There are much better spas around the city. The young lady at the front desk (Natasha, I think) lacked active listening skills. I got the trial pass online which i wanted to use for salt therapy. I had to repeat that 3x for comprehension. After a circular conversation that should've been simple, "I want to use my trial pass for salt therapy (as I showed a picture of the pass on my phone), then I'll decide on a membership." She still asked me for membership info. I sighed, gritted my teeth, and RE explained. Natasha had the nerve to get an attitude. Finally she got it and set me up for my session. I didn't see any people of color working there or in the lobby when I left. So my opinion which is just mine is that she wasn't listening to "me". Then got upset at the audacity of my frustration with her. Once she guided me to the salt room I wasn't offered a tour, water, a robe to change into since the salt gets all over you, NOTHING. I had to ask for my own robe. Then the session only lasts 15mins which is not enough time for any benefits. But I didn't get time to undress. She's already started my session! The salt room was then out on the LOWEST setting. What a waste of both our time. When I left I was considering a monthly membership until this lady condescendingly dismissed me by saying, "Have a nice day". Didn't ask me how was my experience, didn't ask if I wanted a membership, nothing. I smiled and left. I'll take my money where I'm appreciated. Bullshit. I bought a year of unlimited tanning at base level and they will not honor it upon my second return visit. On my first visit I was offered one free upgrade, I declined. She tried to sell me on upgrades, I declined. My second visit I was told they no longer offer base level tanning, but they would give me one free upgrade. They said I can drive for 2 hours to their sister location to see if they will honor the unlimited package I bought for this location, since that location may offer base level tanning. First of all I didn't really expect this level of concierge customer service from a tanning salon. it's so much more than that! I was blown away by the friendliness, the customer service, the explanations of the beds/services they offer, and they even worked to help me when I was trying to find a specific ingredient in a tanning lotion, and kindly offered to credit me the sample cost if I wanted to buy a full-size bottle. They offered me several options for trying the beds out before purchasing a membership. I have gone to so many places over the years and I have noticed a huge difference literally in two days from going here. One of my favorite tanning experiences ever! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I usually never tan, but I just got engaged and I wanted to have some color to body for our engagement photos. Three staff member working (can't remember her name, but she has some amazing tattoos) recommended the hybrid 1600 and I'm obsessed. It's a personal style bed. I stated on level sensitive and slowly moved up to medium into intensive tanning level. The red light therapy, and Aqua Fresh with aroma mist are my absolute favorites parts of the bed. Do NOT go here!!! Brittany doesn't know customer service. Rude as hell! Doesn't tell you everything upfront and when I asked about my pro rate price she tells me "I'm not trying to rip you off. You keep asking me about the prices.." and then proceeds to tell me "I'm really busy right now it's homecoming season.." trying to kick me off the phone! I just signed up today and paid over $120 today as a new customer. So this is no way of treating a paying customer. I asked to cancel what I signed up for and I told her I will take my business elsewhere because of how she was speaking to me and she says "okay bye!" She clearly doesn't appreciate her customers nor does she know how to run a business!! IF YOU DO DECIDE TO GO HERE JUST KNOW YOU ARE PAYING $70 a month for just the beds. Not spray tans nor any other services. She doesn't tell you anything until you ask the right questions when signing up. I asked questions and because I ask before swiping my card she didn't like that AT ALL. Attitude since I walked in the door. I didn't feel welcomed. I actually walked in to use the free pass you get online but she tells me I used the week guest pass already when I did not! Then I proceeded to say free yearly tanning and she says we don't have base level beds here so it's not for this location. So she refused to give that to me or a week pass. I knew I wanted tanning anyways so I decided to sign up and give her place a try. BIG MISTAKE. She said she will call me back once she issues a refund so we shall see! The girl at the front desk was very helpful with which lotions would best fit what I'm looking for. Today I used a tanning bed that was so nice I hooked my phone's Bluetooth up to it!
