Morgan completed a skin analysis with me before my HydraFacial, taking the time to discuss my skin and recommend products and treatments that could be beneficial. My facial was a complimentary 30 minute service that included cleansing, a mask, moisturizer, and SPF. It was a nice introduction to their skincare services, and I enjoyed the experience without feeling like I was being pushed into purchasing additional treatments. The facility is clean and modern and offers much more than traditional facials, including IV treatments, chemical peels, Botox, GLP 1 services, and other wellness and aesthetic treatments. Since this is a medical spa, the environment feels more polished and clinical than a traditional day spa, while still being relaxing and comfortable. The Midtown location is convenient, and validated parking is free, which is always a plus in this part of Atlanta. I would definitely consider returning to explore some of their other services.

At one appointment, I arrived and was told I was 40 minutes early, so I waited outside. After waiting the entire time, I came back inside approximately five minutes after a text that they were ready for me because I had to finish a work call, only to be turned away and forced to reschedule. That should have been my warning sign about how little they value their clients' time. After my first lower-leg laser treatment, I developed a significant rash and irritation that lasted for about a week. Before my second appointment, I showed the technician photos of the reaction and explained exactly what had happened. Rather than treating this as a serious concern, she left the room and returned claiming she had consulted with a nurse who supposedly determined it was a normal reaction. The problem? The nurse never even saw the photos because my phone never left the room. Despite my documented reaction, the technician proceeded with treatment and (as I later found out) INCREASED the laser intensity. Within hours, my legs were covered in painful hives and blisters. I could barely sleep. I could barely focus on work. My skin looked and felt like it had been burned. When I attempted to contact the salon, my calls went unanswered and were never returned. I ultimately had to show up in person because no one could be bothered to respond. Ironically, the technician who evaluated me afterward immediately acknowledged what never should have happened in the first place. She told me the previous technician likely should not have used that type of laser on my skin tone and should absolutely not have increased the settings after seeing evidence of my previous reaction. Let that sink in. I raised concerns. I brought photographic evidence. I showed up for my appointment. I trusted their expertise. And they proceeded anyway. When the manager finally became involved, there was no accountability, no urgency, and no meaningful solution. Instead of concern for the damage done to my skin, I was met with defensiveness and handed a bottle of cheap vitamin oil as though that somehow addressed the situation. I was told the matter would be "escalated to the medical team," yet I never received any meaningful follow-up. I later sought a second opinion from a dermatologist. The dermatologist confirmed that treatment should never have proceeded under these circumstances, particularly not at an increased intensity. I was also informed that I may be left with permanent hyperpigmentation and scarring. In addition she advised me: NEVER RETURN TO THAT PLACE. Read that again: I sought laser hair removal and may now be left with permanent skin damage. What is most alarming is not that a reaction occurred. Any cosmetic procedure carries risks. What is unacceptable is that clear warning signs were ignored, treatment was escalated despite evidence of a prior reaction, my concerns were dismissed, and nobody seemed interested in taking responsibility once the damage was done. I have requested a refund and reported this provider. If you value your skin, your health, your safety, and your peace of mind, DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. There are countless laser providers in Atlanta. Choose one that listens to patients, follows proper safety protocols, and takes responsibility when something goes wrong. SEV Laser failed me at every stage of this process, and I would never trust them with my skin again.

He glanced over mostly everything expect my shoulders. He spent all of 30 seconds on both of my feet and I love a good foot massage. Another 30-40 seconds on my hands and the movement was very quick. There was a lot of rubbing and pressing/ holding not enough technique and massaging. It definitely was not a Swedish massage. Was supposed to begin at 4:15 didn't go back until 4:35, but Anthony more than made it up. He asked what her focus areas was, what pressure she liked and anything that didn't make her comfortable. Well kept and clean. Showers and women's locker area was nice as well. Fully stocked with all the essentials like cottons balls, Qtips, hair dryer, lotion, deodorant and more. I'm not sure what's above the spa, but the building kept shaking and you hear very loud noises as if something was being dropped. This review is long over due from April of 2024. I did speak to the front desk staff about my experience and she apologized and said that someone would reach out and see how they could make up for my experience and put credits on my account, but that never happened.

I had a good experience with the technician. I can't wait to see the results for my second treatment for one area and fourth treatment from another. The wait was minimal and the technician was knowledgeable, friendly, apologetic for what happened at the Buckhead location, and she took time to analyze the treatment area from my prior treatments. This facility has the YAG laser unlike the other location in John's Creek. Also, be careful of the cancellation fee of $35.00 if you don't cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
