I've been seeing Kelly as my esthetician for a few years now and would follow her anywhere! The space is calming and comfortable, and Kelly is so much fun to be around. But let's get down to the real reason I go.. my skin looks amazing. Between her facials, the daily skin care regiment she has me follow and her product recommendations, my skin has transformed. I wear a little under eye concealer and mascara.. eyeshadow if I'm feeling fancy but I never feel the need to wear foundation or even tinted moisturizer to help out my skin. I went to my first appointment at Kindred Studio with Kelly. I went because I am in my 30s and know I need to start paying attention to this stuff, but I am easily overwhelmed by the skincare world. I wanted someone to guide and consult me to make it as easy as possible to begin my skincare journey. I did The Kin service for my first service and highly recommend if you are new to skincare (well worth the price!). I love that I was able to bring all my products (from face wash to makeup) and get a full evaluation of current products/what's working/what's not working. It was very important for me to stay within a budget. I did not want to invest hundreds and hundreds of dollars for new products, and it was important for me to be able to get recommendations on products you can easily find in the drug store, but also knowing that there are products that are worth an investment. Kelly not only worked within my needs, but also didn't push using their products (which I've been to other consultations at derm spas and that's all they did). I walked away with a full AM and PM skincare routine and within budget that didn't involve 20 steps -- plus I enjoyed it so much I scheduled my next service and will continue to book maintenance services every few months if I'm liking the results (can already tell I will!). I'd heard so many great things about Kindred, so I went in and had "The Kin" facial with Susan this past weekend, and it was SO AMAZING. It's only been a week and thanks to her suggestions for home care, I'm already noticing a difference. The actual facial was extremely relaxing and I learned so much from Susan.
