I've been here twice for their IPL treatment. Both times, the staff has been kind and professional,…read moreeven when I ended up 15 minutes late for an appointment. The first time, they treated me on an IPL machine that targeted brown spots. I noticed the effects right away, with my freckles appearing darker before they eventually came off a week later. During my second appointment, they booked me with a dual IPL machine calibrated towards both reds and browns. This also worked well with my skin. Since I am of asian decent, I am of higher risk of side effects when IPL is not administered properly, so the staff was very careful and considerate. Pain wise, I would rate this treatment a 6/10. Not pleasant, but not traumatic either. Forewarning for those considering IPL to target redness and spider veins: while you might notice a decrease in redness, my aesthetician informed me that this effect is temporary! Eventually the veins will resurface :( Both appointments were quick and easy, and I am very satisfied with the results. side note-- this is definitely a side effect, but I also noticed that the hair on my upper lip was zapped away and never really grew back post-treatment. A nice bonus! But don't worry, they make sure to stay far away from your beautiful brows and hairline

I've seen Robin a few times, she helped transition me from classic to volume and was so fantastic at understanding what I wanted and also what would look best on me based on eye/face shape/lash line etc. I love that she's meticulous! Akira is the gal I see most often and she is just freaking amazing. She's so much fun to spend time with while being the most professional, thorough perfectionist (the dream qualities of a lash artist!!) I joked once that I always leave her feeling super vain because I go home and take a million selfies but IT'S TRUE. She gets exactly how far she can push the drama on my volume set without making it look overdone. Also...okay, you should never be late, but once I WAS late and she took extra time to make sure I was still at 100% fullness when I left. It was so so kind of her to do when I was the one that messed up and was late. I'm in love. Morgan is a dang master and I adore her so much. I'm amazed at how much knowledge she has of her craft and how passionate she is! She has great advice to give about lashes and skincare and ... of course ... does flawless work. I don't know what EXACTLY she does that's so subtly different when it comes to lengths/widths/overall shape but I've never looked better.
