My teenage daughter and her friends came here to get their nails done before fall break. They all left unhappy with the quality. These are my daughter's nails. The tips are crooked, the color is uneven, the powder is very think. My daughter is young and they were dropped off, so she didn't feel comfortable speaking up about how they looked, but she went all through fall break unhappy with her nails that she paid for herself. read more

I have been going here for the better part of 10years. until this weekend, I was always acceptably satisfied... I am real nails girl, mani/ pedi which is 35.00plus tip, this was absolutely the worst I have ever gotten anywhere! I just sat on my bathroom floor, removed my polish and re did my cuticles. I went in for a Spa Pedicure and a fill for my hands. The woman who did my pedicure was great but the manager and or owner who did my manicure was just shy of terrible with regard to customer service. He started the water for the pedicure and with about 2 inches of water he asked me to put my feet in. Once it was ready, he left the hose in the water to knock against my feet. When he was done, he forgot to do the final step on My hands and walked away without saying a word. It was as though he wanted to make sure that I didn't return. I still gave him a small tip but I was so dissatisfied with his level of service, that if I ever return I will ask for a technician by name so that I never get him again. read more

This is a great salon! I always did gel nails for a while (which lasted 2 weeks each polish change) and recently I switched to "SNS" nails-- which I love because they last me a long time and seem to be the new thing. The prices are fair for the quality they provide! This place is always busy but it is a good sign that people like them. Sometimes I have to wait a while but everyone is working so hard that I cannot complain about that. I imagine if you make an appointment that may change a bit but I never do and they can always get me in. I love their pedicures because no matter how busy everyone is in there, they take their time and really massage my feet. I can go months between pedicures because they do such a good job :). Everyone is so nice and honest! They really do a great job. Go there and you will not be disappointed! read more

Horrible, Do NOT go here. The gel manicure did not even last 10 days. The man and woman who did my mani and pedicure were nice. The pedi was not to my satisfaction and I asked for Wyn to have it corrected. WYN yelled in front of ALL his customers, was very very RUDE. I will not let you leave until you are satisfied. Which was fine what he said, WYN needs to know HOW to speak to customers without yelling at them and then making them wait over 27 minutes to fix the issue. WYN needs to be able to make customers' not fear to say they are not happy with the result without repercussions. It called simple manners. and business etiquette. read more

I have been going to MC nails for over 4 years and love it! I never make an appointment because I get a great set of nails (pink & white) with any/all technicians! They are all very nice and do a great job at remembering any preference that you have. This is not a super fancy nail establishment or spa where you pay for the extras; but, it is a great quick, clean, & affordable nail salon with decent hours to fit your lifestyle. My nails last around 2-3 weeks and I enjoy the convenient location. They are great with little kids as well. read more

Bad overall. First you have to pay and tip BEFORE the service is provided (unless you have cash and can give it later). Second, no one speaks English besides the owner, so to explain what you want it's a challenge. They are way too much in a hurry and therefore don't provide a good service. They are NOT CHILDREN friendly. I had my baby with me and she started to cry. They all freaked out and put all their fast working staff on me to finally literally kick me out of their without even letting the polish to dry: greT when you need to put a car seat and a stroller back in the car. The WORK is HORRIBLE: the polishe started to crack 2 days after. I used to go to another nail salon but wanted to try this one closer to me. Bad idea. Friendly greeting, two chairs available, yay, this is going to be good, right? A teenage girl comes over and fills the pedi tub with extremely hot water and I have to tell someone to help me since nobody is checking. They empty and start it over. No sooner do my feet dip in the barely filled tub the lady begins the pedicure without me having had that few minutes to soak. The person that came with me is sitting next to me with her heat mits on her hands, her tub full, things are going well for her. Me, nothing. People are coming in after me. They are getting attention. I am confused because the jacuzzi isn't going in my tub of water. Seems the lady turned off the water since obviously she has proceeded on with the pedicure. When I say something, the owner barks out that it takes a while for it to fill up and then it will automatically come on. Okay well I have been here more than for "a while" and first of all it would be going if the girl hadn't tried to scald me and if the lady doing my pedicure hadn't turned off the water. It miraculously fills up and now the jacuzzi is on. Too bad the pedicure is almost over. So about the manicure. They send the young girl back over to "prep my nails" for the manicure. It had become obvious I had been sitting there forever and needed to send someone over to look like they were doing something til they could get someone over to actually do something I guess. So much chatter going on with everyone all over the salon the girl can barely concentrate on our conversation. She informs me now that "oh, never mind on the prep, it seems I am doing your nails now". Her tone says to me I have no clue what I am doing. I'm thinking oh crap. I had one nail that was super short and the others I was pretty happy that I had finally gotten them to a decent length but I really came in to get help with my cuticles. So CHOP, there goes one nail down to match the super short one that has been. There is no better word than to say she is now hacking the rest of them. She is literally struggling to trim my nails, like I have bear claws (I don't). It was like it was the first time she had ever trimmed someone's nails. It comes out she just completed her sophomore year in high school. Im having that overwhelming feeling of do I run now or am I overreacting? HELPPP! Someone who knows what they are doing, please step in! At this point, I have been sitting in this chair for one hour and I am saying repeatedly to the power, I have to go. Another lady takes over and she is now nipping my cuticles but it is just too late. I am feeling ill that I am now late for my next appointment. And hack. Now she has just chopped diagonally down the left side of my thumb. I have no white part of my nail there now and when I got home I had to trim out the hunk of flesh. I do not mean a flake. I mean, I have a red sore place down the left side of my thumb that hurts to type this right now. So I have goo all over my hands, no hand massage, no polish and I have GOT TO GO. I get out of the chair and go to the counter and they charge me for the two pedicures and the two manicures. I said, seriously? So they charge me for 50% of the manicure. Whatever. Get me out of here. Worst experience ever. The sun hit my toes when I get outside and I don't even know how to explain what my toes look like, the polish is so weird. I made it back to my hair appointment and thankfully she was not upset we were so late but she could tell enough to hand me a glass of wine I was so frazzled with the entire experience. In their defense, the person I had with me had a good experience with the older lady that is in the picture. She is getting her senior pictures taken this week and this whole thing was about her getting her hair and nails done last night so yay it was me that had the bad experience and hers was good. In conclusion, one of us had a good experience, one of us had a horrible, painful, stressful experience. The owner was most concerned about filling those chairs and was not tuned in to what was going on with the customer experience. It was so disappointing. read more

This is the 3rd bad experience I have had at this salon. I will not be going back. I took my granddaughter and a friend with me and they wanted just a polish. I was getting a manicure and a pedicure. We were the first people to arrive when they opened and we're told to take seats. About 5 minutes later 3 others arrived. They worked on everyone except the girls. After one hour I said something to the manager that I didn't think it was fair that the girls should have to wait this long. She said oh we are going to get to them next, and the proceeded to talk in her native language to the other employees. Since it would have taken just a short time to polish the girls nails, why weren't they taken care of first, especially since we were first to arrive? when it came time to pay, no apologies were offered. My polish peeled about 2 hours later, and I found another salon to do the repair. I am so done with this place. read more

Went to get a manicure for the first time here 2 days ago and I was really unhappy with this place. They did a poor job painting them and when they redid it, it came out worse. They reuse the files and the way they clean the tubs is really not appropriate. I watched them clean them with just a wet rag and 1 spray of 409. Not hygienic at all. read more

It's always dirty, they lie on how long you have to wait, never have enough coverage, and overall have gone downhill. I personally waited two hours with someone else they started on and had to walk out. I also watched one of the owners role his eyes at a customer behind her back. My best friend invited me go with her to get ours nails done. I normally use a different nail salon so I was hesitant at first. This nail salon was price friendly and a clean establishment. I would return to this location and recommend to others. When I was at this establishment I got pink and white fill in and a basic pedicure. I enjoyed the atmosphere and people. They did a good job, I was happy when I left with no complaints. :-) read more
