I immediately called Opulence Spray Tan Club - not only did I discover they come to ME, but I was able to get an appointment the same day (today, actually... But don't do what I did and call her the morning of to make an appointment for the same day - that was cruel and wicked of me, but I'm a terrible procrastinator and I'm also very impatient. I had a very uncomfortable experience with Lisa and would not recommend her services. When booking, there was no clear communication about an additional Sunday appointment fee. Upon arrival, this fee was brought up in a confusing and unprofessional manner. I was asked to undress and then left waiting for about 15 minutes with no notice or explanation. During that time, she was arguing with another client about the same unexpected Sunday fee, which they also had not been informed about. During our interaction, she referred to the appointment as "her time away from her kids," which felt inappropriate and added pressure to accept a charge that had not been clearly disclosed upfront. As I was getting dressed to leave, she then offered to "waive" the fee, which made the situation feel even more uncomfortable and poorly handled. Overall, the lack of transparency, professionalism, and respect for a client's time and comfort made this a negative experience. I would not return or recommend. read more

Hands down the best spray tan I've ever had! My skin looks airbrushed! Opulence Spray Tan's formula is unmatched. I have pale olive skin, and this is the only spray tan I've had that compliments the green undertones of my complexion. Generally, in my experience, spray/fake tans always have this unflattering orange tint to it. So I can't rave enough about OST's formula. If you have olive skin, don't walk, run! You won't regret it.
