What great place I enjoyed my visit so much. They took great care of me and my girlfriend. The service was excellent and very cozy environment. read more

The team hosted me and a few girlfriends for a pre-baby spa day. They made not only us but my daughter feel so special! They worked with us to do massages or facials, created a private and welcoming environment and were so accommodating. We love their spa - supporting local businesses, and can't beat the location on the square. read more

Samantha was incredible. Knew just where I needed attention and worked out some stubborn kinks. Highly recommend.

I have been going here for years and I love this day spa. The entire staff is amazing and it is such a vibe. I feel rejuvenated when I am finished with my appointment. read more

The Evene team went all out to welcome our group (7 pp) for my daughter's baby shower spa day. They pampered us and the facial and massage services were amazing. It was so relaxing and the perfect way to celebrate. We will be back! read more

Please avoid this place. I used the Groupon to receive a facial and the chemicals used burned my face. In less than 24 hours, I contacted the spa and spoke to the owner who requested I come back to speak to her in person. I took the time out of my own personal time to do so. When I showed her the damage she stated that the lady didn't use any chemicals on my face just enzymes. The response from her made it seem that she didn't believe me. Basic customer service states that one should immediately apologize and be sympathetic that my face looked awful. I felt she was dismissing me and perhaps even thought I was lying. She took pictures and wanted me to lie down and take a look at it. I stated no thank you because I wasn't going to have the same place that injured me touch me. Luckily, I was able to use Vitamin E and avoid permanent damage but I wasn't the experience I was looking for. Run down walk away from Evene Spa. read more

I have had the best experience here. My service provider was Sadaat and she did amazing! I had an eyebrow and upper lip wax, and it was the best, most comfortable me wax I have ever had. I've been all over getting waxed and this is definitely going to be my new spot. The ambiance was perfect. Not too dark and not too bright. Smelled heavenly from the moment I walked through the door and I was offered water immediately. I was treated nothing but politely from the employees and I couldn't help but notice how immaculately clean it was. No dust or dirt anywhere. I love this place and will be back for sure to receive other services. read more

Evene Day Spa has always been a favorite of mine and I've been a client for years. The owner, Sadaat is the best and really cares about her clients! She makes time in her busy schedule for a quick eyebrow wax and makes me feel welcome and not rushed. She makes all her clients feel like VIPs! read more

Excellent ladies that are knowledgeable aestheticians. They teach others how to take care of their skin and assist with skin care needs.

Booked this place using a Groupon and then did the research. I'm so glad I didn't cancel my appointment based on others' comments because I had quite a pleasant experience. I was greeted upon arrival and almost immediately taken back. Desiree did an amazing job with my facial, talking during the experience, but not too much. I enjoyed the conversation and her honesty. I always appreciate when people don't push the products on the clients and will more than likely come back to see her. I also had a massage with Jojo and that was good as well. My only problem is that I needed more time for my massage. read more

This place is terrible. It's in walking distance of my house and I would think that would maybe encourage them to do a great job to get a repeat customer? Nope. The facial I received was crap. The girl left the room for 25 minutes. I timed it. I wasn't paying for you to put goo on my face and leave me to lay there for 25 minutes and listen to you bad elevator music. Additionally, my massage therapist I had to ask three times to turn the heated blanket off since it was too hot and making me feel faint. She kept saying she turned it down, but I was asking for it off. Due to her not listening to me I immediately threw up in the parking lot since she overheated me. I'm not a f*cking chicken. If I say to turn the heat off then maybe listen to me. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a spa and I have already filed a petition with the state of Georgia licensing board. Hopefully they'll be shut down soon. read more

Let me first start out by saying that this was a Valentine's gifts certificate that I used for this visit, and that it was my first time at this spa and will Definitely be my LAST. I am a frequent spa client for services such as facials, body massages, pedicures, manicures and spa services. My first impression when I walked through the door was a typical spa set up. Upon signing in and filling out the consent form I was offered water??? (Hmm scratching my head most spas offer Bottled water, tea or wine), but ok water. When I received the water, it was in a dentist office rinse cup with black particles at the bottom. I advised the receptionist who gave me the dental office plastic cup with Water and she replied as if she knowingly gave me the water with particles that the particles come from the water filter..FLABBERGASTED!!!!! really lady no thank you. STRIKE # 1 So my service was the spoiled pkg (gift certificate) that included a facial, hot stone maassage and foot reflexology with complimentary lunch. My massage was ok, I pointed out to the masseuse that he forgot my arms, he stated that it was Included in the facial which was suppose to be 90 min. Ok so Sandy was the esthetician...so facial was definitely mediocre...the arm and neck massage absolutely HORRIBLE THE Worst...and to mention she leaves for 15 to 20 mins to "let me relax"..UHHH REALLY ..IM GUESSING SHE DIDN'T GET THE MEMO THAT THE SPA EXPERIENCE IS RELAXING AND WHILE THE FACIAL PRODUCTS PENETRATE THE SKIN YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO MASSAGE THE CLIENT....THUMBS DOWN.. STRIKE #2 As a kicker to end my experience lunch was supposed to be included with spa package, when I reminded the receptionist she said she forgot to give me a menu at the start of my visit to choose...REALLY!!!!!!!..and to make her forgetting acceptable she said and I do quote 'what you paid for your services you received more than u actually paid!!!!! (SWEET Baby Jesus...take the wheel Lord)!!!!!!!!!.... As calmly and as professionally as I could ..I said ma'am if your establishment feels like you are giving services that you should be compensated for, then I suggest that your management revamp their pricing menu and not put pkgs together that don't deliver In Full as written and listed to be included in a pkg... STRIKE #3 Absolutely the WORST UNPROFESSIONAL SPA I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NOR WILL I ACCEPT COMP SERVICES FROM SUCH A BUSINESS..NOT HAPPY, TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE ESPECIALLY WITH EVERYTHING I HAVE GOING ON ..I SHLD CHARGE THEM FOR SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE..I Came OUT MORE STRESSED THAN I WENT IN... read more

Can you become a spokesperson on your first visit? This was my first facial and I really didn't know what to expect. I thought that I would be scrubbed raw or something like that. ( blame an episode of Sex and the City when Samantha had her face pulled off). Anyway, to my pleasant surprise the over all experience was great. The space is really relaxing with nice smells as you walk in. The room was pretty clean, my inner microbiologist didn't go crazy. I can't help it, I notice these things. Yay!! No alarms went off. FOCUS The facial was great. I love that Sandy told me what she was using at times where there would be a tingle or a bit of steam. When we were done my skin looked Illuminous (or luminous for the grammer police). My pores seems smaller. My skin feels softer and looks more clear. Either way, I love the way my skin feels and looks. The staff members were really nice and definitely makes me want to come back. Which is exactly what I think I will do!! Tip: They are located in Smyrna market village at the Village Pavilion next door to Quiznos. There is alsoplenty if free parking. read more

I'm very disappointed with this spa - I've been to many spas across the NYC area. Since I'm new to the area I thought that I would try out a few in the area so that I could find a regular spot. I booked a groupon ticket to try this place only to have the girl on the phone be rude to me and say that I couldn't book on a weekend and they were not open Sunday's. THIS PLACE OBVIOUSLY DOESNT CARE ABOUT PROVING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE OR BUILDING THIER CUSTOMER BASE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! read more

I got a massage here. If I lived here, I would probably return. I made the appointment the same day of the service and was promptly seen when I arrived. The space is neat and clean. The receptionist was very friendly. They offered me water when I arrived. The massage was decent; the massage therapist was attentive. The lotion was very cold, though, and her nails were a tad long/scratched me at one point. I really wasn't sure what to say about it. They charged $70-$85 for a one-hour massage, depending on what you get. I thought this was a little high for the area. I can get a massage in Brooklyn for that price, and I'm guessing their rent is higher in Brooklyn. read more

I came here via a Living Social special. You can only come Monday thru Friday with any specials during regular business hours. So if you don't have to work then this works out great for you. I received 53 minutes of a 60 minute massage that was "average" and nothing terribly exciting. I didn't feel relaxed when she used her elbows on the massage at all. The facial was awesome and my skin felt hydrated and refreshed. I recommend coming here if you don't work during the week otherwise they need more convenient weekend hours for all patrons specials or not. read more

I recently moved to Smyrna and was desperate to find a new place to get my eyebrows threaded. I googled threading in the Smyrna area and this place came up. I called and they had an appointment for me immediately, which I really liked. After getting my eyebrows threaded, I wasn't completely thrilled with the results. She did an OK job, but there is a pretty big chunk missing out of the top of one of my eyebrows. Doesn't look too pretty. Then there is the price -- expensive!! The place I used to go to in Atlanta was half the price for better results. Unfortunately, I dont think I'll be going back here to get my eye brows threaded. read more

I love Evene for waxing/threading. They always do a really nice job shaping my eyebrows. Last week I had a facial (part of a groupon facial and massage special). I do not consider myself a facial connoisseur, but in my experience I consider this an ok facial. I love the massage part, but there was not enough of that. I generally did not feel as pampered and well taken care of as I have when I experienced other facials. The massage I experienced was wonderful. I felt like I got some of the kinks worked out of my back without feeling like I was put through the wringer. She went for the full hour too! In the end, I would come back for waxing/threading and a massage, but I probably would not splurge on a facial here again. read more

Me and my girlfriend had such great time here. Its not easy to find people that wanna go above and beyond for you, everyone greet us with saying hello and asked if we wanted anything to drink. my girlfriend and i were getting massages and she told me to try and facial, def a new different experience for me and the estheticians know what they are doing. I recommend this place cause we had awesome time and we came out feeling absolutely refreshed read more

I came today for a lip wax and massage. Evene Day Spa's prices are very reasonable and Saadat was attentive to my needs. I have gone to some of the chain spas over the years and have found that the constant need for updated paperwork, overwhelming amounts of appointment confirmation contacts, and constantly rotating staff has left me underwhelmed. Coming to Evene was refreshing, personalized, and relaxing! Thank you for offering a genuine, great service, at a great price! I will definitely come back to support such a hardworking, knowledgeable spa! read more

My boyfriend surprised me with a birthday massage yesterday. The made an error with booking and called at 10 am to push my 11 am massage to noon. This wasn't a big deal since I didn't have plans that morning. The place was easy to get to with parking right out front. The spa is pretty small. They did try to up sell me a facial twice and I was glad that it was only twice. My therapist was Nicole who was very awesome. The spa room was very small which made moving around noisy. I could hear outside noises which was annoying but kind of expected for a place that size. My massage was great and Nicole hit a lot of spots that were bothering me. I would definitely go to Nicole again. I do think the $80 price is a bit much seeing that there aren't any spa amenities available. Good massages are hard to come by so id be willing to pay again. Ask for Nicole. Enjoy! read more

Nicole was amazing! I came in with an extremely tight neck and after she worked on my muscle for an hour I walked out feeling so much more relaxed. I would definitely go back! read more

My fiancé and I came here for a couples massage for our anniversary. The massage itself was fine, but the room was absolutely freezing cold. An alarm was going off for 45 minutes of the 60 minute massage, making it very hard to relax. The staff just made a joke about the alarm and didn't seem to think it was a big deal, but it was extremely annoying. I would have rather rescheduled than listen to that. Overall a decent place, but I don't think I'll be back. read more

Repeat customer here. The staff is always very pleasant and customer focused. The therapists I've seen are amazing! Friendly and great prices, especially with their Wednesday deals and the occasional sales via sites such as Groupon. Love to head over and have a relaxing masssage after work! Be sure to check them out! read more

went here for a massage from groupon and it was horrible. Petite African american woman was masseuse. room was tiny and cramped and masseuse was inexperienced. I almost felt like she did not want to touch me. What kind of masseuse is this? there is a reason why they need to run a groupon. definitely not recommended. there prices are def too high for the location/ambiance. The worst part of this place is the African American receptionist. She is not a people person. Read the other reviews about her - all true. She is passive aggressive and not accommodating at all. When I told her I was dissatisfied with my massage she goes "well no one else has every complained." yeah right, read the reviews. Many people have complained lady. If looking for a massage do yourself a favor and go to one of those Asian foot reflexology places. My favorite is lahua on Cobb pkwy. No attitude there. read more

Went as part of an AmazonLocal deal - Smyrna is really out of the way, but I had been having bad neck pains and figured a massage would help. I scheduled an appointment (rather quickly, I might add) and showed up about 15 minutes early. The receptionist was really warm and welcoming and joked around with me while I was waiting. The actual massage felt great, the therapist focused on the areas I told her I was having pain, and sat with me afterwards to discuss how to keep from getting pain in those areas again. And you wouldn't think this would be such a big deal unless you have been to other massage places, but the massage table they put you on is ridiculously nice and comfortable. Overall, even though it's really far away, I will consider going back again. read more

Love the friendliness of the staff at this spa! I just recently had massage number two with therapist Christopher and I will definitely be a reoccurring customer of his. I'm normally not used to having a male therapist and would request a female but he was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. If you are in the Smyrna area and are looking for an awesome massage I would definitely recommend this place! read more

I'm a repeat customer here and really like the facials, massages, and eyebrow waxing. I am older and have thinning eyebrows so I have to be really cautious about having them done or I look bald! Skin feels wonderful and the extractions were the least uncomfortable that they could be read more

These guys are awful. Purchased 2 groupons a while ago (one for me and one for a friend)... didn't read the fine print ... booked appointments for a Saturday. When we came in, in-person, they told us that they couldn't honor the groupons on a Saturday. So, we just kinda said forget it since my friend was in from out of town. They didn't try AT ALL to be accommodating... called today to see if I could schedule something over the phone. Representative answers the phone - I asked if anything was available for today .... ummmmmmmmmm (is all she said - long pause- thought maybe I'd been hung up one) ... we're kinda booked today....so you are or you aren't?! ... cancelled 3rd Groupon- horrific customer service - not sure what they're trying to accomplish here unless it minimal work! Thanks Evene day spa!! read more

I started going to Evene sporadically about a year and a half ago, but I started going once a month for a massage about a year ago. I go to Brianne once a month and she's fabulous. She checks in with me at the beginning of every session to see if I have any specific concerns or needs and then once we're done checking in, she lets me just check out. It's an hour to myself to really relax and I so relish it. She gives a super great Swedish massage and always checks in with me after to talk through trouble areas, and give me advice until the next month rolls around. The rest of the staff is very warm and welcoming. I love going here. read more

Great massage, clean & friendly staff. I'd highly recommend Evene to anyone who wants to relax.

Would not recommend. I scheduled a 10am appointment at the spa for a facial. I confirmed my appointment through the spa's text messaging service. The day of the appointment I sat outside the spa until 10:15 before the first worker showed up. Once inside, the worker that finally showed up called the person I scheduled my appointment with and she was not on her way to work. The worker wanted to reschedule my appointment after waiting almost thirty minutes, so needless to say I left without a facial and wasted most of my morning. read more

Such a disappointment. My wife and I went here to have a couples massage. When I asked for more pressure I was told that it was a swedish massage and it would be a light massage. While this was fine it was not mentioned in the Groupon. Afterwards when my wife went to ask for a manager to discuss this, the therapist, Bella, proceeded to argue with my wife about the massage. While Sadat and the other therapist were great this one needs to go. Too bad she ruined our experience. read more
