - it was bad all around. The woman doing my mani cut and filed my nails at a slant; I had to ask her to redo them 2-3x and they still ended up uneven. They don't soak your nails so prepare for your cuticles to look jagged 2 days in. The nail polish was applied so thick and unevenly, she had to file my cuticles to smooth down her application, which hurt and left my cuticles sore. My nails still look patchy and chunky. I'm on day 3 - all of my nails have chipped and the paint is lifting off the sides, quite unusual for gel. The woman that did my pedi was so distracted, checking her phone, walking around for no reason during the service and clipped my skin 3x, causing me to bleed. The woman that painted my toes was nice but I noticed that the nail polish shrunk on my toes (too much thinner added to expand the longevity of the nail polish bottle). They kept asking to redo it even though I had another salon appt right after. They convinced me to let them do another coat with another bottle of polish and I had to walk to my other appt in the 30 degree weather in the thinnest pedi flip-flops. One block in, the polish smudged, looking wrinkly and uneven. Don't bother. Go elsewhere. read more

This was my first time at Infinity Nails. I work in the beauty industry and it's hard sometimes to enjoy myself because of my knowledge of the beauty world. Lee did my pedicure. Tina did my SNS removal and new SNS application. I called and they got me right in on a Monday afternoon. Pedicure: I needed a repair of my big toe nail to prevent an ingrown. Lee was amazing and got right to work making sure that I was comfortable but doing the nail work that needed to be done. She used disposables, made sure I was comfortable with the pressure she was using and recommended I just do the repair on one toe nail. I was concerned the nail wouldn't match up with my other toenails but the repair was invisible. All of my nails look natural and perfect. You couldn't tell one big toe nail was tipped built up at all! A true professional! She used state board approved buffers and disinfection. SNS removal and re application: My SNS removal was comfortable! Tina removed my SNS and instead of heating up the acetone she placed my hands in the remover and then in a separate bowl with perfectly warm water. Making sure I was comfortable she finished her other client and periodically checked on me. The application was seamless. She did a great consult and did exactly what I ask for in a relaxing but timely way. I never felt rushed through the entire process. I've not had my nails done that efficiently and beautifully before. They look great and feel great. Needless to say I will be back to see Lee and Tina. Sonieta didn't do my service but was friendly and even offered to change the channel on the tv closest to me because I was interested in what she and her client were watching. Such care and team work are hard to find! She also walked me to the parking lot as it was getting dark! So caring! After an exhausting search I think I've found my new favorite nail salon. I would like to add that I would definitely up the nail salon prices because the service you guys provided was worth so much more than what I paid. Thanks ladies!! This place is AMAZING I don't even know where to begin. I had been looking on Yelp all day when a co-worker told me about this place, the photos of the nails I seen on here are really what sold me. The great reviews already here are pretty spot on. I was greeted upon walking in and they have TONS and TONS of colors to choose from whether you are getting gel or not. They have a variety of services, and fresh refreshments if you get a little thirsty. Tracy is the owner (she usually answers the phone) and has made me feel like family since my first time coming in. They work with my schedule and never make me feel like an inconvenience even after a busy day. I usually get a fill in with gel that costs me $35. I believe a full set (no gel) is the same price but don't quote me on that. I've never had my acrylics shaped so beautifully than I have here so I would pay whatever price for them, not to mention the awesome and super respectful employees who work so hard here. Officially rescinding my previous rating. I'm super angry after leaving here. I waited 20 minutes for a "Deluxe" pedicure that lasted 10. If the workers didn't judge customers based off of what they wear, how they look or by whatever purse customers carry then maybe it would be somewhat of a decent place. Don't rush my pedicure to go tend to the next person. My feet look awful still and the worker tried to cover up a mistake she made with MY polish. To make matters worse, she took my polish and mixed it up with theirs. I don't do my nails often so when I do, I expect good service and workers to take their time. I live right up the street and it's unfortunate I can't support this local business any longer. I don't expect or want any manager to contact me to "make things right" because people never change and will continue to be judgmental and money hungry. Maybe if I wore my Gucci bag, I wouldn't have been treated like this. I hope that customer she rushed off to help, tipped the worker well for us both. Was looking for a new nail salon that was close to home after my nail technician at another salon moved away. Based on the positive yelp reviews, I visited this nail salon. I gave it at least 4 chances, but sadly I can't say I will be going back. While my manicures have been okay (regular manicures, but they did chip after only a day or two which I don't recall others having done), what turned me off is how they handle appointments. One night I called on a whim to see if anyone was available to do a manicure if I came in about 15 minutes. I was told they had multiple people available. I arrived 10 minutes later, and was told that they had no appointments, as 2 people had just arrived. I guess shame on me for not saying "please put my name down and reserve a spot for me", though it seemed unnecessary when I spoke to the salon. The next time I went, I got an appointment with Tracy, who was very friendly and sweet, and because I liked her, at the end of the appointment, I asked to make an appointment with her for a specific time the following week. I came the next week at the time of my appointment, and was told she was busy with another client, and wasn't finishing anytime soon. It appeared as though my appointment hadn't even mattered. Overall, I felt as though they weren't reliable, and for that reason I won't be going back. read more

I dropped in for a quick gel pedicure, so I ordered the basic spa pedicure. I got exactly what I wanted - a quick, no frills pedicure. This included a scrub and a foot massage. I thought it was a little expensive ($39) only because the gel polish is an extra $15. Regardless, I enjoyed my pedicure and it looks great, plus I got exactly what I paid for. Love this place! They are usually well staffed (I've been in a few times where there has been a wait but not a regular thing), clean, and have MORE than enough colors to choose from (maybe too many? Like ordering off of the Cheesecake Factory menu). I will say I hate that they charge extra for the callus remover grater, but I'm willing to overlook that because they do a great job. Terrible experience, poor execution and overpriced - definitely recommend going somewhere else. My friend and I came in for mani-pedis on a very slow afternoon. Upon entering, we were told to choose a color and then sit in two of the pedicure chairs. We sat...and sat...and sat for over 40 minutes before anyone came to help us. During both the pedicure and manicure, I was cut painfully multiple times around my cuticles and nails to the point of bleeding. Not to mention, we were both left with two of the worst gel manicures we've ever received - streaky, uneven colors, and leftover polish all around our nail beds. They even forgot to put a top coat on one of our manicures until we asked why the polish looked matte. The price is high compared to neighboring salons that deliver much better customer service and results. We will not be back. read more

I came to get my SNS polish changed during my lunch break, which limits the visit to 1 hour. I called in about 45 minutes ahead and they were ready for me when I got there. Sonita did an incredible job. Not only did she have to take off my old SNS polish, but also had to apply a tip to a broken nail. She worked quickly and diligently and my nails came out perfectly. This is just one example of my many visits to Infinity Nails, which have always included great customer service and great results. read more

Awesome new nail salon in Brookhaven. Everyone here is so sweet and wonderful. Extremely clean, they use the tub liners and individual sterilized packs of tools. Tons of colors to choose from, they even offer to help you pick out your color, which always takes me forever. Salon is spotless, prices great, basic pedi $24 but many other options to choose, mani/pedi combo $35, also have rewards program. Always offer water, tea, etc. Everyone takes their time and does a great job, not rushed like some of the other crazy busy salons in area. Give them a try! Excellent experience every time! read more
