Went in with my granddaughter for 2 mani pedis, asked for French mani on toes, they used the wrong color and had to redo. on my mani they rushed through because they were finiahe with my granddaughter. I asked to have a nail fixed, they applied some glue and polished over it. The polish was thick and looked like a child had applied it. When it came time to pay they surrounded me like vultures for the tip. I didn't say anything because my granddaughter was thrilled with her polish. Never going back read more

I have been to this location a few times and every time I've gone I feel like it's been a rush to get things done. Today I went in for a pedicure, on the door it states that they close at 8 o'clock as well as their website. I was told that they had someone in the back that would help me. She came to the register and told me that they close at 7:30 and they stop seeing people at seven. I informed her that it was only 7:06, could there be an exception, I come here quite often to give you my business? The young lady said I'm sorry people want to go home. I was extremely surprised this is very poor service and extremely lazy in my opinion. This was my first time visiting this salon since it's sort of tucked off, but once I walked in I was surprised. It was very nice inside and I was serviced as soon as I walked in. I came for a pedicure and Kim did an amazing job. I got the chocolate pedicure and she made sure to give me exactly what I wanted as well as one of the best foot massages I've gotten at a nail salon. Im also pretty tall and for them to have such comfy chairs that allow my legs to be comfortable, added points. I really hope to have the same experience when I visit again. read more

Literally just another over priced nail salon nothing special and did the wrong color I literally had to tell the tech. Next to no massage bro wiped lotion on less than 2 minutes when I walked in and told them I wanted a white gel manicure picked one of the cheapest packages possible. The cheapest package is $30 adding gel is another $20 a basic pedicure from them is literally $50 with no massage. what a joke and the fact that this guy put the wrong polish didn't even bother to clean it off of my skin so I literally have black marks around the white nail polish terrible job. Brian was AMAZING!!! He really took his time and did a great job. Went in around 6ish, was welcomed, picked polishes (I always want multiple colors), and was seated less than 10 minutes. The Polish section is underwhelming. I was enjoying the massage chair, so the wait for someone to actually come start on my feet was about 15-20 mins. That's why 4 star and not 5! But the wait was well worth it once Brian came. Brian took his time and did an amazing job. My toes were looking mixed with bear claws and haven't been touched in months . Brian saved the day!! I was actually happy to see I could get a pedicure for 30 dollars NOWADAYS, with regular polish, of course! Now, when you add gel, it's an insane $20 dollar additional on top of the $30 plus pedicure, depending on which pedicure you pick!! I got a simple pedicure with regular polish NO designs!!! Horrible experience. Poor job on my nails. I came in with gel polish on and she did not remove all of it. This was a FIVE dollar service! I asked for a regular manicure which is also way overpriced at $12. Didn't remove all of my original polish. Barely pushed back and clipped my cuticle, there is clearly a lot left. Didn't file or clip my nails. Didn't even ask how i wanted then shaped. Less than 30 second message. Cotton was left on me and under my clear nail polish. I've never actually written a yelp review before, but I'm making this special review to warn you to NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I came in this morning to get a fill in, something i've gone there & numerous other places in kennesaw for about four years now- i've never had a worse experience at ANY nail salon than i did today. I asked if they could give me someone who could do nail art since i had a valentine's day set i was wanting, they nodded and said they had someone ready for me. upon sitting down she was more than rough with filing my nails and continued filing on my middle finger & pinkie (shown) until i bled and had to verbally ask her to stop (not just say ouch that hurts) then rolled her eyes. As u can see in the photo the X's and O's looks like 'TOT' written over and over. i asked for extremely square nails with no rounding and she rounded them even after i corrected her {she finally went soft on the filing and pretended to sharpen them up! keep in mind i have great eyesight and can see with my own eyes that they're rounded;) } and also somehow got both middle fingers to be board flat with my finger! blocky & flat. honestly i'm bummed because i used to really love this place before the renovations. their prices are good but i'd pay more for nails i didn't have to go somewhere else to get fixed immediately after. last photo is what i asked for lol read more

I am only giving 1 star because of the price. Otherwise, I was very disappointed with the service. I did not wait and was seated right away. She started the water then walked away. It was much too hot and someone else came by to regulate it. Then the technician returned with a box that had all of ere tools. I should have run then. NOTHING WAS STERILIZED. She was so busy talking that I had to reminder her to put a base coat on when she got ready to polish my nails. The gel manicure was just about as bad. My cuticles were not properly done and the nail polish is lopsided because she didn't push them back. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! read more

The estheticion cut out my ingrow toe nail in my left foot 3 days ago. I noticed she was using files and other utensils that weren't sterilized. I told her it was hurting very bad she sprayed alchol on my toe and her utensil for clipping after already using it on me. I asked if her things were sterilized she said mmhmm. Then I realized she was saying mmhmm to everything. My toe us so infected my whole leg hurts. This my 1st and last time going there. I called to let them know about this and the lady said for me to come in for her to look at it. I said I um no I'll go to the doctor then bring you the bill. My first pedi in 3yrs and this is what i get. No empathy at all. They need to be shut down. Oh and they rinse their utensils in the water your feet were in. I went today with a friend. We both got acrylic full sets done and while the nail job wasn't bad, I was charged $25 while my friend's was only $20. I asked the lady why there was a difference the price because we both got the same exact service done. Her answer? "Your nails are bigger and longer." If I could put 0 stars I would. My friend and i had appts today for 2 sns. She has raved about this place. I went before and it was ok so I tried it out again. We got sat away from each other, than the tech that was supposed to be doing mine realized I wanted tips added to my nails and she couldn't do that simple task so she got up without a word and left me sitting there for 25 minutes until a guy came over. Never asked what shape I wanted. I have glue stuck all over my fingers. My nails are all different lengths and shapes and I had to tell him 3 times to fix the shape and they still aren't even. I finally gave up trying to get it how I wanted which was a very simple square/round shape. And they are also very bulky. Every time I asked for it to be fixed he got rougher and rougher and that was AFTER he cut my fingers a few times with the drill. Never asked how I liked them. Said maybe 1 word to me the entire time. Didn't use correct SNS Top coat (little did they know I managed a nail salon for 5 years). I paid and tipped and left very unhappy. I will be going to my original place to have them fix these disaster of nails if I have time. read more

The moment you walk in the staff calls you by name, and the few times I have had to wait (some days they are super busy and all the staff are with a client), it was not for long. I have had acrylics done, fill ins, pedicure, and eyebrow wax with never an issue. I even bought my 70 year old neighbour a gift card there a few years ago and now she is a regular too! When we returned the next day, they had it secured and ready for us to retrieve. Rude. tried to upsell me 25% for a callous treatment - I barely had any callous and other salons typically include basic callous work. Then when I refused the add on, the provider spoke about me to another provide in Vietnamese, clearly derogatory toward my refusal of extra service, and I felt embarrassed. I was then treated with rough abrupt service. And I had to verbally add the tip to my service provider which is always awkward, esp when I was not pleased and just wanted to leave and not return. Suung is amazing when doing my SNS and pink and white nails. Vivian, the owner, isn't too friendly but everyone else is. One day I got my pedicure done there and wasn't happy with it, but I'm willing to give them another try. VERY SLOW and BAD SERVICE!!! I waited upward 1 hour and a half to get serviced. After receiving the SNS, my nails literally only lasted for 4 days prior to popping off. By day six day three nails were missing the SNS powder. After going back to express my concerns with the owner, I realized she's not very friendly and is ONLY concerned with taking your money but NOT the overall care and health of your nails. Upon arriving back there six days after service to express my concerns about the SNS not lasting and showing the owner my nails, I was told only a discount of $5 could be taken off of the $35 price of the service, which would total $65 within 6 days for a service that did not last. The owner will not value you as a customer, only how much money she can get out of you. Besides the money, it's the principle that counts. By the way, I'm only using my hands to work on the computer sometimes. read more

I have been going to Dream Nails since 2002 - 12 years. I have always loved it, and recommended it to everyone. I went in today and had the worst experience. I'm very disappointed. The man (did my hands) and young lady (did my pedicure) were nice and did a "fine" job. But the other employees were less than freindly, which is one of the reasons I have stayed loyal to them. I have been going to Dream Nails for about ten years now. I absolutely love them. Everyone is friendly and they do a great job. I have been to other places when I moved away from Kennesaw, but no competes with them. They are the only place I will ever get a pedicure done again. They give you top notch treatment for no extra charge. My husband has always gone with me since we have been together and they are very considerate to him as well. (They always try to talk him into a pedicure but my husband says that's not manly). When I go in by myself they ask about him and my son. First time at this nail salon. Brought my 12 years to get her nails done for the first time too. Technician had a hard time understanding what I wanted for her. ( due to language barrier). I left her at the chair and they apparently decided to put nail tips without my consent. Once I noticed it and explain that's not what I asked for.
