She still asked me for membership info. I sighed, gritted my teeth, and RE explained. Natasha had the nerve to get an attitude. Finally she got it and set me up for my session. I didn't see any people of color working there or in the lobby when I left. So my opinion which is just mine is that she wasn't listening to "me". Then got upset at the audacity of my frustration with her. Once she guided me to the salt room I wasn't offered a tour, water, a robe to change into since the salt gets all over you, NOTHING. I had to ask for my own robe. Then the session only lasts 15mins which is not enough time for any benefits. But I didn't get time to undress. She's already started my session! The salt room was then out on the LOWEST setting. What a waste of both our time. When I left I was considering a monthly membership until this lady condescendingly dismissed me by saying, "Have a nice day". Didn't ask me how was my experience, didn't ask if I wanted a membership, nothing. I smiled and left. I'll take my money where I'm appreciated. The next generation needs to work on their attention span and get off social media.

Despite clear evidence we were in the right, they still charged him full price. With so many tanning options in Atlanta, there's no reason to choose a business that doesn't honor its own commitments. My search quickly led me to Radiance Therapy Tanning. I walked in and was immediately impressed with cleanliness and friendliness of Radiance. I met Kim, the owner, who helped me select the color and depth of my spray tan. It sounds complicated, but she made it so easy! We went through a quick demo before I began, which was highly helpful. The booth was neatly stocked with towels, wipes and lotion - all the things you need to prepare for your spray tan and clean up afterwards. Even though the spray tan takes a few hours to develop, I noticed immediate color. Hallelujah and Spring, here I come! Before I left, Kim reviewed my after-care. I have had a number of spray tans over the years and Radiance is by far the nicest salon I've ever visited. I highly recommend! By the way, this spot is in Kroger shopping center, so parking is ample and convenient.

One evening I left my engagement ring on the ledge in the booth and returned to get it and it had already been stolen. 2 customers sprayed after me so 1 of 4 people took it, 2 employees or 2 clients. But knowing that the rooms are cleaned after every person I can't trust to return here anymore. This has been a traumatic experience, I was hysterically crying in the salon but management lacked empathy and basically told me I signed a waiver. What kind of person steals another women's wedding ring. And after doing some research Ive sinced learned this is not uncommon for employees to steal valuable items from clients. I filed a police report and pursuing all options possible for my ring.
