I take into account any chipping..nail lifting..breakage..ect before I leave a review. On my previous set it was applied great and lasted 3 weeks with heavy hand usage (I am a home health aide). I really wanted to give a great review but, I can't ! I got my nails done on Friday- by Saturday night they were chipping! And I did nothing to have my nails chip! Diane is nice and everything but, this isn't the first time I've done my nails there and the gel will chip no less than a few days later. She said she doesn't have any reward perks at the salon either so, I am not benefiting from going there! Walked in and was told it would be 10-15 min wait. I asked if that' was truly accurate and she said "yes, maybe less". They put me in water and 36 min later they still weren't on the polish of the other two clients in the shop. It would have been better to tell me the real time and I could have come back. Came here with my girlfriend and am writing the review on her behalf. Came around early afternoon on a weekend and found the salon easily, with plenty of parking in the shopping center. Upon walking in, the staff here is extremely welcoming and is all smiles :D Interior is cute and clean with a friendly atmosphere! Prices here are affordable and the wait times for my girlfriend were non-existent. When I came, Pro Nail & Tan was well-staffed and fit our every hospitable needs. My girlfriend got a pedicure followed by acrylic's. The whole process didn't take too long, and I was able to shopping in the meanwhile in the Forum On Peachtree Corners across the street! There was a full-service included in the pedicure with massages, moisturization, etc... Overall: What makes Pro Nail & Tan a 100% return visit is the staff! 1/13/20 This was my first time here on a recommendation from a friend. The place seems very clean but there was only three employees when I showed up at noon and left around one. That can be a good thing because you get the same people all the time. I ordered a Mani Pedi at a cost of $40 and they spent quite a lot of time with me. On the downside, they clipped my nails a little too short for my preference, but that is my fault for not speaking up sooner. On the plus side, they even buffed my finger nails. I've been going to Pro Nail and Tan (in the Ingles plaza) for several years...today I went in for a pedicure. They asked me to sit in a chair and got the water ready. I waited for about 40 min, soaking my feet. Knowing I had to be some where at a certain time, by the time they got to me i didn't have time for a pedicure...so asked for polish only. I love this nail salon! They are the only nail salon that really cleans and shapes my nails the way I like. I even took my 3 year old to get his nails done and Kim was so patient and fun with him! I've come here quite a few times since 2016. The ladies that work in the salon are very nice and this is what kept me coming back as well as the decent prices and less wait time as compared with other shops in the area but this review is based on my last visit. I came in for a regular spa pedicure and I asked when I came in within an hour prior to closing if it would be too late, if not I could come back since I live down the street. I was taken back anyway with a rush job done. It was so bad once the woman finished my toes she put the sandals on my feet and walked me to the door without giving me a chance to sit under the dryer (and there was still another client and all employees there btw) and of course I messed up my toes as soon as I stepped in my car since they had no time to dry. I came back the next day and got them redone and was asked to walk either barefoot to my car to get the sandals I had from yesterday or barefoot to the front for my feet to dry (I had on closed toe shoes initially) I was appalled when I asked for a pair of sandals the woman kept telling me the floor was clean and I could walk on it. I am not walking barefoot on anybody's public floor it is unsanitary!! I asked why I couldn't get a pair of sandals, she said because I got a pair yesterday. A salon that offers a free water can't supply a pair of foam sandals? I have never ever had a salon do this so I demanded I get a pair of sandals even if I had to pay. Of course I paid then the woman still acted as if she didn't want to put sandals on my feet. I asked her multiple times then she finally did. Once it was clear that I was pissed someone else told her to give me my money back. Unfortunately, there are way too many shops in the area with better service for me to deal with that so I won't be back. read more

Got a pedicure here, which included dry skin rubbing, callous removal, cleaning and trimming toe nails, thorough massage with lotion and hot towel treatment for $20 (had a 20% discount). Honestly, these people are really rude. I came in there for the first time asking for a specific person to do my eyebrows and they told me that she wasn't there. The guy then referred me to another and I asked him if she was good ( since that is his own employee he should have replied yes) this guy rudely tells me to find out and proceeded to talk about me with his coworkers in his native language. I decided to try the lady out and followed her to the back room. She completed one eyebrow and I asked her to allow me to see how she did it and she was giving me a lot of attitude. I explained to her that she did one of my eyebrows too thin, and she kept on arguing with me that she didn't and continued to give me even more attitude. She even snatched the mirror out of my hands. What happened to the customer is always alright? ( ESPECIALLY SINCE THIS IS MY FACE). I really hate people that are in the customer service business but cannot produce excellent customer service. read more

I absolutely love this place. All the ladies were so nice to me, my nails were exactly the way I wanted them. I got sns and a pedicure and the nail technician had a really light hand so all the filing and the scrubbing weren't harsh to my nails or my skin. I've been to this place twice. For whatever reason every time I go they ignore me or just treat me like crap. Maybe because I'm Asian? I have no idea. I think I'm a good customer and I always tip well (30-40%). Anyway, I got a pedicure and eyebrow wax, and they spent like all of 15 minutes on my pedicure. My nails came out looking like... well, something I could've done myself. I wasn't impressed. The only reason I gave 2 starts was because I did like their eyebrow waxing. They did a good job shaping my eyebrows, but just for their stinky attitude I don't think I will be coming here again. I found a much better and nicer nail salon (Nail Max) a little further down the street. Even though Nail Max is farther from my house, it's definitely worth the drive not having to put up with rude people and crappy service. read more

I have been frequenting Diane and Kenny's business for a few years after stopping in on chance by living in the area to now traveling over 20 miles whenever I land to get an amazing manicure pedicure and waxing from the team. Very disorganized visit to nail salon today. The nail technician kept my daughter waiting for 40 minutes before they started. My daughter's fingers are ray from the file. We were in the salon for 90 minutes. Another customer was kept waiting with fingers wrapped in acetone and foil for 45 minutes. The paint job is decent but service was awful. read more

They do a wonderful job and respect my wishes concerning style and other elements. They are friendly and professional. The staff is really good. Sometimes they are really busy so I always call ahead. I work not too far from this nail salon and have seen it before and decided to go in......I'M SO HAPPY THAT I DID!!! I have to say, this was by far the BEST Mani/Pedi I have had in a long time or maybe even in my life!!! I went on my day off which was a Friday around 5pm and didn't end up leaving until close to 7pm. Believe me I am not complaining, it wasn't busy at this time. It was great!!! The ladies that worked on my mani/pedi were VERY THOROUGH. Everything was done with precision and I wasn't rushed at all. Sometimes you go to a nail shop and they just want to wet your hands and feet and slap some paint on you and get you out of their chair. This wasn't the case at all here. Everyone was super friendly and they offer complementary glasses of wine or bottles of water. If you are ever looking for some great service or just want to treat yourself, this is the place to be!!!
