My experience was amazing from the moment i walked through the door. I was warmly greeted and helped immediately. The wonderful lady, Jasmine, truly made my nail experience. She asked questions to get a full understanding of what i wanted, double checked before she did anything, and walked me through what she was thinking of doing so i could give my input. She was so attentive and listened to everything I said, whilst asking questions to get a better understanding of what i wanted. My nails came out perfect. These are my most favorite nails I've ever had, and on top of that Jasmine is now my go to nail tech. Not only is she extremely talented, she is such a kind soul. Truly an amazing experience from start to finish! I'll be back and will be recommending her to everyone

On Labor Day I was impatient to wait for my regular nail service provider. I visited Canton Nails on a whim, & I regret my decision. I was at the salon for nearly 3 hours for a basic pedicure & filling in an acrylic full set, these services typically only require 1-1.5 hours of time. The nail tech who serviced my acrylic application instantly had an unwelcoming demeanor. However, I couldn't disregard her, so I struck up a conversation to help past the time. She opened up quite a bit & became pleasant as I complimented her & congratulated her on her pregnancy. All the while, I noticed she's distracted & not properly performing the service. I ceased the discussion after allowing her to warm up so she could focus, but it was apparent she was not familiar with the service. I merely assumed she wasn't concentrating but she was obviously unqualified. I was noticeably uncomfortable, but I continued only because I paid for my service at the beginning. I hoped that the outcome would be just fine, I hoped she was just nervous. I was wrong, she used so much super glue on the faux nails to assure they'd stay in place on the natural nail... the nail fold and under-nail were filled with glue. The under-nail skin has a huge bed of glue sitting there now. It hasn't broken down over a week later. The back nail is lifting and the front nail is held on tight because of the excessive glue used. Half of the nail is catching on everything causing my real nail to split in half. I won't even get on the larger portion of this dispute because when the board and my bank reach out, I don't want them to have their lies ready. I strongly suspect the nail tech who worked on me is unlicensed because she personally told me she was hired a month before relocating here from out-of-state. She confirmed she started this job the very time she arrived... presumably without getting state licensed. Thus, I question if she's legally practicing here, which is why there were no proper health and quality standards taken place. I have notified the Secretary of State and State Board of Cosmetology and Barbers of their violations and to verify the technician's credentials and/or competency. I hate this may hurt the nail tech, but Kayla's actions were deplorable. If she's indeed licensed, although I doubt it, she needs tremendous coaching. I am appalled at the quality of work! I tried to work with the owner, Kayla, directly to resolve this matter but she would not accept me. Labor Day she was off, Tuesday she was at a funeral, Wednesday I hoped to drop by but a severe weather advisory (September 8th) for thunderstorms and flash flooding was issued, guess what there were storms and flooding that day! Kayla berated me about not being able to visit during terrible weather on a workday. I told her I can't control acts of God and she told me to take it up with God. No thanks Kayla, I'll take it up with my bank and the other powers that be that keeps your doors open. God certainly doesn't like ugly.

Did Canton Nails get a new owner? We have been using Canton Nails for 4 years and this was the first time we have been this disappointed. My daughter went to get a basic pedicure and a color change (gel) on her acrylic nails (just a color change). She went to pay and was charged $65. I called and asked them their prices... $25 for basic pedicure... okay so that means to change the gel color on her nails (nothing else, just change of color) cost $40? Wow, just lost a long time customer. 2020 just keeps on with the disappointments.

I had made an appointment for 3:00 and place was very busy, I was seated at a station and had to wait 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. The nail person was clearly in a hurry throughout my service and applied a base, two coats of polish and a topcoat without much time In between. I did sit for 15 minutes and was told I could leave, total time was 30 minute. Around 6 pm after being quite protective of my nails, they just kept getting gouged with normal activity resulting my removing polish as 5 nails were not salvageable. I do feel that the rush to get me done resulted in not allowing each coat to dry adequately. read more

Been going to this salon for many many years. Had emergency last week when I broke the nail on my thumb and it was hanging from a thread and very painful. Went to Canton Nails without an apt and walked in and Keyla said what do I need and she said let me look at it- but she refused to look at it and said to come back in a couple hours, That is not the response I expected. She needs to grow up and become a professional business owner. I was so upset with her response I walked out and I will never go back. I made sure that 5 of my friends who go there for their nails will not go back. read more

Worse place for nails. They did my nails and less than a week later one the nails was gone. I went to get a new one and one of the women told me that were busy and told yo come back in a hour!! The salon was not full but she declined to do one nail for me in a reasonable time. The quality of their job is weak and the customer service horrible. I'm selected only 1 start because I need to select one. For me they should have zero!!!! read more

Went here to see Kayla per all of the positive review. It was an awful experience. So rushed and old SNS all over my fingers when I left. I ended up getting them redone elsewhere a week later after spending $80 here. Don't let the good reviews fool you on this place! read more

I've been having a hard time finding someone who does threading in Canton, GA. A moms group I'm in mentioned that Mariam at Canton nails does them. I called in and they said she only works part time on Tuesdays and Fridays. She came in on a Saturday, which was great because we leave for vacation this week. She fit me in and did a great job! Super sweet & acknowledged that I was trying to grow my brows out. She didn't make them too thin but left room to get them back on track from bad wax jobs I've had in the past. I will definitely be coming back to get my brows threaded from her! read more

SERVICE WAS REALLY 5 STARS! I went for a manicure one time and a pedi a few weeks later. The rating is for the excessive fumes in the manicure area. The shop has about 6/8 manicure tables all cramped up next to one another in the front of the store. The acetone fumes were brutal! It was like the fumes concentrated in that area. I was given the soaked cottons in nail clamps to soften the gel, as opposed to wrapping them in cotton then foil. I feel this contributes to excessive fumes as the acetone vapors are not contained. I began coughing and my throat was very irritated.I am sensitive to smoke and any irritants like smoke/mold/fumes severely affect me. I woke up that night with cough from the irritation and it has been 2 days and I finally stopped having the rale I will be back for pedis as that is on the rear of the space and I did not find that the issue was happening there. Manis elsewhere! Sad because my tech did a great job but I can't even! read more

Me and my best friend went here for 2 sets of acrylics. We thought it would be fun. I wanted acrylic with gel polish and they almost insisted I get sns. Very disorganized. Did 4 people at the same time. Was there from 11-2. Nails looked fine even tho neither of us got what we truly wanted. Here I am 1 week later with an infected finger nail. Nails popped off in exactly 1 week except for this one. Finally got it off after hours of soaking and I am popping pus out of my finger as I type this. Do not go here. read more

My mom and I are not local to North GA, but we came in early the day of my brother's wedding. From the minute we walked in to the car ride back to our stay, we were smiling. Kevin did my pedicure and he was asking if I was okay during the massage because I'm always so tense and I've never had anyone ask that before which helped me instantly relax. Hannah did a beautiful job on my mother's manicure and Marium was the most beautiful, open spirited person who did my mom's pedicure. Marium really helped sell the experience and we both can't stop talking about how this nail experience was the best we've ever had that we wish we weren't so far away to come back more often. They even had a barber in there which we've never seen in a nail salon so it truly is a one of a kind place! read more

I've been going here for a while now. They are wonderful. When my nails were all messed up they fixed them and made them beautiful for my son's graduation. They have a very large selection of SNS and gel. Pedicures are amazing too! Kayla, Andrew & Madison do a great job. read more

So I had been here once before and it was a wonderful experience. The young lady who helped me was so friendly and did a great job. I did not have the same experience today. The young lady who helped me barely said two words to me and several times stopped my pedicure to get on her phone, while wearing her gloves. Not only was this incredibly rude, it's also unsanitary. I also noticed that they have a serious ant problem. I'm also not sure how the $30 pedicure the advertise ends up being $42 when I check out. That's a 40% increase. I will never be back here. read more

I really love this one place, they make sure to always ask me if I like it or not, and they are very careful and focus when they do my nails. I usually am a perfectionist so when it comes to my nails it's hard to satisfy but this place without a doubt has done it's best!! Love it here read more

I went to a competitor "Practically" right down the road in the past and was injured by the therapist. It took me a long time (6 years!) to get up the nerve to try another massage therapist. Revive did not disappoint and both Nicole & Jenn have restored my faith in the massage therapy industry. I even purchased gift cards as gifts I'm so pleased. I'll be back!!!

Not even close The back is way darker than the front as my daughter pointed out which the stylist never let me see the back of my hair. And still no one has reached out to me.

i have been coming here for awhile. eva does a great job with my nails. however today i came in because my gel pedicure nail polish came off after 2 weeks. this shouldn't happen. they charged me 30$ to replace the polish! they also charged 90$ for my sns with designs. but what really is bad is that they charged me 120$ plus sales tax! that is illegal because there is no sales tax in salons in georgia. now i am known for tipping 20,30, or 40$ each time i come. today my generosity was taken advantage of i seriously doubt i will return if you visit this salon beware- they may overcharge you and illegally charge you sales tax read more

This place is the bomb!! They are always so nice and clean!! No annoying TV, just music to sit back and enjoy!! They have the liners that fit into the foot baths, I love that for sure!! I love it!!
