The space is peaceful and calming, with a zen vibe that instantly made me feel comfortable. I came in for Brazilian Sugaring, and Jessa provided a great experience. Her technique was gentle, effective, and quick. The treatment room and essentials were very clean and sanitized. For aftercare, I also bought their handmade Brazilian Scrub, which is applied 2x weekly. It is all organic, smells refreshing, and has clean ingredients. A great way to protect your skin post-sugaring. The prices are reasonable for the top-quality service. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I got a full Brazilian sugaring and eyebrow service, and I'm so happy with the results! The sugaring wax was much gentler on my skin than traditional hard wax, which is perfect since I have coarse hair and sensitive skin. I'm also super picky about my eyebrows and have a hard time trusting anyone with them, but they nailed it! They shaped them exactly how I asked. The ladies here are wonderful. I'll definitely be coming back next month!

I got the trial pass online which i wanted to use for salt therapy. I had to repeat that 3x for comprehension. After a circular conversation that should've been simple, "I want to use my trial pass for salt therapy (as I showed a picture of the pass on my phone), then I'll decide on a membership." She still asked me for membership info. I sighed, gritted my teeth, and RE explained. Natasha had the nerve to get an attitude. Finally she got it and set me up for my session. I didn't see any people of color working there or in the lobby when I left. So my opinion which is just mine is that she wasn't listening to "me". Then got upset at the audacity of my frustration with her. Once she guided me to the salt room I wasn't offered a tour, water, a robe to change into since the salt gets all over you, NOTHING. I had to ask for my own robe. Then the session only lasts 15mins which is not enough time for any benefits. But I didn't get time to undress. She's already started my session! The salt room was then out on the LOWEST setting. What a waste of both our time. When I left I was considering a monthly membership until this lady condescendingly dismissed me by saying, "Have a nice day". Didn't ask me how was my experience, didn't ask if I wanted a membership, nothing. I smiled and left. I'll take my money where I'm appreciated. I had to use alcohol and acetone to remove them like ink stains and wound up showering as soon as I got home because it was so patchy. Scrubbed for 45 minutes to get some of these stains off. The girl who worked there told me the machine had recently broken and been repaired, but it may be "happening again." When I called the store an hour later to tell her I'd washed it off and wanted a refund for this horrible experience, she walked that back and said she confirmed the machine was working and it was probably just my skin type and they don't give refunds. Eventually I pushed hard and got a refund but now I know it's definitely worth paying extra for a real airbrush tan. Not a good product, experience, or service.
