Unfortunately, after completing the entire protocol, there is absolutely no visible improvement in the [texture / color / thickness] of my scar. When I brought this to their attention, the center was not helpful and offered no viable solutions or adjustments. I highly recommend seeking a second opinion from a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon before spending money here, as the treatments were completely ineffective for me.

I found this very disrespectful and embarrassing. As a regular customer with a membership, I should not be treated as if I can't be trusted to return or pay for my services. I also don't believe customers should be expected to leave an expensive personal item as collateral. This experience made me feel unwelcome and completely changed the way I view this business. I have contacted corporate and hope they address the situation appropriately. Customer service should be based on professionalism and respect, especially toward loyal customers.

First time at Spa Sydell. I made an appointment online and…read morereceived a text message asking for gender preferences and gift card information. This was great because it allowed my closing transaction to go super smooth and there was no need for me to have to keep the physical gift card. I arrived about 10 minutes early to sign forms. I had a massage and facial. Everything went smoothly and everyone was very professional and explained everything. It was calming and serene. The only thing that didn't give it a 5 star rating was it just wasn't 5 star appearance. It reminded me of a massage envy (ie transactional experience) not a SPA experience if that makes sense. The bathroom/ changing room is super small and right in the middle of everything.

Holly did my pedicure and she did an amazing job! She takes her time and is very detailed. They also offer you refreshments while you are being serviced. The prices are super reasonable as compared to other nail salons (especially those further into the city of Atlanta). I would recommend this place for a pedicure any day! They have at least 12 pedicure chairs available so this place would be nice for small groups as well. I will definitely be returning whenever I am in the area!

Since I've been to Treat Your Feet in Buckhead and found prices to be reasonable, I decided to stop in for two mani/pedis for my sister and I in the afternoon. We came in after a late lunch on a Thursday (or Wednesday? Can't remember). There was maybe one or two other customers so we were immediately seated in two side-by-side massage chairs once we selected our nail and toe colors. I opted for what I thought would be a paler shade of pastel orange on my fingers (it was not) and a deep red on my toes. There were two ladies working on me simultaneously, which made me feel extra pampered. The first lady did a good job on my toes, thank god. However, the second lady working my mani cut a huge chunk of skin off while trimming my cuticles. She apologized profusely, but maybe it wouldn't have happened if she wasn't have a constant conversation with her friend behind her. I also wasn't a huge fan of how I was asked to pay and tip before I even got my mani and I was halfway through my pedi. How was I supposed to tip before I got the service? Isn't that the purpose of a tip? I gave 18-20% but after what happened with my mani... I did regret it a little. My sister almost walked out without paying because both her and her nail stylist didn't realize I only paid for myself (I had asked to pay for both of ours but the manicurist must have missed the memo on that one). Treat Your Nails isn't terrible. It's affordable and conveniently located to Buford Highway's restaurants and ahem, bubble tea shops. However, if you're looking for a luxury experience, this isn't the place.

Cici executed my nails and nail art FLAWLESSLY! Literally every detail from the shape of the nails (fitting my nail beds beautifully), to the designs, even the added texture were all spot on. I left the salon feeling like a million bucks and could not stop admiring my nails. I've gotten tons of complements as well. I don't live in Atlanta...
