Went to Azure in Canton, for full high lights and cut, gave picture and explained the color I wanted and cut. I asked for white (icy) highlights got Some the rest are yellow which I didn't want. Also the cut was no where near the picture I gave her, shorter than I asked for and didn't even style it before I left. Yes $300 for this and I had to come home and somewhat cut my hair so I could at least manage it. Can't trust what anyone says as I went in 2 weeks before to make sure they could do what I asked and was assured they could. Not even close The back is way darker than the front as my daughter pointed out which the stylist never let me see the back of my hair. And still no one has reached out to me. read more

My hair and spray tan have never looked better! The owner, Ryan and her whole staff at Azure is knowledgeable on spray tanning, hair color, style and design. I have confidence in all the stylist and have had my hair styled by everyone at Azure. Each time, I've always been happy. They are very accommodating for my busy schedule and always get me in on days when I call for a last minute style. I am super excited that they have expanded services to include spray tans. The spray tans are natural looking and use organic products. The products smell so yummy. The staff at Azure makes me feel very comfortable with their spray tan procedures. My husband and I have gotten spray tans from Azure and we both agree they are the best! We've been going to Azure for over 10 years! My son drives in from Georgia Tech and my daughter drives in from Marietta just to get their done by Ryan at Azure. For the exceptional services they provide, their pricing is more than reasonable. I will start by saying that my hair is not ruined. However, it is NOT what I asked for. I brought pictures of cuts that my hair was fully capable of doing. Basically a version of a shag/wolf cut with wispy bangs that were longer on the sides then in the middle, layers for movement. My hair was past my shoulders, straight with bangs past my nose. What I got was short bangs. Heavy bangs. No layers, no anything I asked for. The stylist barely looked at my my pictures prior to the cut. The bangs I did get were uneven, I had to fix them when I got home. In addition, she told me my bangs had a cowlick, that is why the were wonky. Clearly I do not. All of this to say, if. I had wanted straight across , heavy bangs I could have cut them myself, or gone to a 15.00 haircut place. These bangs and a trim cost 50.00. If you want a modern stylish hip cut, don't go here. Go to somewhere with a progressive stylist that will listen to you and look at your reference pictures. read more

I evacuated from Saint Petersburg for hurricane Milton. I came in to Azure salon for a quick hair shampoo. The staff did a great job and didn't charge me when they heard that I'm displaced from my home. They also gave me samples for my daughter and mother. We drove 25 hours from Saint Petersburg to here, which normally takes about 8-9 hours. I'm deeply touched by the care and service I receive. It a rarity to see. This isn't your typical salon where it seems "divided" everyone gets along and genuinely seems to like one another which is refreshing to see as a client. Make sure you are able to make your appointment. They do not allow for life to happen. I tried to change an appointment about 18 hours before it was scheduled because of a last minute conflict that arose, and they charged my card on file for the full amount and would not work with me. I can understand a cancellation fee, but the full amount for no service seems very excessive. read more

Beware of this salon. After being a long time client with on a few minor inconsistencies over the years this was the final straw. My stylist was Morgan this time, I asked for caramel colored highlights on my brunette hair like I always have. Well they turned platinum and she was just going to send me on my way, um no! I asked for a toner, like they have always used. So after hours of being there and being exhausted and other engagements I had to tend too I was on my way, also I still tipped her well, that's what I always do and everyone has bad days,right? Well fast forward to the next day, less than 24 hours later, I noticed that my highlights are Gray! Large chunky ashy gray highlights right there in the front of my face. So I call up to the salon and the owner Ryan says that because I asked for a toner that it was basically MY fault and at an additional cost to me that they could tone it again because she was using her product and a different stylist needs to be paid. Really? So because I did not want to walk around with my hair like that I came into the salon the next day and Magan serviced me, I also tipped her well. But the funny thing about it was that Magan said that you cannot put a toner over a toner. But Ryan has been doing that for years. So she washed my hair with a special shampoo,, and it actually turned out nice. In my opinion the new owner Ryan was dishonest in some statements to me and does not care about the integrity of your hair, unless it can be your fault.I have never had such and unprofessional experience at a so called professional salon,ever.. I moved from Chicago to Georgia about a year ago. This was the third salon I tried and I am now a happy regular. Its modern design and accoutrements make it very friendly and cozy. I called and talked to Ryan before I made my appointment because I had an issue with my color bleeding in the salons I went to previously. She was very empathetic and did great research to find the solution for my hair. And yes, she solved my issue and does a great job! Just got our haircut at Azure Salon & Spa during the first couple weeks of reopening from Covid-19. I have poofy curly hair that is easy to mess up, my stylist was amazing and I left looking so much better than when I walked in The salon was clean and "covid-19 ready" with sanitizer as you walked in, chairs that are cleaned after each person uses. Overall I'm extremely happy my my haircut and with their professionalism during a time that many people are scared. I highly recommend. read more

I was excited to try this salon after my daughter received a gorgeous haircut and color from Morgan, however I was unable to get Morgan and the owner placed me with a newbie stylist with devastating results.... uneven, choppy, unblended, unstylable hot mess. Easily the worst haircut I've ever received. And I have an interview next week, I'm sure to 'wow' them with my new look. i got lash extensions from megan and they were amazing. they looked natural and were so easy to keep up with. super comfortable when she was applying. i brushed them everyday real quick with a spoolie brush and they lasted a month with little to no fall out! if you're looking to get lash extensions, definitely ask for megan! read more

I am a regular at this Salon. I know everyone who works at this location. I have been doing business there for over 2 years now. I actually started going to Azure when it had just opened. I was new in town and found the location to be close enough to me. I have had many cuts here and purchase products. Never have had a problem. I use TINA. She is wonderful. The best I have seen in a long time. I have actually built a very close relationship with my stylist and she is now one of my great friends along with many of the other stylist. It's one thing to go to someone with an idea of a look, but to me, I feel comfortable enough with just saying "Do something fresh and cute." I'm never disappointed. I have also taken part in waxing. Never had an issue. It's important to remember when you go to a new salon to always express everything you are looking for. Don't have the idea that the stylist should know what you want exactly. I took my daughter to Corey on a recommendation of my neighbor. She is 7 and has all one length, stick straight hair to the middle of her back. She wanted her hair shoulder length w/ a few long layers around her face. She ended up with her hair to her collar bone. A horrible cut w/ choppy layers that were incredibly uneven. The right side, in which her hair naturally parts to, looked as if she cut her hair herself, it was so choppy! I gave it a couple of days and went back to see if someone could fix it. Another stylist attempted to "blend" in the layers, but said our best bet was to just let it grow out. Although she didn't say it was indeed horrible, the look on her face said it all. If you do decide to go to this salon, do not request Corey. Great Clips could probably do a better job! read more
