My experience here was absolutely perfect, Angela is super knowledgeable and honest when it comes to her prices, products, and what she thinks would look best for you if you're not 100% sure on making a decision. The day before my appointment I was texted thorough instructions on how to reach her office, which was very helpful because navigating to it was quite challenging. There is a parking garage and also a few parking spots before the gated community area, but the spots are sparse. I recommend doing free street parking along the area, either the sidewalk in front of StudioPlex or the residential streets nearby and walking to the clinic, which will be through the walkway you see directly under the big StudioPlex sign. You have to walk quite a bit into the walkway, and eventually you'll see the clinic's sign out front. The interior of the clinic is clean and decorated nicely, with info pamphlets about the products being used and services offered. Through the entire process--consultation and procedure--Angela gave very helpful advice and I ended up adding on a botox treatment for my TMJ while also providing aesthetic results. I definitely would come again, you're shown immediate before and after pictures, and despite the differences the end result for me came out so natural and exactly what I was hoping for! Angela's also very generous about helping figure out pricing and pay, which I greatly appreciated!! I definitely will be coming back, battling in the race to book with her on the appointment schedule is 100% worth it for me!

This was my first time having any injectables done - I got filler in my lips and arrived still needing a consultation and professional opinion. My appointment was at 9:35 am on a Sunday at the studioplex location. I was nervous about the pain of injections after googling how bad it would hurt the night before but Angela put me at ease and totally accommodated me (had me lay down in case I passed out, iced my face, etc). I arrived about 30 mins early and Angela was able to see me about 20 before my actual appointment time, super considerate of my time. We had a brief consultation and talked about being conservative but still achieving the results I wanted. She numbed my lips for ~15 mins and they were good and numb by the time she started injecting. I am very particular and perfectionistic so it was a big leap of faith to trust someone with my face but Angela just gets it. My results are beautiful and she specifically said in my appointment the goal is to make it look like your lips, but better - not make it look different. I didn't know exactly the amount of filler I wanted and she basically said she would inject until it looked great, ended up using about 7/10ths of the syringe. Definitely the kind of professional to make the choice to send you home with beautiful results rather than try and sell another syringe or treatment just because she can. The injections felt like someone was just pinching me with tweezers, not even as bad as a bee sting. So so quick and easy. No pain after and hardly any swelling! I have a very light bruise 2 days later but it looks like nothing happened to anyone other than me. Literally everything could not have gone better. I think I walked out 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to start, so efficient. I will absolutely be back for Botox and recommend Angela to anyone who asks!

Quite the service! Compared to other offices I felt like this clinic was super clean, high end and efficient. For it being lunchtime on a Tuesday they were quite busy but kept a good flow, getting clients in and out smoothly. I saw Karishma, PA and she was absolutely lovely. I appreciated her attentiveness, expert advice and thorough discussion about my cosmetic goals. She did a great job and we accomplished the look I was going for. I highly recommend seeing her. Checkout was a breeze and the front desk helped me use Alle points and signed me up for another rewards program called Aspire which is free and also provided a discount to my service. I cannot express how frustrated I am with the care I received from Dr. Abbott…read more Back in November, I visited her because I had a lesion on my lip. Without obtaining a proper skin culture or ordering blood work, she diagnosed it as a cold sore. What followed were eight months of frustration, recurring outbreaks, and treatments that simply did not work. I was prescribed a daily low dose of Valtrex, higher doses when symptoms began, and expensive Acyclovir cream. None of these treatments were effective. Since November, I experienced 7-8 recurrences, each lasting about a week before resolving. Few weeks ago, the condition became particularly severe, and I was so frustrated that I scheduled an appointment with my new PCP in Dallas, TX, requesting that every reasonable test be performed. My new PCP--who, incidentally, is an NP-BC rather than a physician--looked at the lesion for only a few seconds and commented that it did not appear to be a cold sore at all. Instead, it appeared to be a localized bacterial infection. The test results confirmed this assessment. My HSV-1 and HSV-2 DNA tests were negative, and my HSV-1 and HSV-2 IgG tests were non-reactive. A simple course of cephalexin 500 mg, taken four times daily for 10 days, resolved the problem. What concerns me most is Dr. Abbott's confidence in diagnosing and treating the condition without sufficient diagnostic evidence. As a result, I spent the past eight months dealing with recurring symptoms, ineffective treatment, unnecessary medication, and significant frustration. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend seeking a second opinion and avoiding Dr. Abbott. Milan R.

Small, comfortable lobby, friendly, polite front desk staff and free WiFi. My PA is nice enough and the visits are normally quick. My real concern is they don't have video visits and communication is lacking. When there is an issue (and there have been plenty), you call and speak to a customer service agent who re-routes your message to the office. Then someone who is not your provider will communicate via message portal which leads to unnecessary time and expense. Specifically, I was told to stop taking my prescription after I felt better. Then my symptoms resumed. There's one phone number for all locations, you can't call directly. I called, the agent called the office and a different person (not my provider) sent me a message via the phone portal. That person gave me a refill which I filled ($25) but I had questions so I was told to come in. $50 co-pay and time off work later, I was given a completely different prescription. Unfortunately, it was for 30 days ($10) instead of 90 days ($25) which required more trips to the pharmacy and added expense. I'd have saved $75 with Kaiser with a free follow up video visit with my dermatologist. Speaking directly to a provider = questions answered and the correct prescription the first time. Kaiser also had 90 day refills sent via free mail order. At Dermatology Affiliates they don't have video visits (they blame insurance) and you can't speak directly to your provider. It's like a game of telephone which results in multiple contacts, time off work and unnecessary expense. Also, they don't have a numbing agent for painful injections. They give you a small ice pack which doesn't do the job. In short, free parking and WiFi and decent service is fine. But if I had the time to find a dermatologist with free video visits, good communication and positive reviews, I'd happily switch. Dermatology Affiliates really makes me miss Kaiser.

I selected this spa to have a BBL transfer thinking that they would provide a non-evasive procedure that I would be pleased with at a reasonable cost and I would also be able to return to work after a few weeks. Well, my first encounter set the tone and I should have listened to my first thought that told me not to return. But, I wanted ro give them a chI met with Dr. Vandy Gaffney for the consultation , he went over the procedure and told me the cost. At the end of the consultation, he requested I Zelle/ Cash App him the deposit of $1000 on the spot but I didn't have either so although I thought it was strange I sent it the following day through Venmo. Well, I left the office without the good doctor providing a written overview of the procedure, which I requested several times. I also asked for a receipt but that was not sent to me, however, I had my receipt from Venmo so I wasn't too worried. Why did I did go back, I don't know :( The signs were all there! The week of the procedure I went in to pick up the paperwork and pre-op instructions. The pre-op instructions read not to take aspirin or other medication 10 days prior to the procedure and went I questioned this information both Dr. Gaffney and Nathan down played it, saying it didn't matter their suppose to say that but its not going to hurt anything. Well, the day of the procedure came and all went well. After the procedure I noticed I was very swollen from head to toe for weeks. I never sat on my suppose to be mew buttocks but went in for a follow appointment 7 days later and my butt looked the same way it did when I initially went in. The doctor said, I agree with you, however, do some squats, that will help. Okay, WTF did I pay you $4500 for???? He said, " its still swollen and you wont see the results for at least 90 days. I expect to at least see noticeable changes after this procedure. I did not sit down, sleep and still have not been sitting down on my butt. I also purchased several garments to wear so I wouldn't have to keep it off long. The best advice he gave was to get a lymphatic massage. I had 3 massages since the BBL and it helped the swelling tremendously. Its been a month and the results are not good at all. Don't go to this doctor! We put our money and trust in the doctors expertise and he clearly does not have it! Oh, I failed to mention he sent a BBL pillow to my house. Thanks for the $4500 pillow!
