First- why would you not call your customer the same day?? I thought maybe it was a staffing thing, so I called to confirm. They told me it was MY FAULT because I cancelled too many times in the past - 12 times over 8 years!!! As someone who had been going there for 8 years + you would think a phone call or email explaining this would be nice. They said I would no longer be able to book online which is absurd. I'm not going to risk waiting in a walk in appointment. The lack of communication and treatment is truly terrible. Not to mention the girl on the phone who told me this was so rude, saying I was lying and it was all my fault.
