We each purchased a 2-pack of spray tans on the same day. We only agreed to the package because we were told the expiration could be extended slightly. We planned around this, knowing we had an event just after the 45-day mark. The day before the event, we arrived to use the tans, only to be told the package had expired and that "there was no way" to extend it. Strangely, my account still showed the package as active. Despite clear evidence we were in the right, they still charged him full price. With so many tanning options in Atlanta, there's no reason to choose a business that doesn't honor its own commitments. ​ I want to give a shout out of praise to the Palm Beach Tan crew over at The Vinings location I recently went to get a spray tan on a Sunday and met a whole new crew from what I knew back in 2022 I used to be a diamond member and I used to pay $95 a month where I could get unlimited spray tans both the beds and the spray tans and I recently signed back up for just one spray tan a month for $14.95 and I had gone back in because I wanted to tan again and they offered me a really good deal which was $39.95 unlimited spray tans for the month now you cannot beat that so do yourself a favor and go get a membership for the spray list 10 it's instant gratification and it's much better for your skin read more

To be avoided. There was a homeless drunk person bothering the only female employee when I was about to leave after my sauna session (Sunday afternoon). Not safe! Plus the employee took payment from the homeless person so that he can use the sauna...!??! I would not recommend this location to anyone. They took the payment $106 for a monthly membership and don't want to refund me. During my first session in this membership the power went out mid session and needed to leave early. read more

I love Palm Beach Tan in general, however, I recently moved and have to go to this location and I'm very frustrated. The actual beds are great and the staff is good as well, however, the parking on the other hand is RIDICULOUS! I pay $70.00 a month for a membership, yet they will not validate my parking in the garage because I am not a Platnium member. I usually park on the street, however, they were paving the street today and signs were posted if you parked there you would be towed and a policeman told me I had to park in the garage. The garage states $5.00 parking for 0-20 min. I was there for 15 minutes and at the pay station told I needed to pay $10.00. Are you kidding me?! So basically I just paid $10 to park, $2.33 for a booster in my spray tan and my $70 a month I pay all for 1 spray tan. WTF. LIVID does not even begin to describe how I'm feeling right now. Way to make your customers feel valued that you only pay parking if they are a Platnim member, I guess my $70.00 a month isn't enough. Total crap. Don't go here if you plan to park in their garage - you will be ripped off. read more

This salon has the absolute best beds I have ever laid in. After three sessions I had incredible color. The staff is very knowledgeable(with the exception of a girl that had no idea what i was talking about when I mentioned the promo fliers that were in every room). I do agree with the other reviewer about parking. Thr majority of the time, the garage validation works, but I have had to pay $3 and $15 even with my validation ticket. I wish they had red light therepy and formostar like all of the solar dimensions. Palm beach is just a tanning salon. Lotions, extenders, and twilight teeth are a bit more expensive than at other tanning salons that sell the same products. read more

Hello PBT, I purchased a plan for $43.67 on May 25th, once I purchased it I was told that I can't take a shower in 3 days unless I buy some of your sodium free soups. I was not ready for that commitment and I felt I was being soled something I didn't anticipate. I left and while driving I called and I requested cancellation, I spoke to Syd Jordan, the same agent that I talked on the phone and she said that she will cancel my payment. After some time I went and checked my credit card and the payment was not cancelled, I went ahead and called and I spoke to Syd again. She told me I have to come in order to cancel the membership which she didn't mention the first time I called. So I went to the store and asked for cancellation and signed it. After few days I checked my credit card and not even my previous charge of $43.67 was returned but I had an additional charge on my account for $14.95. I called and spoke to Cody Harden as well as Taylor Wairben and I was told that the manager named Cindy Johns will give me a call to resolve the issue. Never hared from anyone! You guys have 24 hours to return my money or I'm filing a dispute. This is me giving you one more chance to correct yourself. I want a full refund! read more

The Midtown Palm Beach Tan location is awesome, I highly recommend this for UV and Spray Tanning. They stress the importance of safely UV tanning with a 24 hour restriction on bed use. They offer top of the line lotions and are always running promos/discounts. The staff is great, I especially appreciate Morgan who has a special grace of notifying you of promotions but never coming off as pushy. This location has the best pricing and hours- I checked around. They offer two types of spray tan. I used the Versa for a 'lay and spray' as they call it and had great results. No streaks! Did I mention the convenient parking? This sealed the deal for me - there's a FREE parking deck, no armed gate, not tickets to punch, no parking to validate. Also, the complex they're located in has a nail salon, a wax salon, a spin gym, yoga, dry cleaners and a Publix among other shops. read more

The staff is incredible here, they have never pressured me to upgrade or buy lotions. In fact, about once a month I get an email coupon for freebies or discounts! The beds are brand new (and very impressive looking!), the facility is always spotless, and the location is convenient. They DO validate parking regardless of your monthly membership level. I noticed a reviewer had a different experience last year; the parking policy must've changed since then. A downside of the convenient location is that there is no cell coverage (they are in an urban canyon, below-grade), and PBT doesn't have customer wifi at this time. (not really a big deal unless you want to use your phone while you wait on a bed, or if you were counting on streaming music to any of the beds with integrated iPhone docks) Overall, this is the best tanning salon I have ever used. I highly recommend it. (And hey, if you decide to sign up, tell them I sent you- they also give credit for referrals! ) read more

Palm Beach Tan in midtown is great! I consistently receive the same level of great service from their staff. The tanning beds are great! the salon is very clean and I have never run into an issue with a bed not being available. Parking - like the majority of locations in Atlanta you have to pay for parking. The parking is validated by Palm Beach tanning. I have never had an issue with the parking, however I am a Diamond level member. read more

Took my daughter there yesterday for a spray tan. We are from out of town. The lady tried to get us to pay over 70 dollars for a mystic spray tan with all these add ons! When I said I didn't want to pay that she acted annoyed and ended up charging us 40 for a basic spray tan. I even paid extra for the darkest tan. My daughter is barely tan at all for her cheer competition and it's streaky. I've never paid so much for a horrible spray tan! Don't go here! read more

I came to the midtown location yesterday (3/15) for a "lay and spray". I've been using this location for a while, and have done this service before. This experience started to feel wrong when the person working started talking $. It was $X for this, or then I could do this package and it was this much, etc etc. WAY too much info. I really just wanted one visit. I'm not confident to purchase packages with PBT after the last time I made this mistake. A few months ago I purchased visits that I later found out had expired. So, I lost the last two. At that point, I decided I wouldn't buy like that anymore and went on. SO, I tell the associate I'm just going to buy ONE visit. This one visit, 6 minutes in a bed and a mystic tan cost me $96.03. Almost $100 for ONE VISIT. Its absurd. I was frustrated, thinking to myself there is no way I've ever spent this much here before on ONE visit. In fact, I was right when I checked my bank statement, my last visit here cost me $33.00. I HAVE NO IDEA what went wrong, or why this was so absurdly expensive. Again, I'm hoping for good results. I'm frustrated, but letting it go. The last time I did mystic the results were good. I complete my visit and go about my day. I was sprayed just before 5pm. I went home, and waited. I took a shower at 11pm. Looking down, the water is basically black. Every bit of that "tan" washed right off. Part of this inflated fee I was charged was supposed to have included the "accelerator" which is allegedly allowing you to shower 2-4 hours after spray. I waited 6 hours. Looking at myself this morning, I'm infuriated at the quality. I have lines down both sides of me (the outer part of my arms, and inside (from my armpit down to my hips) In other areas, it is splotchy. I could have went back to a Raw, received an actual spray tan by an actual professional for HALF of what this half A**ed mystic cost me. I had been frustrated with PBT after my last experience, this one insures that it will be my last. read more

When I signed up I was told Palm Beach Tan would validate parking which was very important since parking in the area is expensive. Today, after I tanned, I asked for a validation ticket and was told they didn't have any.. There is a dispute going on between PBT and either another tenant or the landlord I was told. I had to pay $10 for parking which is more than one tanning session! I will not be going tanning with confirming they have a validation card upfront. Also it's annoying how much they try to up sell with tanning products. They products for sunless tanning are not needed and have actually made my sprays worse. read more

I rarely get a spray tan, but I'm so glad I went here! Lexi is the best and she is very kind and professional. I came in for a tan before my cousins wedding and it didn't turn out how I wanted at first. She knew I was upset and let me come and redo it at no charge! Thanks Lexi! It turned out great after that. parking is a complete ripoff. I pay for the platinum membership they validate 5 dollars worth of the parking fee . So if u stay 1 minute longer than 20 mins you pay the extra 10 dollars in parking a day . On top of your membership . They don't even have cards for a hour . Only 30 minute cards. I think I'll drive the extra few miles to the other location because I enjoy doing the spray tan and it takes 20 mins or longer every time . read more

The beds and the spray booths are great! However, the parking situation is a nightmare! They used to validate parking, but now they only validate for platinum members. The parking deck is $15 an hour. So, if you have to wait or purchase something you could end up paying that. Even though I am now a platinum member, somedays I go in and they are out of validation tickets.... So, what is the perk of that then?... Again, nice tanning salon, but the parking situation is a huge turn off. read more

They have good beds, but they don't validate parking unless you're a platinum or diamond member which are extremely pricey memberships. Parking is $10 and obviously not worth to pay $10 every time you come. I have been a loyal member for 6 months now, and they didn't even care when I cancelled my membership because I thought it was ridiculous to pay $10. They're about to lose all their customers for this which is well deserved. read more
