I called about this scheduling error and she said she'd ask the woman waxing me if she could take me at 5:15, she said she was with a client but would ask when she was done, she came back on the phone and said no. I said okay I'm pulling in (it was 5:07) she said the waxer was leaving. She left within 2 minutes? I doubt it. Receptionist is very condescending and unprofessional.

I went to a competitor "Practically" right down the road in the past and was injured by the therapist. It took me a long time (6 years!) to get up the nerve to try another massage therapist. Salon 84 was recommended by others in our resort community close by, so I decided to give it a try. I'm happy to say that Salon 84 is just what I was hoping to find! The salon is so cute (located in the owner's grandmothers former home) and it is as cute and quaint as you can imagine. My stylist, Claire, was so warm and friendly, and a great stylist as well. I did root touch up, foils, and cut, and was delighted with the results. While I was more blonde than I usually am, the color was gorgeous! But the true teat for me was the cut, and it was great as well! Services are well-priced and you won't find a cuter salon anywhere! Do give them a try . . . You'll be delighted with the results!

Also the cut was no where near the picture I gave her, shorter than I asked for and didn't even style it before I left. Yes $300 for this and I had to come home and somewhat cut my hair so I could at least manage it. Can't trust what anyone says as I went in 2 weeks before to make sure they could do what I asked and was assured they could. Not even close The back is way darker than the front as my daughter pointed out which the stylist never let me see the back of my hair. And still no one has reached out to me.
