Anita serviced my husband. She arrived first. She gave him an armrest, along with warm water to soak his nails. My nail technician was Mia. Her quality of service was not the same. I did not receive an armrest nor a greeting, and my water was cold. She wasn't the friendliest either. I could tell the level of attention and detail that Anita provided for my husband was totally different from what I was receiving. However, my husband wished the buff on his nails was a bit brighter. It was dull and didn't really show a major difference. We also did not get a chance to select our manicure preference, as we were told the nail technicians would provide this information to us. Since it was a Friday and we were walk-ins, we plan to try them again on a different day and make reservations to see if the service will be better.

The guy I originally spoke to was so nice and got me paired with Tina to fix my nails. She was very knowledgeable by looking at my nails as to what course of action we could take and the potential consequences. But she fixed them and made them look much better! I'm happy. I went to a competitor "Practically" right down the road in the past and was injured by the therapist. It took me a long time (6 years!) to get up the nerve to try another massage therapist.
