Polish after 1 day
Kim P.

The nail salon is in a convenient location but I would never return. The workers are too young and inexperienced. No owner or manager on site. I got a pedi/ mani. They start working on both at once. Not offered water or drinks. They twist you like a pretzel. The workers talk to each other in Spanish the whole time loudly and laughing. My daughter and I could t even hear ourselves much less talk. There is no salon type peaceful relaxing feeling. The next day my polish is coming off. Certainly not worth what I paid. Also the chair I sat in was filthy. It had not been cleaned. The girl that did my pedicure coughed and sneezed the entire time. I hope she did not have covid.

My first visit was on August 17th and the experience was pleasant. Immediately seated for my pedicure and decided to upgrade and add a manicure. The pedicure experience was the best I've had in a long while and was worth it. However, the SNS manicure was not. As of today,August 21st I've already lost a nail covering. As a result I will only visit for pedicures since the SNS was a failure.

My daughter and I came for a manicure & Pedicures and it was great! The staff was so nice. I got the regular pedicure with polish and it turned out out beautifully. (Leg massage was really nice!) my daughter also got a pedicure and nails looked great. She got the sugar scrub and hot towels on her legs and said it felt so good. She got S&S tips with a design and it turned out really pretty. The manager is so nice and helped my daughter pick her special design for her and even stayed late to finish. This will be our new favorite spot for mani - pedis!

Katie ... I'll follow Katie where ever she goes she's been doing my nails for 3+ years. she always perfects the style & shape to my liking and exceeds my expectation, so i wont go to anyone but her. She's extremely patient and sweet. The atmosphere here is nice but I'm only there for one person lol .

Nails done by Tommy

I made an appointment and when I rrived, I was greeted and told that my appointment was a little behind. I appreciated being told that instead of sitting and waiting without knowing what was going on. I decided to slide by TJ Max next door and when I returned, I was able to get right in the chair. It was my first visit and Tommy did my nails. It was the bomb. My nails were in really bad shape and was lifting but he worked magic and I left highly satisfied. I'm definitely going back for Tommy!

Cleanliness: I went there for a pedicure a few weeks ago. Nothing in this place was clean. Most of the black surfaces were full of dust, all the counters were spotted and they were pieces of nails under every counter in the manicure area (pic). The pedicure area was much cleaner. Hygiene: Nobody wears gloves while they are working on your nails. The lady who did my nails used her own thumb nail to wipe out the running nail polish around my nails. Service: All of the ladies that I interacted with were nice and polite especially the young girl who did my pedicure. My nails came out good! Pricing: High end rates for the environment they offer

Worst experience ever. I chose the basic $28 one pedicure but I had to pay $56 for this. NO MASSAGE AND NO CLEANING. never again. Rip off!

My daughter was home from college so I treated her to getting her nails done. The place is spotless, the stylists wore masks and were professional.

Dolaine is the best nail tech here. Consistent, always on time and has such a positive attitude! I only see her.

Definitely won't be back. My partner and I went in for a mani pedi and they did a terrible job. Save you money and time and go else where.

The facilities are very clean, but I feel that the product that they use is not good because it doesn't last at all. It's not worth it.My wedding is today and I have no lashes on my face. I never write reviews but I find this to be crazy.

2 stars because Bri was super nice and patient with my questions at my appointment. Otherwise we'd…read morebe at a 1. I'm going to add pics and explanation. Had my first appointment with Deka Lash in Chamblee and I was so excited to get my lashes done for the first time. As I said, Bri was super welcoming and answered my questions thoroughly as we went thru the application process. Unfortunately right after I washed my lashes for the first time 24+ hrs after my appt, 2 lashes came off on my right eye. When I reached out to their VA she explained to me that it's normal for eyelashes to shed. But this wasn't my lashes shedding. This was the extension coming off. I sent pics and she escalated it to the manager. The manager was nice and saw the holes in my lashes now and offered me to come in to get them fixed. Unfortunately I work a TON, and couldn't make it in within their 5 day grace period. In the meantime, I lost 2 more lashes, this time from the left side without having touched them or washed them. No natural lashes shed.) Plus, I had set my follow up appointment for just under 2 weeks later (which is a little early for a fill but I was heading out of town) so I asked if instead they could throw me a discount on my following appointment. (Usually companies can allocate a discount on the following service if the initial service wasn't up to par and for whatever reason, the follow up won't work. Which, as much as I like Bri, it wasn't. She even mentioned that she was having trouble w the glue because of the humidity in the room and had to fan it to dry. Could be technique, could be circumstance. Things happen and I understand.) Apparently, they're unable to offer a discount on the following service and they need to stand by the 5 day grace period. Let me be blunt. It is not my fault that the service wasn't executed properly and it isn't my fault that I cannot create free time to come back for a do over. I understand things happen but as understanding as I'm being, the same malleability is not being shown to me. I have sent pictures and they even agree that the outcome isn't up to their standard. The rigidness when it comes to customer service is what will make me go elsewhere. The upside is that I got a promo for my first appointment so I didn't spend the full amount on my first time or I'd be livid. If you HAVE time to go back for corrective appointments, by all means, go for it. But if you run a tight schedule and don't really have a ton of free time, I'd recommend somewhere else.
