The ambiance was nice and they offered a wide variety of polishes. We both needed manicures. While we waited, we were offered complimentary beverages by the owner, I believe. This was a nice touch! Anita serviced my husband. She arrived first. She gave him an armrest, along with warm water to soak his nails. My nail technician was Mia. Her quality of service was not the same. I did not receive an armrest nor a greeting, and my water was cold. She wasn't the friendliest either. I could tell the level of attention and detail that Anita provided for my husband was totally different from what I was receiving. However, my husband wished the buff on his nails was a bit brighter. It was dull and didn't really show a major difference. We also did not get a chance to select our manicure preference, as we were told the nail technicians would provide this information to us. Since it was a Friday and we were walk-ins, we plan to try them again on a different day and make reservations to see if the service will be better.

Original review: Walked in for a gel fill and service was fantastic. Jenie does an amazing job, really gentle and every step makes sure that I'm okay with shape, length, and color. Sometimes the lamp gets hot so I notice that she takes breaks so that my finger isn't on fire, which is really attentive. Vibe of the salon is very modern, clean, peaceful. Heads up that they get really busy on the weekends. I would suggest making an appointment or walk in before lunch time. Plenty of free parking in the back. Overall, really great value for the types of services they offer. So happy to have a new spot like this open in Woodstock!

The guy I originally spoke to was so nice and got me paired with Tina to fix my nails. She was very knowledgeable by looking at my nails as to what course of action we could take and the potential consequences. But she fixed them and made them look much better! I'm happy. The service is amazing here already! This will be the next place I try to get my nails done.

Sarah completely changed my view!! She was intentional, experienced and put detail into her work. Not a lot of chatter... which I appreciate at times with spa day.
