I would give a zero if I could. Had a nice lady do my daughters nails less than 2 weeks ago! Paid $35 for a full set Came back for a fill. 2 nails had already popped off in less than 2 weeks. They were charging my daughter $35 for a fill and to replace 2 nails.... She could get a whole new set for that price. The lady at the front try to tell me because of the length... it's $5 more... and each nail replacement is $5... we wouldn't need to replace the 2 nails if their product would have stayed on for at least 2 weeks. Tried to give them a chance since we had good experiences before. But I will not return to this place. Crappy product and crappy attitude. read more

First time coming to this nail salon and I was very impressed! All of the staff were friendly and the interior was nice and clean. I had Jenny as my nail tech and she did an absolute AMAZING job!! She was very gentle with my nails whereas I've found other nail salons typically speed through the process and therefore can be a little rough. She was willing to work with me and made helpful suggestions about my nails and would consistently check in with me to make sure that I liked the color/shape/style. In the end they turned out absolutely beautiful and she even offered to repaint my toenails (they were looking pretty rough) for only 10 bucks. The prices are a bit high but totally doable and worth every penny! I'll definitely be back! read more

Nail Envy is my go to shop in Marietta. I live in ATL but work in Marietta so sometimes I stop in here for a pedicure on my lunch break or after work. I have always received great, friendly service and my pedicures have been flawless. I have never received a manicure here so I cannot vouch for that service. The salon is located in a strip mall that isn't super visually appealing, but the actual salon is clean and well kept. They have a great color selection and I've never had to wait to receive service. I definitely recommend. read more

I went to Nail Envy on Saturday and received a lovely gel manicure from Rachel. This was my 3rd visit to this salon and each time has been great. Rachel did a great job, and I was able to walk in and be helped immediately. Just an FYI though, if you are getting a more specialty service you might want to make an appointment. It seems as though only a couple technicians do things like SNS, acrylics, etc., this wasn't a problem for me however. The facility is very nicely designed and decorated, and they also offer you a complimentary drink when you arrive, which is a nice bonus. I will definitely be going back regularly. read more

Went today for the 1st time with my soon-to-be husband. I made appointments for us last week for 2 manicures (one with SNS) and 2 pedicures. When we arrived they seemed lost, but either way they attend us very quickly after the confusion. My pedicure chair wouldn't massage but could move front to back. They only had 3 jets for the water tub, meaning they couldn't turn the jet on on mine until another client finished. I got my SNS but not a manicure. As it was my first time here, I was not sure in what order they did their services since every salon does it differently. The nail tech had to come back and cut my cuticle. On the pedicure, there was no true match to my SNS. Jennifer did a great job matching as close as possible. We left the salon at 3pm and at 6pm, after hours of only driving, I noticed my right toe nail polish was "gooey" it wasn't drying at all! I decided to run to Target and match as closely as possible. Got home and went to check the rest of my toes and they were all the same. The service itself was great and detailed oriented. I don't blame Jennifer for the poor quality of the polish that was applied. Just wish I would've gotten my money's worth. read more

I got a pedicure on May 26, 2018. My daddy also got a pedicure and my little cousin got a full acrylic set. They did a great job on the pedicures, I got a teal color and my daddy got no color and no clear. (He doesn't like all of that!) The lady that did my feet was named Rachel, I hope the spelling is correct. Rachel's sister did my daddy's feet and he liked the results. Rachel was very nice and we had a friendly conversation. My little cousin really likes her nails as well, I'm not sure the gentleman's names that did them, but he did a good job. They offer beverages such as soda, water or wine. They didn't believe my age at first, but I ended up getting Sprite and wine after showing my id. I would return here again when I am back in this area. Overall the atmosphere was relaxing and they have a wide variety of gel color options. I also liked how neat it was in the inside. read more

I was so very impressed. I am visiting and did a little research in the area and decided to come to nail envy. I wish there was a salon like this back home. It was very different from any other pedicure I've had in the way of care. She actually paid attention to and focused on my individual situation (dry skin, callouses, etc) where as other salons tend to rush and "go through the motions" just to get it over with quickly. I came once before and everything was fine! I went today and it was horrible I was overcharged $65 for a simple short nail basically an overlay with clear gel polish! The guy at the front was rude! There was a 'Help Wanted' sign on the door, and I should've known it'd be some BS then. I walked into an empty dark nail salon shortly after opening time on a Saturday as a walk in. There is only one tech there and one client. No one else! The phone's ringing off the hook. She finally asks how she can help me and I say what services I wanted to get and she told me it would have to be later on bc she's booked up for today. So what time are all of these appointments and where's your staff??? LOL! Everyone late?! SMH I just left. Chasing away new business by not being staffed and ready to go when you say your salon is open is unprofessional. I hope they get the help they need there. And please staff the salon for appointments AND walk-ins. Otherwise, please put a another sign on your door that says 'By Appointment only'! But I won't be back. I have ingrown nails and usually when I get a pedicure, technicians are too rough and causes me a lot of pain. I have never had that experience at this place! Everyone is very kind. What I did not like the most is when you get a pedicure or a a set of nails, the technician rarely cuts down your cuticules. When getting a pedicure they kinda like buff them down so to speak hard to describe. But when getting a full set they use a drimel so when they start to grow out it looked tacky. I like acrylic nails, you basically have to demand it from them or they just automatically put on powder then they never have the color you want and have to settle for something else. read more

My nails are crooked and jagged, the polish is see through and lumpy, and after a day it's already coming off. It should last 2 weeks. Honestly, atmosphere is important to me when I get my nails done and this place far exceeded my expectations! They must have recently remodeled inside because it's gorgeous-they even have 2 mosaic rainfall water fountains! They spoke good English, listened to my requests and were gentle. And great conversation. What I most like about this salon is the fact that it is diverse. Nail techs range from Black, to Latino, to Asian. I have never seen anything like it. Went to this nail salon this past Saturday to get my gel nails redone and I am highly upset at the quality of service that I received. The lady doing my nails asked me if I wanted my nails cut or just filed and I told her that I would like them trimmed a little but liked them long... She cut them down to the skin, I have no more nails and it took me 6 weeks to grow them out. I decided to let it go because of course, nails grow. Once my nails were done, I noticed they were a bit lumpy but once again, I decided to let it go. I was in a rush and just wanted to get home. The very next day I took a look at my nails and they had air bubbles all over them which were now collecting dirt and showing up. Three days later I notice that they have started turning colors and now they look disgusting. I have never experienced this with my regular nail salon. I would go back into the salon and get them to fix my nails, but honestly I don't trust them to do a good job. I won't be returning to this salon and I don't recommend it to anyone who wants their nails to look professionally done. I have my own gel nail system at home and I could have done a way better job than they did! read more
