I loved the way gabby did my nails, i've been to her twice already and she does great at frenchies she takes her time. I first got my white frenchies then the pink/chrome ones were a fill in after a month and there was absolutely no lifting. I had two people working on my nails and the guy was amazing, however the woman who did the design on my nails seemed to rush it and not really be bothered with trying to fix them. I walked out of the nail salon with them like this. This was the worst service I ever received from one of the technicians, the very unprofessional and rude Tiffany. She was in a hurry to get to her regular client and got my nails all jacked up. Even with taking the old gel off, she was super rough and I had to call her out on how painful she was making the process. After she put acrylic on my nails, Tiffany didn't bother to smooth it out, didn't bother to buff it. This beyond unprofessional nail technician applied gel polish on the bumpy nails. When I asked for it to be corrected, she and her client went on the attack. Fortunately, another technician who looked at my nails and saw how horrible it looked, took me to her station and redid my nails. Worst experience EVER!!! read more

Over priced nails. The nail work is horrible. It really seem like only one nail tech is competent in nail design and that's the smaller Jamican women Tanya. Nikki is good but she tends to rush on doing nails. She doesn't take her time per the customer and most of the time the nails will tend to look crooked and uneven. But being up-front she lacks effort and skill in nail design. The new nail tech she's iffy and mediocre. At one point I did like the service, since then the service and quality has unkindly fallen especially for what they're charging. So from my experience if you were to ever visit NAIL USA Kennesaw expecting Cardi B nails you like me are setting the bar outstandingly too high. But, to say the least it isn't realistic for a business to have nail techs and not exploit any kind of real skill yet hike up prices. read more

I've been going here for close to 15 years and I've never been disappointed! I've referred so many people over the years and they all became regulars like myself. My usual techs are Gabby or the owner Nicky and Nina who works seasonal. Everyone at the salon is good tho no matter who does your nails here. The quality of work is exceptional, it's definitely affordable, and they are always so welcoming, friendly and a positive atmosphere. The staff was very friendly, but I wouldn't recommend for SNS at all. It's been 4 days since I got SNS on my natural nail and literally all of my nails the SNS is lifting and 3 have already popped off. So disappointed since I've never had this happen from any other salon I've been to, usually even after 4+ weeks the SNS holds strong. The service was more expensive than what I normally would pay ($51 with soak off). read more

My nails look terrible. Staff was unfriendly and super rude, especially Tanya and Gabby (if you have to come here avoid them). For starters, even though I stated in the beginning I didn't want gel, she put gel polish on my nails anyways... By the time I asked and realized Tanya had already quickly brushed that on so yay spending an extra $10 I didn't ask for! Then she got in an argument with me saying that she did that because I had gel on my nails prior to the fill in, which was wrong because I never get gel and my nail polish was even chipped before she worked on it... My nails are full of air bubbles and the stars look stupid and aren't even painted properly. Then she had the audacity to say "you fidget so much" as an excuse as to why my stars, don't look like proper stars, instead of fixing it or apologizing? Like you're holding my finger in place and while I sit still, how is this my fault that it looks bad? Anyway, don't come here, they will try to charge you for things you don't want, and will argue with you instead of trying to find a solution! Very upset with my results but even more upset with the staff. They suck. read more

I wouldn't suggest coming here if you're on a time crunch, not even right when they open because they certainly do not move with purpose and take their sweet time. I used to frequent this nail shop circa 2011 and well before (in my opinion) a better shop opened across the street. I came in on a very slow Sunday 30 minutes after they opened for a signature pedicure with gel polish and paraffin. There were 3 nail techs working and 2 clients they were supposedly finishing up on. I still had to wait 30 minutes only to sit at an empty pedicure station for to wait for a pedicure (unnecessarily). At this point I've been waiting an hour and have completely changed my mind on my services. When I told her I instead only wanted a basic pedicure with gel polish, she had a subtle attitude with me - fine I get it, you just lost out on some money but my time costs *shrugs* As for the quality of the services, I really just wish the shop across the street next to Whole Foods wasn't as busy as it was subpar. Again, if on a time crunch and not okay with getting less than great service do not waste your time. read more

Oh my gosh. I've gotten mani/pedis for years. I was traveling to the area for work and happened upon Nails USA because it was open later than most places. I was not disappointed. I got a manicure and my SNS removed. My hands were gorgeous after. And usually they look gross after I take off gel or SNS . Came back for a pedicure and it's seriously the best I've ever had. They take their time here like a real spa experience. No rushing you in and rushing you out like most places. It's so relaxing. Clean, massage chairs, wine, and lovely staff. First of all, they have the worst attitude, then he started complaining how bad my nails were, well clearly! that's why I'm here getting a fill in, 4 days later, a nail broke, went back they took so long to fix the nail, it was crooked, didn't even match the other shapes...I'm over it! I took my ex-girlfriend here for a manicure and also pedicure. Hannah, who is the owner's wife, took care of her. Her English is very good and she always smiled with her. We got free drink and also free Wifi. She told me that Hannah got a very good skill: her nails were done quickly and looked very natural. The design on her finger nails also look amazing. If you want good designs, come ask for Hannah or Tom, the owner. They are very friendly. This has become her favorite place since then. read more

I have really enjoyed my time at Nail USA. They have a loyalty program for every 6 full set or fill in and every 6 pedicures on the back of their cards. They are worth visiting repeatedly and have always treated customers with respect and dignity. One woman in there with us last time mentioned they're the only place that will paint a pedicure on her prosthetic without batting an eye. From my experience, the nail technicians here are also trans-friendly, and everyone's identities and pronouns were respected regardless of the service they selected. read more

I been there many times but I don't get there often. I wanted to pampered myself since the salin is open on Sunday. This place is usually busy but yesterday was not. They have 3 customers and none waiting. Someone usually ask you to pick your color and what service you are requiring. Yesterday noone make eye contact once i walked in so I waited patienty. Sudenly someone asked me what I needed without greeting me. Once I said that I neede a pedi she asked me to wash my hands and returned to the waiting area. Than Tanya scream pedi from the back but since she was under the tv I didn't hear. She yelled lauder and I guess it was my turn. Once I got closer to Tanya she was very unprofessionally asking if I did not heard her calling me twice. Her attitude was very unprofesionally. When I told Tanya that her attitude was not very professional, she turned around and stating saying something else without making eye contact. My guess is that she was using some curse words. r that she was raising her voice at me. I got up from my chair dry my feet and let Tanya know that she can provide her services to someone else with that unprofessional attitude but not me and left. I went across the street to the nail salon next to whole foods to get my pedi nd I had a very pleasant service. Very polite and friendly people. Maybe Tanya was having a bad day yesterday but she needs to treat client professionally. I won't not go back to USA nail salon again. read more

After visiting several nail salons in the Kennesaw area, I was very pleased when I visited Nail USA. Not only is Nikki's staff pleasant and professional, they are competent and do their job well. Theirs is the only nail salon that does such a good job that actually withstand my harsh use of them. I type very fast, to the point that I've been told I beat up keyboards. With the previous salons I visited, I was always in need of repair in less than two weeks. And one particularly greedy salon, that will remain nameless, actually charged me to repair their faulty work after only two days of application. I may be a little tougher than most, but to need a repair after two days is ridiculous. And I was a mani/pedi/eyebrow biweekly customer for years with them. Nikki's gel nail application withstands all of my 'abuse'. I found my new home! Nail 3-9-18 Update I regret even typing this update, but they need to be aware of their actions and how it impacts business. I came in to have one single nail repaired. There was no one else waiting. All of the technicians were occupied. They did address me when I walked in and they asked what I needed, so they knew it was just one nail. I wrote down my name on the clipboard and sat down. A young girl and her mom came in shortly afterwards stating she wanted her nails filed down. However she did not sit down, she didn't write her name on the clipboard, they stood there waiting for someone to help her immediately. And that's exactly what they did. One of the technicians that was working on the nails of someone getting a pedicure, stopped what she was doing and went and proceeded to file her nails down. Granted the girl may have just left the store and come back in, but professional courtesy would dictate that you would advise why you're taking someone before me for a simple thing who came in after me. I work in this area of Kennesaw and recently went there after seeing a sign "Under New Management" to get a pedicure. To my delight, I was treated quite well with a warm welcome by a technician named Tanya. She did an excellent job with my pedicure and I have decided that she would be doing my pedicures from that time forward. My feet felt soooooo good afterwards and I have been going there ever since to get my pedicures and a pleasant welcome. I previously visited this place before the existing management and can now see a difference. My pleasant experience has been with Tanya so I can not speak for the other technicians. I went there for a manicure on a very quiet sunday morning. Although I was the only customer, they made me wait for 15 minutes while they were in the back. They barely greeted me or said anything. After a while, they finally asked me whether I wanted a regular or a gel manicure. I said a regular manicure, which did not seem to sit well with the lady who started to do my nails. She did not say hello and did not say her name, so I don't know who she was. She seemed upset to be working and said absolutely nothing to me as she was rushing through the manicure. Towards the very end, just as I was ready to get my credit card out, she made some pathetic attempts, asking me if I worked tomorrow. Ok.... I said yes, that was it. This place only take cash for tips, which is ridiculous. They also will charge an extra $5.00 for the OPI nail polish but they do not have a sign about it and those more expensive nail polishes are mixed with the rest so there is no way of knowing until you pay, which sounds very dishonest to me. They did not say goodbye and I left as I came, as if I was bothering them on a Sunday! Overall the service was really quite poor and the staff extremely unwelcoming and very unfriendly. I was not thoroughly impressed with this place. I walked in and asked if a nail artist could give me a manicure, pedicure and design on two toes and showed them a picture of what I wanted. They said yes and sat me with a young girl who started working on my pedicure. I had a blister from a pair of shoes on my foot and she began scrubbing it with a file until it bled. Then she proceeded to scrub it with a pumis stone knowing it was now an open wound. It was incredibly painful. The girl then began asking everyone else if they could do the design until the owner came over and took over my pedicure. The owner did a decent job on the design but when I got a closer look at my toes I saw that there was still dead skin all around my nail bed. On top of that the "gel manicure" they do is the DIY kit you can buy at Walmart instead of the thick gel that lasts. This stuff chipped after day one. This was the worst treatment I have ever received!!!! read more
